Can't connect to iTunes using my MacBookPro but OK through iPhone or iPad
Help anyone?
Everytime I login to iTunes from my computer I'm getting a "can't connect to iTunes" error message. It goes halfway through accessing iTunes, then I get that "iTunes quit unexpectedly" script where a log of my error messages shows up that will be sent to Apple.
Anyone having this issue? I can't even upload any apps from my computer. But no problem accessing through my iPhone 4S or iPad.
Any suggestions?

Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you are able to connect to the iTunes store on your iPad but not on your iPhone. I found an article with steps for being unable to connect to the iTunes Store. Be sure to look under the section titled, "Troubleshooting on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch":

Since update to iOS6, I don't see my shared iTunes U and Podcasts from my Mac on my iPhone or iPad.
What can be the reason and is there a solution?
Thanks.OK, I think I solved this issue by a workaround -
Uninstall the Podcasts and the iTunes U apps, restart the iOS device and then connect to the shared iTunes library from the Videos app on the iOS device.
BTW, I also noticed that the TV shows are not sorted anymore since the upgrade (looks like a bug to me). -
My kids desabled my mini ipad after several tries to log in. My computer that I used to sincronize it doesn't work anymore and i can't connected to itunes.. How can i restart it without the actual computer that I used before??
You can use any computer but your data will be lost if you have no backup.

Please help I can use safari and all but can't use iTunes I need to redeem this $15 gift card but every time I hit redeem and type in my password, it says "can't connect to iTunes Store" then the only option is to hit ok. Please help!
Try a reset ...
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. -
My iphone 4 is telling me I have to restore but when I plug in and connect to itunes, it freezes about 30-50 % through the process. Now I can't use my phone at all? I am waiting about 1-3 hours for this process to finish and nothing ever happens. HELP!!
Put it into DFU mode - hold the sleep/wake button and home button until the screen goes black (ignoring the slide to turn off slider). When the screen goes black release the sleep/wake button but hold the home button. Continue holding the home button for 10 seconds, then release it. The screen should stay black. Plug it into iTunes and it should come up with this message "iTunes has detected an iPhone in recovery mode. It must be restored before use", that's when it is successfully in DFU mode. Now press the restore button in iTunes and it should run smoothly :)

I don't like itunes 10 and so I'm using itunes 9. However, now my phone can't connect to itunes because it says it requires itunes 10.5 or later. Is there a workaround for this?

I started update connected to my work computer....it started update and now it is asking me to connect to Itunes, which I have but my work computer doesn't have my Iphone information, it says I have the latest software, my only option is to "restore phone" which I don't want to do here at work as none of my apps or music are showing up ..... I'm trying to set up Passbook on my wife's Iphone 4. When I click it it tells me that it can't connect to iTunes, but click on itunes, up it comes. Using iOS 6.
Go to Settings>General> Time & Date. Turn automatic time and date off and set it 1 year ahead. Access passbook and then tap App Store. Should get about 7 apps that come up that are available to utilize passbook. Go back into time and date and set it back to automatic. Should be good to go from there.

Whenever I try to update my apps from my 4S iPhone it says " can not connect to iTune store.". I can do the same from my Mac PC with same password.
Try logging out of your account on the iPhone by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in and see if it then works.
