Can't connect to Netflix .. Any ideas please?
Hi folks
Just signed up for netflix free month trial.
It works fine on the LG smart tv but I have loaded the app for netflix but all I get is the main red page and the symbol of the spinning where suggesting it's looking for the internet hub ?
I can't get anything set up in my windows based pc .. I'm a silver surfer and am at a loss as to why I can't get netflix working on my ipad or laptop?
Any suggestions folks ?
Have you tried force-closing the app and rebooting?

What version of the OS do you have? What has changed since iPhtoo worked?
What exactly is the problem - you say "it was not responding" - You downloaded a new version (what version)" -you can't find yoru photos" none of which is helpful
look in your applications folder - is there an Iphoto application there? If so get info and report the version
Look in the picures folder - is there an iPhoto library there? If so exactly (including exact error messages) happens if you double click on it?
what else can you tell us that might help us assist you?

Help !! I had a problem with my iPad 2 this morning which resulted in me taking into the apple store and them restoring it to factory settings. They advised me to restore all my apps etc from iTunes which I am trying to do, however once connected via the USB I cannot see it as a device on iTunes, and I keep getting the message on my laptop "the iPad cannot be used because it requires iTunes version 11.1 or later, go to iTunes.com/uk and download the latest version"
I cannot see what the version of iTunes is on my iPad and have gone into safari to try and download but not able to as it tells me iTunes is already loaded. I have the latest version on my laptop so I am stuck as to what to do next. Any suggestions please??Hi there Paula120,

My "New Tab" button has disappeared off the toolbar. I have searched the toolbar menus and "Customise Toolbar" but it's just not there. Back, Forward, Stop and Reload buttons are all there.
You can find the New Tab button showing as a '+' on the Tab bar.<br />
You can open the Customize window and drag the New Tab button from the Tab bar on another toolbar and it will become a regular toolbar button like the New Tab button that you have in Firefox 3 versions.<br />
If you want the New Tab button at the far right end of the Tab bar then place a flexible to the left of it.<br />
*If items are missing then open the Customize window via "View > Toolbars > Customize" or via "Firefox > Options > Toolbar Layout"<br />
*If a missing item is in the toolbar palette then drag it back from the Customize window on the toolbar<br />
*If you do not see an item on a toolbar and in the toolbar palette then click the "Restore Default Set" button to restore the default toolbar set up.

My iMac cannot connect to my TP-LINK TD-W8970 router even though all other computers can. I get the message "No configured AirPort base stations have been found" and "No PPPoE configurations were found". Any ideas please?
Open the Network pane in System Preferences. If there's a closed padlock icon in the lower left corner, click it and enter your administrator login password when prompted.
At the bottom of the service list on the left is a popup menu with a gear icon. From that menu, select
Set Service Order...
A sheet will drop down showing all listed services. Drag the one that you want to use to connect to the Internet to the top of the list. Click OK to close the sheet, then close the preference pane and confirm when prompted to save the change. -
I have just received a brand new IPOD Touch ,it will not turn on, i have connected it to my cmputer, it does not show that its charging and is not recognised in Itunes. I have tried the holding down the power and home buttons which also didnt work. Any Ideas Please ????

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.

I have downloaded the latest software to my Apple TV, but I am unable to get the airplay icon to display on either my iPhone5 or iPad2. Both have iOS7 installed. The Apple TV connects to the wifi successfully. Any ideas please?
Can we assume you are bringing up the "Control Center" and the Airplay icon is not there?

when trying to update apps i keep getting billing method incorrect(this is on iphone 4s) i hsve tried this store,apple id,view id,payment info but does not offer me the none option,i can npt update my phone any ideas anybody please?
If you dont have none option then you must own itunes some money. So you have to enter the payment like a itunes giftcard. you can contact itunes by email by going to expresslane.apple.com

I can no longer import raw files from my Panasonic Lumix LX5 into Aperture 3.3.2 - raw files from my other Canon cameras are fine. Am still running Lion (10.7.4) - NOT Mountain Lion. Tried all available software updates - all up to date apparently but still no joy. OS X Lion shows the LX5 as a supported file format. I dont want to have to upgrade to Mountain Lion just to see if this solves the problem. Any ideas please.
Since when did this happen? Directly after you upgraded to Aperture 3.3.2?
If it happened directly after the upgrade the problem may be, that the raw support for your camera got lost. For some posters it helped to register the raw support again, see this post by Alan Roseman:

If this does not help, you may need to reinstall Lion to bring back the raw support.
But if the problem occured independent of a new installation, ypu may have a problem with your camera or the card you are using. Have you tried to use a different card or to reformat the card in the camera? -
I have taken my 750GB HD out of my 17" MacBook Pro and put it into a 2.5" USB to SATA enclosure but can't get it to open up on my new 11" MacBook Air. Any ideas please.

ThanksI take it you didn't transfer purchases BEFORE you attempted to update your phone? If that's the case and you live in the US you can look at your purchase history and re-download the purchased music using iTunes. If you're outside the US, you're out of luck.
