Can't Create Contract From RFx Response (SAP SRM 7.0)

Dear Expert,
Could you help me,
i have create rfx, response the rfx and accepted the rfx response.
After i have accepted that RFx, i would like to make a contract from this RFx response. Via menu Create Contract.
But this error is show up.
Error application is coming up.

How to get Auction No. from RFX in SAP SRM strategic sourcing

We are converting the RFx to Auction. All the thing we needed is if there is any function module to get the auction number with the RFx number.

Extended Classic Purchase Order created from RFx Response having complex pricing conditions enabled

Hello Colleagues,
I am currently analysing the correct usage of the complex pricing conditions in the sourcing process and wanted to understand the usage of the complex pricing condtions ( 01CT , dis % , header disc% , location dependent conditions , etc. with or without scales , ) while creating a extended classic purchase order directly as follow on document from rfx response.
How relevant is the price conditions 01CT. Consider a case if the price condition from rfx response to po is changed to price manual 01PB but the price is correctly copied when the po is initially created from rfx response.
Is this is the correct system behaviour ?
Kindly help to clarify the above points.

Hi Gurus,
I have to create a PO from RFx response. Lets say if a response have two line items. I would like to create PO for only one line item. Is there any SAP function module/BAPI to perform this. I know BBP_QUOTE_PO_CREATE will create PO based on full response. Any help would be appreciated.

Can't create PDFs from Word due to Cambria font. Help.

I'm using win 7 32 bit office 2010 acrobat pro 9. I can't create pdfs from word because of problems with cambria. I've ttried all the fixes I can find but none worked. Any more ideas?

How are you trying to create the PDF? With AA9 you have to print to the Adobe PDF printer or use the MS plugin.
When you say you cannot create PDFs because of Cambria, what error messages are you getting and copy them here? At this point we really do not know what you are having problems with or how you are trying to create PDFs.
In the future, please provide a topic to help folks that are stepping through all of the posts. A blank topic almost led me to simply skip your post.

Looking for someone to help me to solve this issue.Maybe you are closing the connections. You might want to verify that you are not doing that. Or if you are that that is the correct way to return the connection to the pool.
Or you could have stale connections. Some databases will time out connections if the connection is no used in a while. (This is a good thing.) But this means connection pools must do something with connections that are not used for a while. The pools usually have a configuration option(s) which allows you to set up a keep alive message which keeps the database from closing the connection.

Can't create PDFs from Acrobat or Word?

Downloaded the 8.1.4 update and now I can't create PDFs from Acrobat or Word. If I try to create a PDF from the print menu, I get a message indicating that there are no print drivers for this...any ideas?

Thanks for responding. Yep, I tried repairing it...no dice. Then I realized that I'd re-installed AA Pro 8 (having completely given up on the AA Pro 9 upgrade that crashed my system) but not the updates. So I went through and re-installed each update. Still no dice. Then I did another repair. Nope. When I try to create a PDF via the print menu, I get a "Windows cannot print due to a problem with the current printer setup." This tells me that I have driver problem. But everything else prints fine, and I'm pretty sure Acrobat doesn't have drivers. I'm stumped...

you wont see this sicf path,
just run the following ulr

make sure that the ICAMN is running (transaction SMICM).
also make sure dependant services are active in transaction SICF
Dependant services (relavant for all BSP applications) needs to be activated. (refer OSS Note No.517484)

Updating SRM contracts from R/3 to SRM....

Hi all,
I am working in SRM, my requirement is to update the SRM contracts from R/3 to SRM and if any changes happen in R/3 contracts (previously updated contracts to SRM) then it should replicate those changes in SRM contracts also.
I found the program BBP_CONTRACT_INITIAL_UPLOAD (This program can be used to upload contracts from ERP to SRM. A separate contract in SRM would be created for each successfully transferred ERP contract.)
My question is, so if any changes happen in R/3 contracts it should update SRM contracts also.
Please let me know the solution how to solve this?

Hi Rajesh,
I think that your scenario is very risky as there is no master system for contract : one time it is srm and after it can be r/3 !
Besides this comment, you can search the forum and find some threads for contract replication in both ways (but no activated in the same time...)

Can't create MBO from SAP servers

I'm trying to create MBO from SAP servers with Sybase Unwired WorkSpace.
I created Connection Profile and it worked well(Ping succeeded!).
However, I expanded profile tree, no BAPI was shown.
Any ideas what is happening here?
SAP version is below,
SAP
ERP: ERP 6.0 EHP 5
NetWeaver: SAP EHP 2 for SAP NetWeaver 7.0
OS: Windows NT 2x X86_64
Sybase Unwired WorkSpace
2.1.0
Additionally, It worked well in SAP ECC 6.0.

Eventually, the problem is resolved.
It related SAP Note 706195.
I did the Solution in the Note, all BAPI is displayed in Sybase Unwired WorkSpace's Enterprise Explorer.

Hi All,
When i am trying to create a contract from PR, i see two options in the screen
"Create Contract : Selection List: Purchase Requisitions"
1) Adopt +Details
2) Adopt
Can anybody tell what is the difference between option 1 and 2 above?

lately I have insatlled the new Netweaver 7.3 Portal AS Java. Now I want to create a new system to make email-connectivity like described on help.sap.com. Following the instructions I get stuck at the point choosing new system from par. This option is not given...

SystemFromParConverter to achieve this requirement. Please follow the below help link for more details.

PS: Please do the steps mentioned in the above help link from the EP server itself and not from your own local system. Browse the EP server folders to locate the Par file.

PO from RFx Response BADI

I'm currently working on classic scenario and I have a requirement for which I need to change the PO purchasing group when it's being created from a RFx response.
Do you know if there is any BADI available to perform some validations before the PO is transferred to the Backend when it's created from a RFx response?
