    Hi
    Welcome To Lenovo Community
We are really sorry to hear about the issue you are facing,
I have verified the Microsoft windows 8 app store has different regions listed
And you can connect app store using an existing Microsoft account like Hotmail, msn etc.
    Please refer below link
    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-8/explore-windows-store#1TC=t1
Also if you can share the link or screen shot of the app store to help you further
Do give this a try and let us know
    Hope This Helps
    Cheers!!!

  • How can i create an accounts for me kids?

    hello all,
does anyone know how to create an account for kids under age of 15? they all want to have iPod and iPhone and I am not sure how to add them an apple account

Open the Mail app and navigate back to the top level of the Mailboxes list. Tap Edit. Find the All Inboxes mailbox and tap it to check. Tap done.

  • I need to create an account for my daughter and I keep getting the message that the user id already exsists. When I checked to see if the user id was in the system it told me that it didn't find one. How can I create another account for her?

I do not want to have to assign her another email address because this is the one she has used as long as long as she has had the ipod. She is under my email account but has her own address. What do I need to do to fix this? She got a card for Christmas that I can't put in to an account for her and she cannot use. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

You must create the account using an Apple device, a Mac (Lion or greater) or an IOS device (IOS5 or greater). Having done that you will be able to sign in from your Windows machine.
FYI, iCal is an application that can display calendars from iCloud (and others) it is not a calendar itself, merely a calendar client. In Windows Outlook is the calendar client.

  • Can't create mail account

Every time I try and create a mail account I get this message: Logging in to mail server “plus.pop.mail.yahoo.com” failed. This server may require an additional fee for Yahoo! POP access. For more information, visit Yahoo! Mail Plus. If you continue, you might not be able to receive messages.
why do i keep getting this message? why won't it connect?

  • I'm trying to redeem a gift card and can't create an account for my child

i'm trying to redeem a gift card, then select create an account and set up an account for my child and it's saying the child is too young.  i've already set up an email for child.  help...

According to Apple to create an iTunes account the person must be 13 yrs or older or older. Read here >  iTUNES STORE - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Unfortunately, you can't delete an account.
Have you already redeemed the gift card using that account? If so, the account balance cannot be transferred.

  • Can't Create Mail Accounts in 10.8.2

I use 3 mail accounts on my Mountain Lion 10.8.2 mail application. Recently, I re-installed the OS recently as I upgraded my HDD to an SSD and since then have not been able to re-configure 2/3 mail accounts. I have a hotmail account which I cannot configure because I do not know what the "server address" is under the Microsoft Exchange option. Similarly, I have a school email account that I have always been able to configure. However, when I go to "Add Other Account" and enter my settings, it gets stuck on the "Discovering Settings..." section for well approximately an hour and running (I plan to let it run to see what happens).
    Any help would be appreciated!

I'm guessing by the silence that there's no answer and this feature has been removed from Mail in 10.8.
    WHY GOD WHY????

  • Mail cant create mail account for icloud

To Manually Set iCloud mail on 10.6.8
that has to be another example of apple "cant be bothered" kind of downright obstructive to users of older systems / software?

  • I deleted my hotmail account from Mac mail but I can't create the account again as it says it already exists

I deleted my hotmail account from Mac mail but I can't create the account again as it says it already exists. I really want my hotmail back and for the hotmail folders to be accessible. Gmail is working and the folders are accessible. My iphone already receives my mail so I don't want to effect that.  Any help please?

You need to post in the Mail forum area of whichever os you are using (which you did not indicate).

  • I have multiple devices (imacs, lap tops and ipads) all connected to a NAS server.  Can I create a user for myself and one for my wife, and each have our own apple ID, and Itunes accounts, but all share the same media on NAS drives?

I have multiple devices (iMacs, Lap tops, Ipads) all connected to a Nas Drive.  Can I create a user for myself and one for my wife and we each have our own apple ID's, Itunes etc, but share the same data on the hard drives?  So when she logs in, and sync's her ipads, they will sync with her stuff and when I do the same under my user account, on the same device, my ipads will sync with my stuff?

You can share the same Apple ID for purchasng form the iTunes and app stores without any problems, but you should all used separate iCloud accounts with separate Apple IDs.  (You are not required to use the same ID for iCloud and other services as you do for the iTunes store.)  This will prevent you from ending up with merged data.  You should also use separate Apple IDs for iMessage and FaceTime or you will end up getting each other's text messages and FaceTime calls.

    Read this:
iTunes Store: Accepted forms of payment
It is the same for the app store. You are required to have some sort of payment method in the record.

  • Why can't I use my normal mail account for synching notes

    Hi there,
I maintain my father's iDevices/computers as he has Parkinsons and does not understand the technology behind how these services work. I need to maintain as simple a configuration as possible. As an example calendaring is difficult as new entries are not necessarily put in the calendar he uses and I have to talk him through how to show all calendars on a regular basis. I can't have his mail on IMAP as he cannot manage his mail and his mailbox fills up. I can't simply pay for storage ad infinitum - my local copy of his mail is about 6 GB and growing.
I have seen several discussions where it is clear that we *must* use an icloud.com e-mail account for synching notes via IMAP, but none of them have explained WHY I MUST USE @icloud.com e-mail. If this is an IMAP based service why can't I use any other IMAP server
I see that it is referred to as an "icloud account" but if I have to enable mail, it becomes an e-mail account, which I do not want as it will be confusing if there is an issue with the main mail server (which I maintain) it will present an option to use the icloud.com e-mail as a valid option to send the mail.
I do not turn on the mail option in icloud.. (only calendar, contacts, reminders and find my iphone). I find it dissapointing that this is now what seems to be a "requirement".

That is absolutely unnecessary, but more convenient to have icloud to sync your notes. I use other IMAPs as well and can sync my notes with google and yahoo and icloud(corresponding email is required in all cases). It is your choice and you can pick your poison, but you will find out that icloud is more convenient after you or him will lose his info few times. There is no requirement, you can even use the group that will not sync with anything "on my device" if you disable all of IMAPS. Icloud is just the one that you can call Apple and normally people prefer to work with Apple support way more then with google's or yahoo's, but that is again up to your preference.

  • I would like to open multiple e-mail accounts for students, with limited in-school use. Are there anyways I can do this?

I am a teacher in an outdated computer lab (my own problem). We use Windows 2000 and I'm thinking of FireFox 3.6. We are routed to the internet through a single server. I would like to be able to open multiple e-mail accounts through GMail or another free service, but I have been told that I will experience problems due to security protections. Does the multiFox extension allow me to do this?

Unless you plan to have multiple email accounts open in different tabs at the same time, there is no need for Multifox. If each user has their own [[profiles|profile]], then the Multifox extension will not be required. If you want to open multiple email accounts at the same time in one instance of Firefox then you will need Multifox.
