Can't create new BeehiveOnline Workspace "You do not have the required..."

I'm trying to create a new BeehiveOnline Workspace. I follow the instructions from the FAQ, but as soon as I click on the "New/Workspace" option, I receive this error "You do not have the required privileges to create a workspace in this Location"
The location looks like "/Oracle" but when I click on the associated "+" icon, nothing else displays.
I am trying to create this new workspace around Mid-Day on Sunday in Australia, so is it possible the system is "down", or is this a genuine privileges error? and if so how do I fix it?

This error is caused by you not having workspace creation rights - BeehiveOnline has restrictions on who can create workspaces. Go to beehiveonline.oracle.com and click on the right button. Find out who the group administrator is of your group and ask them to grant you workspace creation rights.

The ULS Log for Correlation ID has these errors:
The XSN is null and its not a cross server issue. Most likely a permission issue
The XSN is null after attempting to get it from SiteAndWebCache
Please note:
- This user can open all other forms in the same location.
- If I increase his permission to Site Owner, he can open this form - but we cannot allow this.
- He was able to open it earlier - I made minor changes in the form and republished the workflow - since then he is having the trouble.
Any help will be appreciated!

Please check if that user has contributor permission on the list that the workflow associated and have Edit item permission on related task list/item.
Also check if the workflow form or other workflow files has been checked out or not. If yes, check it in and test it again. Check Wayne Fan’s post in this thread if you have trouble to check the check-out/in status of the task form.

Somewhere something is missing. I have imported the transports successfully. However, while executing /Crystal/RPTADMIN I get the above error.
Here I should mention that we are developing connectivity for both BW as well as ECC6. Therefore the transports were imported in both systems. ECC6 server does not complain while creating the new system, but BW system issues auth error.
I have user CRYSTAL created in ECC but is it this user CRYSTAL that is the required in both servers for creation of a seperate system in BO?

Issue resolved.
In this case above error was reported because ZCNTADMCES object was added in the system via transport, however, it was not under any auth profile ... in my case SAP_ALL. Thereby in SU21, regenerating SAP_ALL profile resolved this issue and /CRYSTAL/RPTADMIN is executable.

Tony,
Workspace Creation is restricted to prevent random test workspace popping up and the sponsor of the group is the administrator of the privilege. Contact your group sponsor and explain why you need to create Workspaces and they can give you the necessary privileges.

Open App Store > Purchases, and see if iPhoto app is listed. If not, unhide it > http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4928 Apart from that, check that iPhoto is in Applications folder. If not, put it in this folder.
If nothing works, remove iPhoto, open App Store > Purchases, and install iPhoto free of charge

"You do not have the correct role to perform this function" on New Site

I have created a new site where I added fwadmin to all roles. When I login to Admin for this site I get the "You do not have the correct role to perform this function" error. I've read the manual and retired adding the user to all roles. I also looked at the Asset Types and I get "Error in evaluation;Error in configuration" when trying to enable.
Please point me to where I am going wrong, or where in the manual (and which manual) I can find help.

When you're provisioning users for sites, you have to
1) enable the app for your site
2) specify the roles that pertain to your app
3) assign a user to the site
4) assign a user roles for the site
If you miss any one of these, you can get this error. When you see "Error in Evaluation; Error in Configuration", however, especially during the out-of-the-box apps, please report a bug to support. That message is basically the XML scripting language equivalent of an uncaught exception, and it should not happen in the UI.

Since you can't delete Apple IDs and having multiple Apple IDs can cause confusion, what you may want to do is rename your existing Apple ID to the new email (desired Apple ID). That would in effect do what you want, get rid of the old and give you the new.

What type of document is it (word document, picture or?) And do you know what software it was created with and what file format it is?

You are allowed to have the software installed and activated on two machines, so you do not need to remove it from the old pc just to install it on the new machine.
If you look in your Adobe account online you might be able to find the serial number.
You can also try contact Adobe support thru chat to see if they can help with the serial number. They might be able to if you can prove ownership of the software.

Solution:
Open Disk Utility.
Select your external hard disk and run a “verify” on it. After a few minutes (depending on the size of your drive), you should be good to go. You don’t need to run a “repair” on it... (at least I didn’t have to). See photo for reference.
This should fix the permissions issue, because on my Mac running Mountain Lion I was unable to edit the permissions in the get info dialog window even after "unlocking" the drive.
