Can't create new SHV configs in 2012 R2

Hello all,
I'm trying to set up NPS in a lab environment to practice for the 70-417 upgrade exam, but am finding it near impossible to create additional configurations for the Windows SHV. I can get as far as right-clicking Settings > Select New > enter
a configuration friendly name, but no further. As soon as I click OK the friendly name window closes and nothing else happens, apart from"Action: Completed successfully" appearing in the status bar.
The SHV policy settings window never appears, and I still have only the Default Configuration listed in the center pane. (I *can* edit the default config without problems.) This happens with both the 180-day trial and the full TechNet ISOs, regardless
if the system is completely stock or fully patched. Annoyingly, nothing is being written to a log as far as I can tell in procmon.
A positive workaround is to use a 2008 R2 box to connect via remote MMC snap-in and make new configs from there, but I'd like to know if there's any solutions when working with a pure 2012 R2 environment.

Good to hear that it's working for you at the very least... that means there has to be a way to fix it :)
No errors or warnings are logged in the Application, Security or System event logs.
I have rebooted both the lab guests and the VMware Workstation 10 host a few times throughout troubleshooting. Also I am using two 2012 R2 guests that both exhibit the issue: the 180-day demo and a TechNet ISO. The 2008 R2 VM does not have this
issue. I've already tried removing the VMware tools and bundled C++ redistributables (appwiz.cpl is now completely empty) to no avail.
On the 180-day demo that is fully patched, I just now tried uninstalling the role, rebooting, and re-installing. No installation errors occurred (I double-checked the event log), but the problem persists.
My setup is pretty simple. A single DC in a domain on an isolated LAN segment. All servers are pointed to the DC for DNS and have no default gateway.

MS1 | 10.10.10.42/8 | NAP, DHCP role (scope A) | patched | 2012R2 180-day trial.

Only one server is an authorized DHCP server at any time.
When you tried making a second config on your server, was it a fresh format or an existing VM? If the latter, do you have anything configured in .NET Framework or perhaps any additional roles/features/software packages installed that might have an
impact?

I use arch linux 64 bit.
My system can mount other drives like usb hdd and manjaro and windows but
can t create new directory on them even as root.

I know this customisation setting ...It allows us to create the partner functions & assign it to the partner determination procedure.
Then you can assign the procedure to the notification type.
This customisation setting does not solve the problem I have.
I'm looking for the partner type creation process which we assign to the partner function.

I read a response to a similar question yesterday on this forum. The BlackBerry tech said it is not an option right now but you can choose your favorites and have them show in the favorites section. Maybe folders will be available later. Enjoy the new tablet I know I am.

Correct. The sum of all user tablespaces is not allowed to exceed 4 GIG.
You could try shrinking your tablespaces. Theres a script called maxshrink on http://asktom.oracle.com which is useful for this.
You could compress your tables.
If you are storing lobs, you could consider storing them as bfiles.
Or upgrade to Oracle Standard Edition 1. Its not that expensive.

Can't create new sites in Dreamweaver CS3. Help!

I am trying to create a new site in Dreamweaver CS3 but keep
getting the following error:
"The action cannot be completed because the other program is
busy.
Choose 'Switch to' to activate the program and correct the

I have tried every documented solution on the adobe website
and other discussion forums and still cannot get past the problem.
I have restarted the IIS server on my local PC as documented

1. I have followed all the advice in the links at the bottom
of the above page.
2. I have created a new user, logged into that and tried
creating a site with a "virgin" environment

This removed all my site configurations. No help!
4. I have turned of my firewall and restarted the IIS
server.
5. I have searched the web for anything even remotely
similar to this error and tried every tip out there.
I called Adobe and they referred me back to the technote
above, which I had already tried.
One last bit of info. I can't create new sites, but I can
edit web pages in my existing sites. However, I cannot change the
configuration of the website in the Manage Sites area (i.e. I can't
push the Edit button).
Has anyone had this problem? Any help would be appreciated. I
have hit a brick wall on this one and am trying to meet a deadline
on a new website I need to create.
If I can't find a solution quick, I will be an
ex-Dreamweaver user. That saddens me because I really like
Dreamweaver, but I have to perform on my job.

Is your Profile signature correct Mac OS X (10.7.5) ? Then you cannot create Shared Photo Streams. They require OS X Mountain Lion v10.8.2 and Aperture 3.4, see:

You can create Shared Photo Streams with:
an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch using iOS 6
a Mac using OS X Mountain Lion v10.8.2 with Photo 9.4 or later or Aperture 3.4 or later

I can't create new emails account because when I go to Setting and click in Mail,Contacts ,calender, it goes back to home, intead of open the options. Any advice? Thanks

Double tab the home button and when the application button shows up hold the settings icon until you see a red dot in the corner and hit that.
If that dosent work then try restarting the device. Hold the lock button (top right of iPad) until slide to power off appears then hit the same button to get it back on.
To actually make an email account you have to go to the providers web page, you can't create one in settings

Can't Create New Sequence

FCS2 Upgraded and updated yesterday.
For some reason starting today I can't create new sequences. New Sequence doesn't make a new sequence in any of the bins (but doesn't crash - just nothing happens), whether from the File menu or right-clicking in a bin.
Importing XML (from Color or even via Color > Send to FCP) doesn't create a sequence either.
Creating a new project gives me an empty project, with no sequences in it either.
Anyone?
