Can't create web database

In SharePoint 2010 while trying to create an Access Web Database site I get this error message
Someone has recently made changes to this site and the site is being updated. If the site remains offline for an extended period of time, contact a site owner.

Hi,
I assume you have a JDBC driver for Cloudscape.
1. In the IDE System Navigator, expand the Connections Node.
2. Right-click on the Database Connection and choose New
Connection .. .
3. Click pass the welcome screen.
4. In Step 1, name your connection and choose "3rd party JDBC
Driver"
5. Follow the rest of the steps and provide username/password,
class name and URL, test and you should be ready to go.

If you mean a table yes, since the create table statement is exactly that, an SQL statement, if you mean an SID then I would have to say (AFAIK) no.

basically you should start with an empty SharePoint 2010 project where you add an List-EventReceiver. This Receiver should point to the url of the list and handle the ItemAdded-Event. In this method you place the code to create the database, for example
with a SQL-Statement.

Can't Create 9i Database on Netra x1 Server

I have Sun Netra x1 Server. It's specification is
Ultra SPARC IIe 500 MHz, 128 MB DIMM, 40 GB HDD.
OS is Solaris 5.8 64 Bits.
I got some problems when installing Oracle 9i 9.0.1 Database server. It can't create Database it take so long for more than 12 hrs, but not finish creating. But I can Install Server Software only no Database.
If you have any experience with this case please let me know.
PS:Limited to increase RAM.

I can not create mysql database

I installed mariadb and mariadb-client. Whent I type this in command line
mysql> CREATE DATABASE menagerie;
a text file was created which name is CREATE and it consist of mysql --help output.
How can I create mysql database?

I think the problem is that you took the instructions too literally. There's a system command line, and a MySQL command line; you're likely looking for the second.
Try running in your terminal:
$ mysql
This will bring up a MySQL prompt that will look like:
mysql>
inside of which you can run your "CREATE DATABASE" command.

You cannt develop Web Dynpro's in 4.6C version. Web Dynpro's are introduced from ECC6.0 onwords.

I went to Shared Components > Web Service references to create a web services reference using wsdl.
My webservices are local to my network.
I do not use proxy. Not using UDDI.
I enter my WSDL URL but error message is returned
The WSDL document was unretrievable because either the URL you supplied was invalid, your environment requires a valid proxy server address for HTTP requests and you have not defined one for this application, or a wallet needs to be configured for this instance of Application Express for HTTPS requests

Ensure that you can ping the web services server.
Then check whether there is a valid/appropriate acl for the apex_040100 user;
select * from dba_network_acl_privileges where principal like 'APEX%';
Refer to Enable Network Services in Oracle Database 11g in the install manual.

Can not create Webi report on a Universe based on Bex Query

We are using BO XI 3.1 (FP 3.4) with SAP integration Kit (same Patch Level) with SAP Authentication. We have a Universe based on a bex query and its connection is set to use SSO.
We have say two SAP users U1 & U2. Now "U1" is able to create webi reports but when we Logged in as "U2" and try to create Webi reports or try to refresh reports created by U1 it through an error ...
The database error text is: (CS) "Error on NumResultCols" . (WIS 10901).....
As per the "Authorization" section in BusinessObjects XI Integration for SAP Solution Installation Guide we have provided this users with all the mention autherizations.
Any words over this will be highly appreciated.

It is highly probable that this is due to missing authorizations on the SAP BW side (not talking about the authroizations which are directly related to the BO/BW integration). I would recommend to ask your SAP Basis team to do a security trace while you are accessing the reports with the user, who gets the error. THey should look for failing authorization checks.

Can you create web galleries in CS4?

I noticed the feature to create a web gallery from a folder of images is no longer in the same menu dropdown. Is this feature still available in CS4? If so, where do I go to find it.
IF NOT, is their another way to create automated web galleries?

Yes within Bridge buried in the Workspace dialog box area.
Bridge now does galleries similar to the way Lightroom can create web galleries.
Lightroom does an excellent job of this.
This is a simple html version but you can generate Flash galleries as well:
