Hello Experts,
I can't delete a aggregation Level wich based on a Realtime InfoCube. How
can I delete This aggregation Level.
No Filter,
No Planing Sequenz,
No Planing Function,

i have the same issue. I cannot delete an aggregationlevel. It has no dependent objects. I tried to use the Function module as described but i also get the same message RSPLS112 cannot delete aggregation level.
Was the issue soved? How was the issue solved?

How To Delete Aggregation Level

Hi Experts,
When i am installing the business content some Aggregation Levels installed(because i selected grouping as before and after ), Now i want to delete the those Aggregation Levels.
but in my system RSPLAN T-code is not working(after going to RSPLAN when i click on start modeler or wized its showing page cannot be displayed in IE), in my project we doesn't Require IP, so its not configured.
Please sugget me how can i delete those Aggregation levels.

Thanks for u r information by using this function module i deleted all aggregation levels except two aggregation levels,
but when i am trying to delete
0INM_A05, 0INM_A03 these two aggregation levels its giving dump, i deleted all the queries which are in these aggregation level even though unable to delete these aggregation levels.
Please sugget solution.

Lets say you have fiscal period, fiscla year, GL account, amount, qty, product in the cube. But you wish to plan for GL account, fiscal period, fiscal year. Then you create an aggregation level for this and plan on GL account.
Similarly, you wish to plan for product, fiscal period, fiscal year and amout, then you create another aggregation level and plan for product.
Under this level, you further have filters, in which you restrict the values for the characteristics that you wish to plan.

Hi,
you can collect the aggregation levels in transport connection (transaction rsa1 --> transport connection). There is a folder "Planning" and a type "Aggregation Level" (technical name: ALVL). Just select your aggregation levels and add them to a request. Please be aware that depending objects such as the multiprovider have to be transported to your quality system at same time if they are not already existing over there.

Aggregation level deletion issue

Hi ,
I have a requirement to delete few aggregation levels from the system , i deleted them in development system and put them in a request but on transporting to Production these are not getting deleted. Any pointers .
Is there any other way to delete them directly in production system . There are few tables like RPLS_ALVL and RPLS_ALVLT .can deleting entries from these tables can resolve the issue ?

Check whether these objects are attached in any transport in production.
You can re-import the transport by checking 'overwrite originals' and 'overwrite objects in unconfirmed repairs' options.

Hi,
You can do this using the planning modeler. In the <b>Aggregation Levels</b> tab, there is a button to delete. But for deleting a level, you will first need to delete all objects which are using it - filters, planning functions, queries etc.

Aggregation level not getting deleted.

Hi All ,
We have deleted the aggregation levels from our development system and captured them in one change request.
On transporting this request to quality (the transport is going successful) ,the objects are not getting deleted and getting displayed in transport connection and metadata repository.
Any pointers to delete directly the aggregation levels from quality and production system or to resolve this issue.

e.g query, planning function etc.

Can't delete hidden file from top level

Screen grab of what's happening:
I used to have it as a startup item until it wouldn't login correctly after a reboot (no login, guest login)
I then deleted it from my startup items but it still shows up every reboot. I can't delete it, I can't eject it (but I can connect to the real drive from the connect to server option)
It's an annoyance, I can't seem to get it out of my system unless I make a new account and I don't want to do that.
Does anyone know how to remove it?

Next use the Verify > Preferences and mark down all the corrupted plist files, find them and move them to your desktop and reboot, they will rebuild automatically and you'll have to set the preferences for those programs again. (trash the desktop versions if there are no further complications)
That hopefully should do the trick, I think it's just a glitch and once OnyX cleans out the caches, ds store files etc., that file should disappear as everything is rebuilt.
Also it appears your having some other issues, look at those question marks.
Backup your files to a external drive via manual drag and drop methods, hold c and boot off the installer disk that comes with the comptuer and reinstall OS X on top of the installed one and reboot, hopefully that will clear things up.
Turn off Root user, it's dangerous to be running that all the time.

Aggregation level ZSPLN inconsistent : Infoprovider 0PLANT can not be used

I have added a new characteristic in the multi provider . Added the same characteristic in the aggregation level. But when I activated the aggregation level , system is giving aggregation
level inconsistent message? Has anyone come across this error. Early reply on this issue will be much

Can a CR work only for one aggregation level and not other ?

I have a real time infocube (RTIC) over which there is a multiprovider, on top of which I have built 2 aggregation levels.
There are sequence of 2 characteristic relationships (CR's based on exit class) defined for the same RTIC.
Is it possible that the CR's be functional for one aggregation level and not in case of second aggregation level ?

Additionally let me explain the scenario in more detail:
The difference between 2 mentioned aggr levels is that of 0CALMONTH which is checked in second aggr level.
0CALMONTH is assigned as target char in first CR, hence both the CRu2019s work for input ready report built on first aggregation level and do not function with input ready report built over second aggregation level.
Therefore I wish to skip the complete execution of CRu2019s for I-R reports based on 2nd aggregation level.
As CR of type with derivation is functional only if the target char selected is not present in the aggregation level.
Please let me know if any more details are required.

Aggregation Level in not prepared to run on HANA

I've the following system configuration:
CPMBPC 810: SP 0001
POASBC 100_731: SP 0005
HANABPC 810: SP 0001
Hence we've PAK and BPC license too for working with PAK.
Now, I've created an Aggregation level: ZTPM_AG01 on top of a Multiprovider which encompasses 2 real time and 1 standard cube. By default all three are HANA Optimized.
Then why I'm getting a red traffic light for both the aggregation level 'ZTPM_AG01' as well as the MultiProvider as shown below:
I've gone through below link:
How to Check whether a Planning Function or a Disaggregation in PAK is executed in Memory
and noted that we were in alignment for the most of the below points except the one in bold:
Is note 1637148 implemented?
Is the system switched to PAK (see note 1637199)?
Is the InfoCube HANA optimized?
Is the InfoCube/DataStore Object entered in the list of HANA optimized InfoCubes?
Is a characteristic relationship type exit or type hierarchy used in the InfoProvider?
Is a data slice type Exit used in the InfoProvider?
Is any virtual object used (virtual InfoCube, master data with own read class etc.)?
Is a key figure type TIMS or DATS used (input enabled)?
Is the user parameter RSPLS_HDB_SUPPORT set to ‘HDB_ON’ (if necessary, see note 1637199)?
Global emergency exit switch is not set using report SAP_RSADMIN_MAINTAIN with parameter object RSPLS_HDB_PROCESSING_OFF with blank or empty value.
I've made user parameters RSPLS_HDB_SUPPORT to HDB_ON.
Can you please let me know, what am I missing here ?

I had exactly the same problem with lightroom as you:
"C:\Program Files\Adobe Photoshop Lightroom\lightroom.exe
This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem."
Event log indicates, that "Component identity found in manifest [inside Lightroom - Microsoft.VC80.MFC.MANIFEST] does not match the identity of the component requested".
The theory is that files called manifests tell the system loader that application X (here: lightroom.exe) depend on assembly Y (Microsoft.VC80.MFC). This very CRT assembly is a shared one, and it resides in C:\Windows\WinSxS\.
SO this is a problem of your Windows not Lightroom, which refers to windows shared element which cannot be found (due to .NET installation and policies mess).
Side by side assemblies use publisher configuration files (POLICIES) to globally redirect applications and assemblies from using one version of a side-by-side assembly to another version of the same assembly.
There is a problem on certain machines caused by Windows SP1 to .NET 2.0 which causes problems messing with policies and redirecting applications from using proper shared assemblies.
After installing SP1 (which installs with Windows Update) to .NET 2.0 on those machines it was impossible to reinstall .NET unless you delete the policies inside the C:\Windows\WinSxS\Policies\ folder (I do not know exactly why, but it was my case and several other people too).
In my previous post I described you the process I did two days ago on my system (WinXP Pro with SP2) and after that lightroom start to run.
I am sorry you are experiencing such difficulties, but I would not post my way of solving the problem if I did not test it successfully on my system.

Change multiprovider which is assigned to aggregation level

Hi guys,
is there a easy way to change multiprovider which is assigned to aggregation level?
We have already some queries, filters and functions on the aggregation level. So we cant simply delete it and create another one. I just want to change multiprovider definition under the aggregation level as we decided to change naming convention for multiproviders.

Hi,
Aggregation levels are built on top of specific multiprovider. And you can not change the technical name of multiprovider.
But you can try following approach,
1) Create copy of current multiprovider, and then create aggregation level on top of that multiprovider.
2) Now try to copy the queries from source aggregation level to target using 'RSZC' transaction.
I am not sure whether this will work or not, but you can just give a try.

Unable to create Aggregation level on Multiprovider

Hello Experts,
I am getting the following error when activating a newly created aggregation level on a certain Multiprovider.
Error : Aggregation level B2MP01L02: InfoProvider 0COMP_CODE cannot be used for definition.
0comp_code is a characteristic that I have included in a dimension of the Multiprovider. In the same dimension, i have another characteristic opcomp_code whose reference characteristic is also 0comp_code.
Could this be the source of the error? There are already many queries built on the Multiprovider, I am reluctant in deleting opcomp_code and check the impact while activating the Agg level.
Has anyone encountered this issue?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Nitisch,
it seems that you get message RSPLS192, cf. long text of the message.
Not all multiproviders can be used as a basis for an aggregation level. The multiprovider has to contain at least one real-time InfoCube and not aggregation levels (aggregation levels cannot be nested).

Empty the Trash if you haven't already done so. If you use iPhoto, empty its internal Trash first:
iPhoto ▹ Empty Trash
Do the same in other applications, such as Aperture, that have an internal Trash feature. Then reboot. That will temporarily free up some space.
According to Apple documentation, you need at least 9 GB of available space on the startup volume (as shown in the Finder Info window) for normal operation. You also need enough space left over to allow for growth of the data. There is little or no performance advantage to having more available space than the minimum Apple recommends. Available storage space that you'll never use is wasted space.
When Time Machine backs up a portable Mac, some of the free space will be used to make local snapshots, which are backup copies of recently deleted files. The space occupied by local snapshots is reported as available by the Finder, and should be considered as such. In the Storage display of System Information, local snapshots are shown asBackups. The snapshots are automatically deleted when they expire or when free space falls below a certain level. You ordinarily don't need to, and should not, delete local snapshots yourself. If you followed bad advice to disable local snapshots by running a shell command, you may have ended up with a lot of data in the Other category. Reboot and it should go away.
See this support article for some simple ways to free up storage space.
You can more effectively use a tool such as OmniDiskSweeper (ODS) to explore the volume and find out what's taking up the space. You can also delete files with it, but don't do that unless you're sure that you know what you're deleting and that all data is safely backed up. That means you have multiple backups, not just one.
Deleting files inside an iPhoto or Aperture library will corrupt the library. Any changes to a photo library must be made from within the application that created it. The same goes for Mail files.
Proceed further only if the problem isn't solved by the above steps.
ODS can't see the whole filesystem when you run it just by double-clicking; it only sees files that you have permission to read. To see everything, you have to run it as root.
Back up all data now.
If you have more than one user account, make sure you're logged in as an administrator. The administrator account is the one that was created automatically when you first set up the computer.
Install ODS in the Applications folder as usual. Quit it if it's running.
Triple-click anywhere in the line of text below on this page to select it, then copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C:

Launch the built-in Terminal application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Terminal in the icon grid.
Paste into the Terminal window (command-V). You'll be prompted for your login password, which won't be displayed when you type it. You may get a one-time warning to be careful. If you see a message that your username "is not in the sudoers file," then you're not logged in as an administrator.
The application window will open, eventually showing all files in all folders, sorted by size with the largest at the top. It may take a few minutes for ODS to finish scanning.
I don't recommend that you make a habit of doing this. Don't delete anything while running ODS as root. If something needs to be deleted, make sure you know what it is and how it got there, and then delete it by other, safer, means. When in doubt, leave it alone or ask for guidance.
When you're done with ODS, quit it and also quit Terminal.
