CAN'T DELETE BILLING/PAYMENT INFO

OK, SO WHY CAN'T USERS SEE THEIR CREDIT CARD INFO ONCE THEY ENTERED THAT INFO IN?  SKYPE CAN AUTO CHARGE US BUT WE CAN'T DELETE OUR CREDIT CARD INFO?  I DON'T LIKE THE SOUND OF THAT.

    I asked the same question to iTunes Store To delete your credit card information from your iTunes Store account: support before and this is what they sent me:
    1) Make sure you're using the latest version of iTunes. It can be downloaded free of charge from the Apple website at:

    Note: Installing the latest version of iTunes will not affect your library or any items in your account that you haven't downloaded.
    2) To launch iTunes and be taken to your Apple Account Information page, click this link:

    (If you are not already signed in, you will need to enter your iTunes Store account name and password and then click the Account Info button to sign in.)
    3) The Apple Account Information page will appear. On this page, click the Edit Payment Information button, which is the second button from the top.
    4) On the Edit Payment Information page, select "None" from the list of credit card types. This will delete your billing information.
    5) Be sure to click the Done button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.

    I had the same problem, it was asking for my security code and never was accepted. What I did is:
    Open iTunes - Go to Store -> View my account -> Enter the password
    Click Edit in the Payment information section
    It will ask for your security code, click on the NONE button and then DONE. It will say that you do not have any credit card on file anymore.
    Click Edit again in the Payment Information secction and enter the correct credit card and click DONE.
    It will store the new information and then you can use the correct security code in your IOS devices.

    If you mean the 'charge' when updating your card's details on your account then that is only temporary, your card issuer should remove it after a few days or so. It's applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account.

    If you want to remove your card's details then if you are doing it on your iPad try tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and select 'View Apple ID' on the popup - that should give you a payments link on your account's page. Or on your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should also be a payment link.

    Last week I tried to change my payment info with changing credit card number. It wasn't possible. I received a message: "There is a problem with the card information entered here. Please review and try again. If the problem persists, please contact customer support." I checked my card and its all data and it was surely OK.     I have problems as well. I've updated my payment info a week ago, there are enough funds on the card. I'm still getting a warning that my subscription will shut down. I have only one day left. And the worst part is - there is no way to directly contact Adobe about this. The only "contact" they offer is a FAQ and this forum. This is insane.

    Are you aware of any problem with a previous purchase ?     If you go into the payment details section on your account then does it say anything about your card being declined or not accepter or if the security code needs re-entering ?

    My credit card number changed, and I can't update it on my iPhone.  (This is to pay for additional iClound storage space) 
    I can get to the screen where you update your payment info, and I am able to update it on that screen, but when I click the "done" button - nothing happens.  

    If you mean that Find My Phone is asking for a password to a different Apple ID to your current Apple ID and that ID is a previous version of your current ID, not an entirely different one.
    This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
    However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7, or if you restore from a previous back up made before you changed your details and some other circumstances.
    The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID using your current password, you don’t need access to this address if it’s previously been used with your Apple ID, once you have saved these details enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone" and delete the account from your device. It may take a short while to remove the account.
    You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, save it once again and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.

    If None is not available - On your computer launch iTunes and click "iTunes Store" in the left navigation pane. Click the "down arrow" next to your name at the top right side of the page and click "Account." Enter your username and password and click "View Account" to log into your account information. Next to your Payment Type, click "Edit." Select the "None" button and click "Done." Confirm that your card has been removed by returning to the Apple account information screen.     I've tried pc vs Mac logins and neither way has a "none" option for a card as many threads state. Not even my iTunes app has the option. I no longer have a debit card so I'm stuck with no way to download or update apps. This is aggravating. I've waited about a month but I need certain ones to help me keep up with my classes.     Big mistake:
    I added a credit card to my settings in iPhone (after chosing "no credit card" for more than 6 months) but now I can't remove this credit card info anymore. The problem is I can't find the sentence that was "No Credit Card" to choose it again. It's just gone after adding the card info.
    Ofcourse I don't want to sign out because I still need my account to update the Apps I have, and iTunes does want to because they cannot verify my credit card although they already made a withdraw of $1 to verify it.
    And yes I did make a reboot and I reset and I updated but NOTHING new happened.

    If the option is unavaliable, maybe try editing the current card details, and saving it with all the fields left blank.
