Can't delete certain songs off my iPhone

A few months ago I clicked the "Show all music" it the music settings on my iPhone. After a few weeks I no longer wanted all the music to show up so I turned it off. Now I can't get certain songs off my phone. I am unable to swipe left on these songs and they don't show up on iTunes or on the One This iPhone tab. All of the songs appear to be songs that I have since deleted from my iTunes library. I have tried removing all songs from the iPhone yet the pesky songs are still there. I also tried unclicking the Sync Music in the Music tab of my iPhone but nothing seems to get theses songs to go away.
Please help.

This will delete all the music from the device:
Settings > General > Usage > Music > Edit > > Delete

Here's what I did:
1. I synced my phone to iTunes and under the music tab, I selected sync only checked playlists. I made sure I had none of my playlists selected.
2. After syncing I ejected the phone, and checked my music app. There now was no music at all on my phone.
3. Synced it again to iTunes and synced music how I typically do. When it was finished, I checked for the unwanted song, and it was gone.
Maybe this will work for you as well.

It depends on how you sync your iPod, if you sync with playlists you can remove a song by clicking it then clicking delete, if you sync by artist, album or genre you can't delete certain song. You can't delete them on your iPod.

Which way are you swiping across its track name ? On iOS 7 you need to swipe from right to left, which should reveal a Delete button on its right-hand end

Replying to my own post - heh. I downloaded iExplorer (http://www.macroplant.com/iexplorer/) which allowed me access to the files on the phone and there was the phantom movie in the DCIM folder. Deleted it, and all is well - although I still have 0.65gb of Other in iTunes.....

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. I found an article with some steps to delete photo albums off of an iPhone. The way you delete the photos will depend on whether they were taken with the iPhone (on the Camera Roll) or if you synced the albums:
To delete photos and videos from your device
To delete synced photos and videos
In iTunes, select the device icon in the Devices list on the left. Click the Photos tab in the resulting window.
Choose "Sync photos from."
On a Mac, choose iPhoto or Aperture from the pop-up menu.
On a Windows PC, choose Photoshop Album or Photoshop Elements from the pop-up menu.
Choose "Selected albums" and deselect the albums or collections you want to delete.
Click Apply.
To delete Camera Roll photos and videos
There are two methods to delete items from the Camera Roll:
Import the Camera Roll to your computer, choosing to delete items after import.
or
Delete photos and videos from your device manually. Open the Photos application, open the Camera Roll, tap the Action button, tap each photo to select it, and tap the Delete button.
Note: For photos and videos you want to save for later, import them to your computer before deleting them from the Camera Roll.

I am trying to delete a song from my iPhone music library.I delete it and then I eject my iPhone.When i reconnect it,the song is there again.

In the Settings of Music there's an option called "Show all Music" if I'm right.
Disable it then see if it helps.
The real problem of this iOS 7 update is that you can't delete a whole artist like you could in the iOS 6.
Apple will have to suggest a solution and quick because it is not comfortable at all.

I don't completely understand how that works with deleting a song off your music FROM your iphone and then what happens when you sync with itunes....does it get deleted off itunes as well or will it re-sync the song back on to your iphone?
I'm mainly asking this because when I delete a song I usually do it from my phone and I usually do it because: it's a free download I didn't like, a song that I don't even know why I have in my music, etc...so when I delete them it's because I want them gone for good(from phone and itunes).

I have accidentally bought a song off of iTunes that is a fake. It was a total scam, but that is not my problem. I am having trouble deleting it off of my iTunes on the computer and my iPhone. When I delete it in the music folder on my PC, and in the purchased on the computer, it just redownloads every time I plug my iPhone in. On my iPhone they are songs that synced from my computer that I don't want on my phone too. I was trying to delete them today and most of the songs i didn't want on my phone wouldn't delete and I was wondering if there was a reason for that or a way to get them to delete.

When the new iCloud Photo Library and its accompanying Photo app for Mac is available, this problem will go away. In the mean time, you have another option. Instead of syncing albums or photos from your photo library onto your device, why not create a shared Photo Stream with the older photos you want to have with you? Those can be deleted as you wish.
Or, as Ralph suggested, if you are planning a trip, remove the excess photos before you leave so you do not run out of room.
