i was syncing videos and then i clicked cancel and then i disconnected it properly, but the finshed videos deleted, i cant watch them and they take up 1.31 gb on my ipod

Do you mean that you deleted the videos from your iTunes library? Or did you delete them from wherever they were originally stored on your computer?
when i reconnected my ipod, it said that the synced videos that could not be accessed were taking up 1.31gb on my ipod
What is the "it" that said this? Was it iTunes? It sounds like iTunes was telling you that it could not find the videos you deleted from its library.

Delete them from what? If you deleted them from wherever they were originally stored on your computer and allowed iTunes to sync movies from its library with your iPod, they aren't on it either.

If these are purhased movies they are not stored in your iCloud account and cannot be deleted. They are stored in the iTunes store. What you are seeing are links to your previously purchased movies, allowing you to redownload them.
If you don't want to see these in the Videos app, go to Settings>iTunes & App Store and turn Videos off under Show All. -
I deleted all my photos and videos and then delete the deleted files but the photo app is still taking up 12 GB of space and I have no room for new stuff. No, there are no gurantees. The capabilitty exists to retrive deleted data from an iPhone, but like many things in life it is not 100% successful all the time. Be careful, there are a lot of scam artists out there. They take your money & retrive nothing. This guy is one of the best in the business, but he does not work for people in the private sector. i saw this under the summary tab in itunes. when you hover over photos at the bottom it shows how many pictures. i don't have it set to sync pics off of my computer files to the phone which is over 6,000 which it said when i clicked on sync photos from but i didn't sync. My phone shows 1.4GB on my camera roll while itunes, under the summary tab of my iphone shows 2.89GB.
i just read this morning to delete photos from the stream which removes them from the cloud and all synced devices. this is why i get confused because i read that on apple.com as well. -

I believe that I have the same issue with iPad Mini with Retina Display, iOS 8.1. No matter which way I delete videos from my iPad, they will still show as "deleted", yet the space is not cleared up. I tried restore and then a full restore (clean setup as a new iPad) and it still does this to me. I can solve it by doing a restore each and every time I download a video and delete it. Rather frustrating. Has been a problem since day 1 of iOS 8. I'm yet to try the power+home button reset. It may very well work, but I am surprised that a "fresh setup" of an iPad didn't resolve it from ever occurring.

I don't know what you mean by "download home video" but there are several DVD burner apps in the MAS. Just search burn DVD and you'll see them.

If you abandon one of the Apple IDs you will also basically be abandoning any content that you have acquired with that Apple ID. Content can only be updated and re-downloaded with the Apple ID that was used to buy it. Apple will not combine the content of Apple IDs and Apple will not transfer the content from one Apple ID to another Apple ID.

Tap and hold an app until they all start jiggling and an X appears in the icon's top left corner. One by one tap the X to delete the app. when they are all gone you are free to buy them again with your own account.

Anything is possible. Some things. like recovering those videos, are just not very likely. What is likely is that a friend who "plays with data retrieval and forensics software" is likely to create problems with your phone.
