Help me please, I'm using win 8.1 and the latest version of skype (hope this will help) and I can't play video or music while using skype, I tried some solutions found on google but they didn't work

the wheel comes and goes, it looks like the wheel of fortune wheel if you will it has colors all around it and keeps blinking, when it is there, I can't use the computer, it freezes up

I thought I had found the offending 'app' namely "Songpop."
I regularly use "Songpop" on my phone late at night via my wifi connection.
All enteries on my phonebill are at midnight (even though I have a data allowance it was excluded from allowance). I switched 3G off on Friday, played "Songpop" at midnight and at the exact time I got a "Server Error" message.
I posted a message on the "Songpop" support forum.At first they said this was a problem relating to my ISP.
I have spoken to my ISP and asked if there are connection drops at the time I have been billed (ie to establish if my wifi dropped and 3G kicked in without my knowledge) and have been advised that there aren't any connection drops at that time.

It will do your entire library, from there you can play music by albums or just by songs and can shuffle the songs as well.

Ipad 2 while using Skype continues to say it is initiating video?

I Pad 2 while using Skype transmits a video signal & is received by the other computer using Skype however the I Pad 2 unit does not show a video signal but does recieve audio and the I Pad contiues to show it is initiating video. This is occuring on a G3 data hook up

This could be an issue with some corrupt print preferences. In your toolbar go to about:config and reset all of your print.preferences. This could hopefully help!

do not use anyother app while you are using skype , its not your software fault problem is regarding to your device,physically check your device from where you bought it

While using Skype on my mac pro the screen freezes and splits in two and the left hand side shifts to the right and the right shifts to the left with a large black block down the centre, should I take it back to store as it is only a month old??

I have only had my mac one month and it seems while I use Skype the screen freezes and I cant click on anything and everything on the right hand side of the screen shifts to the left and the left to the right with a back block down the centre and sometimes lines running down the screen over all. Caller identification while using Skype Number

Hi, I live in Canada and set up a Skype Number locates in HongKong to make my friends call me more easily. But soon I found that I could not identify who is the caller when someone is calling my Skype Number.
For instant,
When I log off the Skype App and use "Call Forward" function of Skype, if someone calls my HK's Skype Number, it always displays "+10000123456" and I cannot know who is the caller except I pickup the phone.
While if I run the Skype App in the backgourd of my cell phone, and someone calls my Skype Number, the skype app will pop up but only shows "Unknow Number"
Could you give me some advice to solve this problem?

There may not be much that can be done. Caller ID from the telephone network to your Skype Number is controlled by the telephone carrier(s) where your Skype Number is located (Hong Kong). Not all carriers in all countries send Caller ID information to the Skype Number. When your friends in Hong Kong call each other on their phones, do they see the Caller ID information on those calls? This may not help your situation when receiving calls on your Skype number, but would at least verify that your friends' phones are sending the Caller ID information out when they call someone.

Can I take notes while using iBooks?

I do a lot of research and would like to write notes while reading. Is there an add-on writing pad that could accept note taking while still displaying iBooks? Please say yes. :)

You can use the iBooks app own capabilities to add notes for books formatted as ".epub".
If what you are trying to annotate is an PDF file then iBooks cannot do this and you will have to use another app.

Can't sign in while using on a PDF file. Box pops up then disappears. Adobe Reader up to date, account in good standing.

Just today my Export PDF program won't let me sign in, so I can sign my document. Sign in box pops up then disappears right away.
Adobe reader is up to date, as is my subscription to Export PDF. Have rebooted computer, tried different browser.

It sounds like you've tried signing in both from Reader and the web browser.
In Reader, what happens when you click the Fill & Sign tab in the Tools panel?
Have you tried clearing the browser cache, or using a different web browser? In either case, you should be able to get to the Fill & Sign tab (you don't need an ExportPDF subscription to sign a document).
