every time i connect my ipod to my comp it just opens up another window it dosen't automatically update please help really wan to use it
Well, when I open my iTunes with my mini connected, it says my available space is around 340 mb. When I look at my mini after disconnecting, it says I have 3.5 gb. I don't understand...

Yes, but you must first configure your iPod for manual management by enabling the Manually manage music option from under the iPod's Summary tab in iTunes.

Are you on a PC or Mac? If it's a PC, close iTunes. Then right->click on the iTunes icon and choose Run as Administrator. Then resync your iPod and see if the error disappears.
