Can't download 40 free EA Games

Hello,
I have a Nokia Asha 501. I can download only 10 games from the EA Games gift games. The games I can download are: Pac-Man, Ace Combat, Asphalt 6, Dungeon Hunter 3, Doodle God, Assasins Creed 3, Doodle Farm, the Sims 3 World Wdventures, Simcity Deluxe, NFS Shift. Does anyone know why I can't download all 40 free EA games. I am from Germany. Is there a restriction for regions maybe?
I have another question about the shortcuts of apps. Is it possible to install and run games&apps without adding a shortcut to the menu? I don't want to add more shortcuts to the menu because after awhile there are too many and it gets unclear.

I recommend to subscribe to that thread (top, left-hand side) because when that feature is implemented, you get notified by E-mail instantly.

If there are multiple apps trying to download at once, only one can download at a time and the rest say "Waiting" until it is then their turn. Try this. Double tap the icon of the Waiting app, and it should resume the download.

Another thing to try - Turn the iPad Off & then back ON.
If that doesn't work:
• Log out of your iTunes store account. Go to Settings > Store > Sign Out Then press the Home button.

We're just regular users and don't pay your way, so we can't do something. What you need to do is make sure your AppleID is up and active. This entails having a positive balance on it or having enabled an accepted payment method. This is on a country-by-country basis. Acceptable payment methods in the USA are not the same as those acceptable in, say, India.
Until the AppleID is fully activated, you can't use it to download apps of any kind, free or not. And that's the only way the App Store is gonna give them up.

What kind of connection do you have? Dial-up? DSL, Cable, FioS?
And have you checked your firewall settings to make sure they are not interfering?
