I can't seem to download the Acrobat Professional pro. I keep getting error message:

It sounds like you are not able to access your iTunes library. With the error message you are receiving, you will want to first locate the iTunes Library.itl file. These are the default locations for this file on a Windows computer, but if you dont find them here, you may need to search for the file:
Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\My Music\iTunes\
Windows Vista: C:\Users\username\Music\iTunes\
Windows 7: C:\Users\username\My Music\iTunes\
Windows 8: C:\Users\username\My Music\iTunes\

Once you locate the iTunes Library.itl file, you can make iTunes point to it using these steps:
Steps to create or choose a different iTunes Library file
If iTunes is running, quit iTunes.
If you are using Windows, hold down the Shift key and from the Start menu and choose All Programs > iTunes > iTunes.
You should see one of the following screens:
Then you can select Choose Library and navigate to the location of the iTunes Library.itl file. You can find the full article here:

Can't download IOS 5, keeps getting error: download timeout. What do i do?

I have a 3rd gen 32 Ipod touch. Recently Itunes prompted me to update my ipod to IOS 5. However, after downloading, it seems to have a proccesing error. Message is like this: Download timeout. Error.THIS WAS COPIED FROM A THREAD THAT WORKED FOR ME SO I CAN'T TAKE THE CREDIT
Open notepad as administrator, and direct yourself to:
C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc
open the "Hosts" file:
note the "127.0.0.1 gs.apple.com" portion near the bottom. your hosts may be different, and if so, then look for that part specifically. the problem for me, lied within the fact that just before the "127.0.0.1 gs.apple.com" part, there originally was no hash(#) with the space like the rest of the hosts file. This was all I had to fix. After editing and then SAVING the hosts file in notepad I restarted iTunes and the update went through without a hitch!
so if you do not see the hash and space before the "127.0.0.1 gs.apple.com" part, all you have to do is put the #, and then press tab! I hope this works for some of you guys! So just to be clear, that particular line in the file should look like:
# 127.0.0.1 gs.apple.com

My message is saying: error downloading your purchased music, disk could not be read or written to..
You can change the settings in Security & Privacy to "Anywhere"...
That should work... as to whether the printer driver will work, that's another question.

You are welcome to post any specific errors you are able to discover within your installation log to this discussion. Since you are using Windows then Exit Code 15 could mean one of the following:
Installer database is corrupted
Update pending to your operating system
Improper permissions set for the Media.db
The installation log file should provide additional insight into the exact error you are experiencing. Please make sure to use the find command to look for the words 'ERROR' and 'FATAL' to locate the relevant error messages. -

make sure you're using the adobe cleaner, not crap cleaner, Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6
copy the installation files to a desktop folder and install from there.
