Keep on prompt "Authorization failed. Please try to connect to iTune. Cancel / Retry"

Your phone is carrier locked to a carrier other than the one you are trying to use.
It was apparently hacked to unlock it prior to your attempt to update. Updating has re-locked it to the original carrier.
Contact them and find out what their policy is.

You will not lose everything on you phone if you backup prior to updating. You can do it maunaully (simply by syncing your phone with itunes) but when you update iTunes will prompt you do back up your phone anyways. After you've updated you can reload everything on to your phone with the itunes back up.

First try if you are able to recover your password from the http://account.microsoft.com login page through the two options below the logon button. Failing this, a factory reset of the phone and setup on a new Microsoft account is required.
You will lose all contacts, apps etc. on the phone if you are unable to recover the password and hard reset the phone ...

You can ONLY use the itunes store of your country of residence.
You cannot use another countrys itunes store.

I can't download any apps from the appstore. I try to push the 'free' button and it won't do anything. The 'ratings' button won't work either. They literally don't do anything. I checked with those in my family who have iphones, and they are having the same problems.

Did you try force quitting the app?

You cannot download the same Apps that you have on your iPhone. They are two seperate stores.
The store you have on your iPhone is the same for any iDevice (iPad, iPhone and iPod)
The store on your MacBook is only for Macs.

iCloud storage has absolutely nothing to do with local storage. You need to free up space on the iPad in order to download the movies. You can transfer some content into iTunes and then delete it from the iPad in order to make room on the device.
Settings>General>Usage>Storage is where you delete content if you want to do it in there.
