Can't Download Anything : Error (-9813)
I recently got high speed internet at home (finally)... and have attempted to subscribe to various podcasts and download other free content. When I try this I get a message that says: "We could not complete your iTunes Store request. An unknown error ocurred. (-9813)" This also happens when I attempt to log in to view my iTunes account. I have no idea how to get around this. Any help would be splendid...
I saw this error on another forum and people said it was fixed by running Keychain First Aid
Try this:
Go to the Utilities Folder: Applications - > Utilities
Open "KeyChain Access"
from the Keychain Access Menu select "Keychain First Aid" and choose "Repair".
Try running that and see if it works. I don't know what keychains have to do with it, but I saw a lot of people fixing this 9813 error by running keychain first aid

Same here on my lpad2. Can access the web just fine from browsers but cannot install new apps or updates in appl store. Seeing a few others reporting same issue tonight so likely an apple server issue and staff will notice it in network monitors and fix it...sometime this weekend.

will u please help me out?Are you listing the billing address for the card correctly? The address in the iTunes/MAS account must match the address on your bill exactly.

Can't download anything in my lop top
I have the XP and suddenly I just can't download anything including updates, when I hit the download button it tells me CANCELLED and asks me to RETRY after doing this it tells me that the download is complete but it does not give me the option to open it .
Do you have a question ? Are you getting an error message with that card on your account ? Have you tried removing that card and/or replacing it with a different card ?

Can't Download Anything Adobe after Tech Support "Help"
I was having trouble installing the trial of InDesign CS5. It told me to uninstall then reinstall. It then would not even let me uninstall it. I tried to use the CS5 clean sweep and that did not work. I then made the biggest mistake of my life and called tech support and foolishly watched as some girl from India hacked my computer all to pieces from the inside! Now my microsoft office won't work and I can't download anything adobe! Not even reader. Here is an error message that I get whenever I try to download Adobe Reader:
Error 1402.Could not open key:
UNKNOWN\Components\DA42BC89BF25F5BD0AF18C3B9B1A1EE8\68AB67CA7DA73301B7449A0300000010.
Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel.
CAN ANYBODY HELP?!Thanks. I actually did that after I posted this and it restored everything back to normal. It's all working again. I just can't believe someone would go into the registry and start screwing around when they actually have no idea what they are doing. Adobe tech support is horrible.

With a strong carrier network signal (e.g., not merely WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT

Please wait for one "registration" message to arrive to your Messages app
2) Delete and Resend Service Books (pre-BB10 devices only)
KB05000Delete the service book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account from the BlackBerry smartphone

Please wait for "Activation" Messages, one per already configured email account, to arrive in your Messages. If you have no already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.
3) Reboot
With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot -- ~5 minutes.
See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should try deleting and re-adding your configurations for the affected email accounts. Otherwise, you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support.

Please help - I am not too computer savvi and my computer keeps telling me my start up disk is full. I have purchased a passport and transferred loads of images and files onto that and then deleted them from my computer but the message is still the same and I can't download anything.
How big is your hard drive, and how much space is used/free?
To find out, click once on the hard drive icon on your desktop to highlight it (it will be called Macintosh HD unless you renamed it). Click the command and I keys on your keyboard to open the information window. In "General", you will see Capacity and Available. What are those figures?
If you have a little bit of space left, I recommend that you install Omnidisksweeper (it's free) to tell you what folders are using up the most room.
Be careful when you transfer files - only move files that you know are yours. Don't move or delete any system files unless you're specifically recommended to do so (some files are safe to delete; some are not).

It is the same for the app store. You are required to have some sort of payment method in the record.

I have tried to change my Apple ID and was successful but when I go to the App Store my Apple ID appears as the old one. I no longer have a password for it. Now I can't download anything. What do I do?
Your apps were purchased under the old ID, so they will have to be deleted and re-purchased/downloaded under your new one.

Reset the device:
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

My iPad is downloading my video purchases automatically, but it's only downloading two episodes from Supernatural S10 that I have watched and deleted. I can't stop it from downloading, and I can't download anything else because of it. I don't know what to do. There is some sort of glitch happening and it's really affecting my iPad. Have you tried deleting the App within the Settings menu (rather than from the Home Screen)?

If you read discussion boards, this is a significant change from a year ago, when Apple told people in the same situation to go f&$# themselves. Clearly it's dawning on them that this is a stupid policy, and my guess is if people keep complaining they'll change it to something more reasonable. Remember, it wasn't that long ago you couldn't re-download content at all.
Apple can't really afford to play hardball on this. Sure, the hardcore fanboys will always say "Thank you sir, may I have another" whatever Apple throws at them, but the rest of us will just switch to Amazon, which has none of these restrictions. -

You've checked the name and address on your iTunes account and it's in exactly the same format (including spacing and layout) as the credit card that you are trying to use is registered to ? And the card was issued by a bank in the country where you and your iTunes account are ?

Please if anyone can help apple doesn't seem to care?If you need to reinstall Mac OS X 10.8.x (there is no 10.8.6 yet, by the way), restart your Mac, hold down the Option key so you see all the bootable partitons, and boot to the Recovery Partition. From there you can reinstall Mountain Lion. You will need a good Internet connection.
