Can't download app from appstore help

Hi everybody, please help me... first of all sorry for my english, i'm from Italy...
i'm trying to download an app ( kindle ) from appstore
when i click on the blue button ( ottieni )
it changes in
BUT ...when i click on INSTALL ... nothing happens !!!!! only the button change color in this
the text is light grey and no more white...but on my mac nothing happens or changes !!!!!
can anybody help me ?
i have this mac
internet is with wifi from my airport extreme - type of connection is by satellite....

I spoke to Apple support and they know about the snow leopard to yosemite app store issue, it's on their end. They said they'd fix it within a couple of days and said wait for an update.

I just posted this for someone else that asked the same question. this worked for me today.
I figured out a workaround for this today. when you go into the App Store, don't go into "updates" (those apps in waiting status won't even show that they're there waiting for updating), go to the "purchased" tab. Each app that is sitting in waiting status now how a little cloud with a down arrow. Tap the cloud and the app will update. You can only do one at a time because it seems to tax the system if you tap them all together. mine were in waiting status for 5 hours. all apps were updated within 10 minutes once I did this.

Can't download app from AppStore on iPhone 4s.

I'm using iPhone 4S. Today i experience one specific problem. I wanted to download one free app on my iPhone and the download "started", and never finished. App was on my iPhone, but it wasn't downloaded, just App (witt download stuatus on) and under it was text "Waiting...". I tried several apps and two accounts and on Wi-Fi and on cellular network but always the same, only once i got message "You've already purchased this but it hasn't been downloaded. If you're having trouble downloading it, select Check fo Available Downloads from iTunes on your computer, then sync with your device.". When i tried to download the same app on my PC it downloaded normally (but i want to be able to download and install apps directly on my iPhone). Is it device or AppStore problem or something else?

I have been unable to download app updates & new apps for about a week. To solve I
1. logged out of iTunes store
2. Closed all Safari windows
3. Closed all running applications by double tapping home-action key then holding down an app until I got the "-" circle above each. I then tapped the "-" circle on each app. (OBTW this can help save battery by closing background applications). I then tapped home-action key twice
4. I then went to Settings - General then at the bottom performed a RESET. I lost my screen wallpapers & alarm clock settings and had to re-enter my wifi passwords. Photos, contacts & browser history etc remained.
I was then able to download & install apps without any problem.

Can't download apps from appstore 3.1.3 fw

Hi there,
I have an iPhone 3g with the last fw I can use: 3.1.3 and I can't download any app from the app store, once I press the button "Free" (Gratis, in my languaje) the button install disappear and I can't download nothing. I've been doing some research and it seems like this issue happened before... around dec/2011. Can you work on it, because restoring my device a couple times hasn't helped.

memoforteza---> If you have an iPhone 3G, you should be able to update to iOS 4.2.1. Of course, that may make your iPhone very very slow.
ED3K, no update for me, 3.1.3 is latest for my iPod.
Also, the iPod is not a phone.

Can't download apps from AppStore on iPhone 6

Every time I try and download an app from the Appstore, it just gets stuck on 'Waiting' and has a grey icon. I've tried restoring my iphone, hard-resetting it, signing in and out, resetting all my settings. Nothing that I could find has worked so far.
Also, in the Appstore, all the pictures dont load and its just a blank grey space, yet the information, searches and text loads instantly with all the results, so its not the internet being slow I don't think.
If anyone knows whats wrong or how to fix this, thank you so much, theres a few apps I need for my classes before school starts in a few days

I just tried that then, signing out of iCloud then resetting my phone (holding the power and home button if thats what you meant) and signing back in. Unfortunatly nothing, its still doing it.
And, the WiFi is exactly the same as it usually is, streaming videos load extremely fast (in HD) and all that.

Can't download Apps from appstore (final cut pro - en pause)

i had Mavericks. had to uninstall it because i needed to run powerpc applications.
so i did a clean install of snow leopard with the cd.
when i tried to download final cut from the app store, nothing happened. when i restart my computer, there's the final cut icon on the dock but will not load.
"command+click" on the icon and selecting reprendre(french for restart) won't work
before i installed mavericks everything worked fine! i need my old setup back!

Clone your 10.6.8 setup to another hard drive with nothing on it using Carbon Copy Cloner.
Install10.9 back on your main hard drive.
Dual boot to 10.6.8 through Apple menu -> System Preferences with the external drive attached when you need a Rosetta application.
Generally speaking you should keep at least two copies of your data at all times.

The iPad 1 can't run the newer operating systems. It'd be like trying to play a bluray disc in your 6 year old dvd player....it simply lacks the hardware to make the software run.
No suggestion about the camera, but given that Apple's attitude seems to be to focus more on the more mobile devices for photography (the iPhone and Touch cameras got features, the iPad and mini didn't), that is highly unlikely. You can tell Apple what you want, but you'd probably be money ahead to get a digital camera.
as to the photos, anything put on via iTunes has to come off via iTunes.Your main alternative would be to look for photo apps that offer file exchange that may give you more functionality.

I created apple Id, tried to download apps from appstore but problem is even apps is for free a message pops up saying my apple Id is not yet used in iTunes, and proceeds me to fill up form asking for a credit card account info. I don't have credit card. Please help.

Do you currently have a credit card set up in your iTunes store Enter Payment Information screen?
If so, grab a recent statement for that card and check to make sure that the address that shows up in your Enter Payment Information screenexactly matches the address showing on your credit card statement. For example, if your address in the credit card statement says "Street", the iTunes screen has to also say "Street" (Not St or Str.)
Also make sure that your name in the iTunes screen exactly matches the one in your statement. (Say, if you've got a middle initial in the credit card statement name, you need one in the iTunes screen.)
After doing that, does that get you past the invalid address thing?

Probably hasn't posted yet. And if you are trying to redeem a gift card you can do it form the appstore app by going to the bottom of the apps store home page it will show you a button to redeem and your apple id.

Read the steps carefully as the order in which you follow them is critical. Note that you can do this only when creating a new Apple ID. You cannot use an existing ID.
You will of course not be able to get anything other than the free content without entering in some sort of payment method (credit card, prepaid iTunes card, gift certificate, etc.)
