Can't download apps on new iphone 6

Not sure if this is the correct place to post but ...
Just got my new iPhone 6 and I can't seem to download anything from the app store. I'll press the icon to download, it will change to the circle image for a second, then it just stops. Is this an ios 8 issue/ iphone 6 problem? is the app store down? Anybody else experiencing the same issue?

I can't download apps on my iphone 4s. When I try to download an app it says unknown error. I just lost my iphone and someone probably has it, could that have anything to do with it? It just started yesterday with me not being able to download apps.

If I subscribe to iTunes Match, can I download onto my new iPhone 6, just my music playlists and not my entire library? I have over 100 playlists and even more music not in playlists and I don't want to download all of it to my phone.

So, before you sell your Mac make sure all your personal data is backed up to an external HDD then put that HDD in a safe place. When you return you will be able to use it to restore your data to the new Mac.

If the apps are over 50 MB, you need to connect using Wi-Fi.
Also check Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID: > sign out and sign back in.

Do you currently have a credit card set up in your iTunes store Enter Payment Information screen?
If so, grab a recent statement for that card and check to make sure that the address that shows up in your Enter Payment Information screenexactly matches the address showing on your credit card statement. For example, if your address in the credit card statement says "Street", the iTunes screen has to also say "Street" (Not St or Str.)
Also make sure that your name in the iTunes screen exactly matches the one in your statement. (Say, if you've got a middle initial in the credit card statement name, you need one in the iTunes screen.)
After doing that, does that get you past the invalid address thing?

Contacs from my old phone are supposedly in the "cloud" but I cannot get into the App Store to download "BackUp Assistant" to get the contacs downloaded to my new iphone.

I am having the same EXACT problem. Restarting the phone doesn't help contrary to suggestions on similiar posts.

Can not download photos from new iphone 4si

Ever since I got my new Iphone I can no longer download pictures from the phone to my Iphoto on my MacBook Pro?

Message I get: "Iphoto has detected inconsistensies in your library. - Cancel / Repair". No matter which option I take. I get second message:"Iphoto cannot import photos because there was a problem downloading an image"

Please do not contribute to electronic waste and discard a device that works perfectly fine. There are hundreds of thousands of apps for iOS 4.2.1. Apple does not make it easy to find them, for obvious reasons. A Google search for
"angry birds" "requires iOS" -4.3 -5.0 -5.1 -6.0 -6.1 -"5 or later" site:itunes.apple.com/us/
will give your son a choice of over 2,000 angry birds apps.

I purchased a new iphone5 and did a restore from itunes from my old iphone 4 in itunes 11. All mail, contacts, text, phones, music and videos came over but apps will not. I have tried to drag and drop them on itunes onto the new phone and sych them but it wont work. I have also tried to go into itunes from the phone and install facebook for example and it just sits there waiting. SOOOOO FRUSTRATING!! Have searched the forum and this seemed to be a common problem back in September when it was first released but not sure if there are any fixes??

Check the settings for your AppleID and AppStore. Go to Settings/iTunes and AppStore/AppleID and sign out.
Restart the phone and sign in with your Apple ID. After that your AppleID will be matching the country to which it is registered to. You can't buy or download from foreign AppStores, that's what the error is about.

I can't download apps to my iphone 5c?

I got my iphone 5c in early march and by that time i was already having trouble with apple in which I had bought an app and it had charged me 3 times, and 2 extra $1 charges that were eventually expired. I fixed this by just getting a new apple id. That's when this problem started occuring. Everytime I try to download an app, even a free app it will ask me for my password, i'll type it in, then it will look like it's loading for a few seconds and instead of the button reading "open" it still reads free and the app hasn't shown up on my home screen. Also it won't really let me update apps either. it does the same thing where it loads and then goes right back to the "update" button instead of "open" but when i go to my home screen it's updated. not really a problem but most likely ties into the whole apps not downloading thing. anyways, thanks!

Unable to purchase/download apps to new iphone 5c

Since I bought my iphone 5c, I have not been able to purchase any new apps, tones or music. I will click on 'buy' and I'm prompted for my password, I enter password and nothing happens. I have logged out and back into to apple ID and have restarted phone multiple times. Any ideas?
