However can I get a replacement download for my registered Elements 12  + Premier in English ?

You can download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.

    Are you using mavericks (os x 10.9) and Safari?
    You only need your serial for the actual installation of pse 9, not just to download it.
    When i hit that download button using safari, the download icon jumps across the screen down to the Downloads folder.
    If you look at the Downloads folder in the dock or click on the top right of the safari window, do you see any indication that the download is happening?

    if you have a problem starting the download, you didn't follow all 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.

    failure to obtain that cookie results in an error page being displayed after clicking a link on prodesigntools.com or initiates the download of an incorrect (eg, current) version.

    No, you need to be in the UK with a UK billing address on your account to use the UK store
    You can try requesting that the English language versions be added to your country's store (you've checked to see if the film's description page says if it has alternative languages on it ?), but unless the film studio/rights-holder agrees to it then Apple won't be able to sell them there : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html

    If you have got a valid serial number for PSE11 then you can download a trial version using the method given on this page:

    The download is direct from Adobe sites but you need to follow the instructions carefully otherwise t won't work.  READ THE PAGE BEFORE DOING ANYTHING.
    Ideally, you should buy an external USB DVD drive because you will always need a DVd drive as all software packages comes in DVDs.

    If you dont have space to download the program on to your computer then it's highly unlikely that you will have space to install the program.
    I recommend free up some space and then try installing the software.
    If it's only the download you are concerned you can download to any external flash drive / hard drive and archive it for use to install on any machine.

    I got a new MacBook Pro laptop and am tring to download Elements 11, which I purchased and downloaded about year back on my old IMac.  Since dont have actual disc, how do I do this?  When I open adobe downloader assisstant it says "This application cannot be installed because this installer has been mis-configured. Please contact the application author for assistance."  I even tried to install the trial, but it says the same thing.  Do I need to un-authorize the other one on my IMac?   • Howcome i can't download elements 10 from the adobe website? everytime i download it, it shows downloading but after 5 mins it stops.

    i bought the elements 10 a year and a half ago. and i had to reset my computer. i didn't have to use it for like 5 months. and now that i try to download it from the adobe website it wouldn't download. it stop after like 5 mins or so. i still have access to my account and everything. through my account i still have the serial number for the elements 10. but i just want to know why won't it download.
