Can't download Firework CS6 through Creative Cloud

I tried to download and install Firework CS6 through my Creative Cloud, but there is no way letting me download it. I went to adobe download center to download it, but it keep leading me to my Creative Cloud app and in there only shows Firework CS6 "up to date". What should I do to download it?

See following transcript.  This worked for me:

Tamra Mackenzie: i want to be certain about what I'm deleting here. /tmp on my mac shows 7 items.
Debasis: Yes, it is the temporary files and folders.
Debasis: Please remove it.
Tamra Mackenzie: done
Debasis: Thank you.
Debasis: Now please try to install the product and let me know the status.
Tamra Mackenzie: 1 second please
Debasis: Sure.
Debasis: May I know the status now ?
Tamra Mackenzie: seems to be working. passing 42%
Debasis: Cool!
Debasis: We have to wait till the installation is over.
Debasis: Then we will check it is launching or not.

    I have a creative cloud account and have downloaded previous pieces of software including Indesign CS6. I was having launch issues with Indesign (on OS Mountian Lion) so deleted the package via app zapper. Now within the files and apps creative download/upload section I am unable to download any apps. Has anyone else had this problem? Unfortunately in Adobe Applications Manager it see Indesign as installed.

    You need to uninstall Adobe apps using the uninstaller in the application folder.
    You’re probably going to have to use the Cleaner tool now.

    If you have a DVD version then you have to use the serial number that is associated with the DVD version.  A Cloud subscription number has no relationship to a DVD serial number.

    I'm trying to download Dreamweaver fro a class and other programs but when I try to download them through creative cloud it's not responding. Creative cloud opens up but then there is a white blank screen and I'm unable to download anything. What do I need to do so creative cloud can start working again?

  • How many softwares/programs can you download in the student creative cloud package?

    I recently bought the Student Creative Cloud package and so far I have downloaded Illustrator, Photoshop and Dreamweaver and I'm still covered in the $15 a month student package, but now for my latest assignment at uni I need inDesign and AdobePremier, but I want to know if Adobe will charge me more on top of the $15 before I start to download. Is there a limit to how many software you can download? I can't find any information on this.

    There is a Photography Plan that includes PS-CC + LR for $10/month + tax, and for students and teachers there is a CC-Complete (all CC apps) for $20/month + tax.
    There is nothing for $15/month that I’m aware of so you might want to log into http://www.adobe.com/ click on Manage and see what plan you have and for how much.

    Just to add that, I had exactly the same issue this morning, so it is certainly a more widespread problem rather than an isolated case.
    For Adobe's benefit, here's a summary of what happened for me:
    All cloud files automatically moved to trash on turning my computer on and auto syncing. All folders remained, but empty.
    Files still existed online through the browser, in the Files section and had not been put into Archive.
    When I got home to my personal Mac, the exact same situation happened as above. Though I made sure to do a backup before connecting to wifi and allowing it to sync!
    Tried signing out and deleting the Creative Cloud files folder, then signing in again, hoping it would re-sync and create all my files again to match what was online, but it just created the directory of empty folders again.
    Was on a call with support for an hour which was painful, with them taking control of my screen but having no idea what to do to fix it.
    As with you guys, I'd like to download all my files again (not including Archive), but as a batch and not one by one online! Hopefully the sync will fix and download the lot again automatically.
    Have you worked out what's wrong yet Adobe?

  • Can't install premiere CS6 from creative cloud

    Hi, I'm looking to install Encore and have tried to follow the CS6 install instructions.
    I've read the instructions about selection "previous versions" in the CC app, but when I choose that option, Premiere Pro doesn't show up.  I only get Edge Animate CC, Extension Manager, and gaming SDK.

    If you have a Complete subscription to the Cloud then you should have access to most of the CS6 offerings (or do you not have a Complete plan?).  I could suggest reinstalling but I like recommending that as much as you like hearing it.  Try contacting Adobe Support... since it is Cloud-related maybe they will support it (what they do and don't support is apparently a moving target).  They might be able to tie into the machine and see  what's what.

  • Can I download or save a Creative Cloud installer?

    The CC Desktop Application is taking care of the downloads I far as I can tell - so does this mean I have to download the installers twice to run on two machines? Does it mean if I rebuild my pc I have to download the whole library again?
    If this is the case, I am extremely annoyed Adobe, there is absolutely no excuse for this. The download bandwidth and time it takes to install the full suite is too much.
    Don't punish legitimate, honest customers please.

    Also the download archives are stored in your system's temp folder, so if you are quick enough, you can copy them to another location before the installer deletes them again after it has done its thing...

    I can't install any apps through creative cloud.  Keeps giving me an error message when I select the Apps tab - Message says "to contact Customer Support".
    I'm running a virtual PC, and want to install a trial version app to see if I like it better than my current Dreamweaver 5.

    I have Parallels 8 and Windows 8 installed. The message I mentioned earlier has disappeared, and now it's saying:
    "Download error. Please contact customer support."
    I attached a picture of the error message. Please let me know if there's anything I can do on my end to address the problem.
