Can't download in Nokia Music

After I have updated my lumia710,
I cannot download any music from Nokia Music as it asks for a account. What should I do?

Try to remove Nokia Music application and reinstall it on your phone. After this, make sure that you log in using the account you've used before by navigating to settings > account sign in within the Nokia Music application.

MY phone is Nokia Asha 200. It comes with UNLIMITED DOWNLOADS from Nokia Music for 3 months. But now Nokia Music is not opens in my mobile. Every time their is a file named "client_log.txt" is saved to images folder on the mobile.

I am currently an owner of an Ipod Touch 4th generation. I see you are having problems with your Ipod/Ipad/Iphone, so I will try to find a solution to your problem.
Hard Reset: Hold down the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least 10 seconds or until Apple logo appears
Make sure you have Itunes downloaded
Make sure Itunes is the latest version

Sorry, but music tracks and other media contact are not available in Israel via an iTunes Store at this time. None of us here can say when Apple will be able to obtain the necessary licenses and feel it worthwhile to set up an iTunes Store for your country.

Hey, I understand how ****** off you must be at getting bounced around . It most likely has something to do with some port being blocked by your internet service provider or on your router. http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3297 lists ports 80, 443, 3689, 5297, 5298, 5353, 8000-8999, and 42000-42999 as ports that need to be open for you to connect to the itunes store. I would recommed contacting your isp and making sure that they are not blocking anything (in a nice unaccusing way, you never know, it might not be their fault), or if they can help you determine if your router is the cause. Before you do that you could also make an appointent with the genius bar at your apple retail store to make sure you can connect to the itunes store on their network, although if you can connect to wifi through safari, it probably is not related to the wifi hardware of your device.
As last ditch efforts, I would try updating your device http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4623 (I recommend backing-up your device http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1766 and any itunes purchases http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1848 just to be sure). If that doesn't work, I would restore it and set it up as a new device through itunes on a computer, that will wipe out any problem software and install the operating system as new, you can then test it to see if the issue was related to any software you had on it.

Sync is only oneway, from PC to your device. Unless you have the music on your PC, iTunes is going to wipe out what you have on your device if you are syncing to a new library.
You can only transfer Purchased music over to Itunes on your PC.

Since the new update with the new color of Spotify is out,I can't download my offline music on my Android anymore (HTC One M7).I'm in the same WLAN-Network, Spotify is on PC and Android open, but it's always said "Waiting for Download...". I have reinstall Spotify on PC and Android, nothings works.Has anyone a Solution for that?

I'm having the same problem and it makes me totally crazy! I reinstalled the desktop app. I deleted all my data on my phone and reinstalled the Spotify App. I also deleted the cache files on my PC and copied the local files to another folder on my hard drive in case that there are problems with my external drive. Of course, after that I changed the folder paths within the Spotify settings. Nothing worked. I still can play the songs on my PC within the desktop app, but not on my phone. 2 days ago I was able to listen to my local files on my phone. Since yesterday it doesn't work anymore. Please have a look on the attached image. The first two songs are local songs. Although I set the playlist as offline, the two songs are not downloaded. Please, is there any oher solution for that? Maybe it's a bug in the new app version or something else?? Thank you,Christian

My currency phone is N95 8GB model, I buy and download song from nokia music store, after I do Sync to my phone, I tried to set the song as the ring tone, but can not do it cos the screen on the phone not showing "set as ringtone" (but other song come along with the phone from the beginning show this item )

There is most likely carrier restrictions on your phone. Depending on who you are with, some or most companies will restrict the phones from allowing them to use the users mp3 files as ringtones. The reason for that is so that you have to buy from only them so they make more money.

i dont think u can....just let it lapse and probably ur data will be removed on a server cleanup after a certain period of inactivity?
but there isnt an option that i can see to remove/delete the account on a user's end

Music Files download from Nokia Music Store Does n...

I have purchased a new Nokia 5800. Along with the box I recieved two vouchers to download music from Nokia Music Centre. After downloading and while trying to play in Nokia Mucis Player, it displays the message a message informing some digital rights information needs to be downloaded from Microsoft. It tries to download and it fails.
What should I do to make these .wma files play in my nokia phone and also in my PC?
