Can´t download .IPA on iPad2

Hello.
I have a problem and I hope the group can bring me some light. I'm making an app with DPS (obviously), I made the whole process of certificates (I think correctly) and I've downloaded the. IPA to test, and here's the problem, can not download. IPA on iPad2, but if an iPad3 and is fully operational. I've made the process a few times and the result is always the same.
I have discharged several iPad2 and the result is the same in all. I have also created another. IPA from another file from another computer and in any case I can pass the file to the iPad2. The IOS is 6.1.3 with ... is hopeless.
I welcome any comments.

The four points that you show me and I checked and I have done several times with the same result. I was most strange is that the same file. IPA works correctly in the iPad3 and not on the iPad2.

HT1725 Can't download updates to iPad2

I still can't complete downlaading numerous updates on my iPad2. This issues was occurring prior to updating o 5.1.1 and continues after the update. I was able to download a few of the apps once I figured out the right sequence. I powered the iPad up & down. I did have some mag purchases that were hung up but that was one of the ones I finally got through on, one I figured out the order/sequence.
The support page stuff didn't work, I'm stuck! Looking for a few Brilliant Minds to help get me back on track!

I loved out, rebooted and logged back in. I had previously had auto downloads enabled for apps & books. When I rebooted all those settings were disabled. I left them disabled but still no joy. I've since deleted the icons and then just redownloaded everything and now it's working.
I hope this little bit can help another Mac Head out!

What country are you in ? Depending upon what country that you are in then you might be able to redownload them on your Mac's iTunes via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the iTunes store homepage
If you're not in a country where TV programmes can be redownloaded then connect the iPad to your Mac's iTunes and use the File > Devices > Transfer Purchases to copy them over from your iPad

I copied the iTunes file from the external drive and it's in both places. I thought all I would need is the iTunes program (which I downloaded to new computer) and my iTunes library file. There must be something else that's missing. My iTunes library looks the same on the new computer as it does when I open it on the external drive. If I click on an iTunes library song from my new computer, it will only play if I have the external drive plugged in.
My back-up drive is a mess. I have multiple copies of music, video, photo, and document files and I don't know how that happened. ={ Obviously, I don't know how to back up stuff properly and there are back-up files extending over a 6- to 8-year period. I think all I did was just drag and drop the main folders from the back-up drive to the same main folders on the C: drive. Also (and I'm kind of fuzzy on this) Windows used to automatically save music files in a folder within my document files (which makes no sense to me). As my Jewish friends would say, "Oy Vey!"

Not all content types are available in all countries, and unfortunately where you are you will only have apps, podcasts, iTunes U and free books - the full list of what is available where is shown on this page : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3599 . As the terms of use of the stores state that you can only use your own country's store, you also can't get music or films from Apple from other country's stores.
Are there other music and/or film purchase download sites that you can use in the UAE ? For music you can also copy your own CDs and sync them to the iPad

I can't download apps from the store with my ipad2 anymore. It was working fine the other day. I tried signing out and back in with no luck.

I am having the same problem I enter my password it says I have to go to a website my info.apple for additional security then goes to website an get safari cannot open the page bc it could not establish a secure connection to server..... I'm online with it right now.... Since I got my iPhone 4s I can't use the ipad2 what can I do?

Can not download Redshift Udate 1.5 on my iPad2

Good Morning!
Since about two month (since Redsift 1.5) is available I can not download
this update to my iPad2.
Download is stalled after a couple of minutes and ends with a message
similar like 'Can't Download - Done / Retry'.
When I try to download the App via my MacBookPro, download is stalled
after about 55-60MB too - no further error message.
iTunes is up-to-date, my iPad2 is up-to-date with the latest software.
No problem with any other App.
I have removed the App a couple of times and tried to re-download, no change.
I have completely restored the iPad2, no change.
Does anybody have any idea what I can try next? At the moment I feel like
a Microsoft user... never had such a bad experience with Apple since more
than 20 years:-(.

Do you have restrictions enabled on your iPad? Go to Settings>General>Restrictions and see if you have it turned on. If so - see if you have installing apps turned off. If you do, turn restrictions off on your iPad and that may do it for you.
