Can't download netscape

I get to the point where I am supposed to drag the download into the applications folder, but it won't drag. What's a girl to do?

Ver 8 is not available yet.
After you download NetscapeMachO.dmg.gz, double click on it to create Netscape-MachO.dmg, double click again to enter installation menu and click Agree on UELA.
It will create virtual disk of Netscape and then you can drag the netscape icon to your application folder.

Why you want to have NDS 4.11? Any version of the NDS 4.1x will support Solaris 2.6 and 8. This version is nolonger available in iplanet's site. I suggest you to get NDS 4.13 or later version. At iplanet's web site, you will find the latest version, 4.16. Also, you will find 4.13 from Solaris 8's CD ording from Sun's reseller.

Can't Download using Netscape

Hi guys,
I have searched for this on the forum and have not been able to find an answer. The following code works in IE. IE downloads the entire file, however, Netscape only downloads the first 5 characters of the file. How can I make Netscape download the entire file?

Have you checked to see whether an error is reported in Apache's error_log?
When you get a page not found error on the browser, there's typically a problem reported in the error_log.
It might be something about wrong parameters passed to the procedure, etc.
What version are you running? Also, the URL you mentioned implies you are using a login portlet. Is that the case?
Please provide more info or look into the error_log.

Only one app can be downloaded simultaneously. However, if you select to install both before going to bed, both should be downloaded and installed when you wake up, before when one app finishes installing, the other one will start being installed

First, are you positive it is really not there? Have you looked in your iTunes folder in your Music folder, and in the media folders there? Do you see your media files?
If your media are gone it is a lot easier to restore from a proper computer backup. Your i-device was not designed for unique storage of your media. It is not a backup device and media transfer was planned with you maintaining a master copy of your media on a computer which is itself properly backed up against loss. Syncing is one way, computer to device, updating the device content to the content on the computer, not updating or restoring content on a computer. The exception is iTunes Store purchases which can be transferred to a computer.

You can set up a default download location through your browser(s) Preferences.
If you do not want Preview to open the files, do the following:
Highlight your file>File>Get Info>
In the Get Info window, scroll down to "Open with:"
Select the application you want to open the file with.
Click the "Change All..." button if you want to "Use this application to open all documents like this.”

Pick Preview on a PDF document, and make sure to check Always Open With before hitting Open.
