Can't download one particular episode of a podcast (all others work)
Hi,
I've been downloading a book (Transition by Iain Banks) via the iTunes store free podcasts. However, one episode (Episode 15) won't download.
I couldn't get it to download via the podcasts section in my iTunes, just comes up with an exclamation mark, with no explanation as to why. So I tried downloading that episode directly via the iTunes store - once again it just won't download, it sort of starts to then just stops, nothing happens.
Any suggestions as to what's going on much appreciated.
Click on the exclamation mark to read the message about the problem with that episode.

What country are you in ? Depending upon what country that you are in then you might be able to redownload them on your Mac's iTunes via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the iTunes store homepage
If you're not in a country where TV programmes can be redownloaded then connect the iPad to your Mac's iTunes and use the File > Devices > Transfer Purchases to copy them over from your iPad -
got a new laptop. unsure of firefox verson on old as the computer quit taking a charge.

Have deleted temp video, configured anti spam and firewall, and one specific video keeps giving me an error. Just tried downloading a previous episode of the show and it worked just fine. Always sunny in philly "Charlie rules the world" anyone else??

I updated my ipad 2from IOS 5 to IOS 8. All games and apps that I downloaded was deleted. What can I do to return them back, even after downloading one of the games He deleded all the steps I went through and I need to start all over again

Unhiding it should get it to appear. Try closing the iTunes store app via the phone's taskbar and see if it shows when you re-open it (it may need 'refreshing') : from the home screen (i.e. not with the iTunes store app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar at the bottom of the screen, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the iTunes app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.

I am trying to download xfinity tv go app. I can not find it in my App Store and can not download it from the comcast website. All I get is a blank screen in the App Store. My Apple ID is associated with a Canadian address. How can I find the app?

I forgot my restriction password and I can't delete any app. I can't download anything either, I've filled up all the space in my iPad, and I need to update my iPad in order to restore it. But my iPad needs space in order to update to a newer vers. of ios.. I've also tried to restore to the previous backup, but it yet doesn't work. Please help :c!
I told you, I can't restore iOS. In order to restore my iPad, I need to update it to iOS 7.0.4, but my iPad needs available space to update, but I don't have any. My billing address is correct, but the i keep getting that my security code is incorrect and can't download apps. I have re-entered all of my information in my account, but still get error message. How to over-ride?
If you have American Express, your 4-digit security code is on the front. If you have VISA or MasterCard, your 3-digit security code is outside the signature block on the back of your credit card. It happens to me also.

I keep getting an "err: 100000" while trying to download the 2nd part of an audiobook (all other 6 parts downloaded normally). What do I do?
I'd report the issue to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not downloading properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entry, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.
(Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.) -

I synch my iPad, iPhone4 and MacBookPro through ICloud. All calanders on iCal, except one, synch on my MacBook, although all others synch across all devices. I receive the following error message "The request (CalDAVAccountRefreshQueueableOperation) for account “iCloud” failed." with no idea how to remedy.
I've just noticed the same problem. My iCloud account had disappeared from the Calendar app. When I added it again, same error "The request (CalDAVAccountRefreshQueueableOperation) for account “iCloud” failed."

my ipad 4 has been connected to my wireless network using a netgear sky broadband router succesfully for a few weeks, suddenly can't connect, network is showing but no signal - all other wireless gadgets are connected just fine - including iphone - any ideas?
Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
3. Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at http://macintoshhowto.com/advanced/how-to-get-a-good-range-on-your-wireless-netw ork.html
4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)
• Launch Settings app
• Tap on Wi-Fi
• Tap on the blue arrow of the Wi-Fi network that you connect to from the list
• In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

How do I change the bit rate for dls?? How times can I download one song??
I'm new to iTunes. I already downloaded 3 songs when I realized that the default bit rate is 128Kbps. I tried changing the bit rate to 192Kbps with a (Variable Bit Rate) checked.....unfortunately when I downloaded the next 2 songs the bit rate turned out to be the same.
Do I have to restart Windows or iTunes before downloading again?
And now that I have 5 songs with a lower br than I wanted... in order for me to have(download) the song at the higher bit rate...Is it possible to download one song more than once?
Thanx.You have no choice as to bit rate when purchasing from the iTunes Music Store. The official bit rate of all tracks there is 128 kbps (a very few have been reported to be at higher rates, but that's not a choice you can make, it's how the track was encoded by the record company). The setting in the iTunes Importing preference is for tracks you import from CDs only and has no effect on iTMS purchases.
Is it possible to download one song more than once?
No. Except in extraordinary circumstances, the iTMS allows only one download per purchase.
