Can't download onto creative cloud

I have downloaded creative cloud to my desktop... now i am trying to download photoshop to it  but a blank creative cloud application comes up and nothing happens..   There is nothing on my creative cloud except a small wheel right hand corner with  help  pin to desktop an dexit as a drop down list......   what is happening here I'm paying for something that is not happening.... my computer is 64bt

    After purchasing CC Complete, it says to click here to download the app and it just takes me to a white page with the four loading squares that just keep circling.

    Hi!
    I can not download in creative cloud! Every time I try, creative asks for password (although I am alreadt logged in), I write the name and password. It says , you have logged off. Try again. Choose to download PS CC. Again click in button download - asks for password - you log off - and so on!
    Second point: my PS CC is now in evaluation mode! Why?

  • Can the download of Creative Cloud App REALLY take 8 hours???????????

    All I want to do is upgrade my Lightroom to 5, but to do so it seems I have to download the Cloud App!  I don't want the other stuff - I just want to buy Lightroom!
    The app has been downloading for about 45 minutes now, and it is showing only 4% complete!   I cannot imagine what it might be putting onto my Mac taking so long to download!
    Isn't there a better (i.e. more rational) way to buy Lightroom?????

    Coachgns what type of networking environment is your computer located in?  Are you receiving any specific error messages?  You can find details on how to resolve any download errors at Error downloading and installing Creative Cloud application.

    Hello all,
    I have tried all of the solutions suggested here, including installing the Application Manager. I uninstalled Creative Cloud and reinstalled it. Each time I
    launch Creative Cloud I get a blank screen (below).
    I can still use Indesign and Photoshop, but now I need Illustrator for a project. I can't even download a free trial. Customer support phone line is down and I've been waiting for half an hour to chat with a representative. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

    Each time I was waiting for over an hour!!!

    How many different applications you can download depends on both the subscription you signed up for and the machines you intend to install them on.  You can have working installations on two different machines.

    Actually worked in Internet Explorer this time. Got Creative Cloud installed and am using that for installing Premiere. So... I'm good for the moment! Even if I think it really should work in the other browsers as well. My setup is nothing fancy. Thanks for the help!

    You can download to all the machines you like.  You can only have two machines activated to run the software.
