CAN'T DOWNLOAD PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS 11

After I enter the serial number...I get a popup, error DW046.....to turn off 1. Elements Auto Analyzer  2. Photoshop Server  3.dynamiclink manger. I've searched my computer and can't locate any of these....HELP !!!!

If you are on a PC, open the Task Manager (CTRL-ALT-Delete) and shutdown whatever you can find running.  The counterpart on a Mac is called the Activity Monitor.

    Unfortunately, even if there were a download link it wouldn't help. PSE 6 had different serial numbers for downloads and boxed versions that were mutually incompatible, and back then you couldn't just enter a serial number into the trial. That's probably why adobe doesn't have a download available for PSe 6.

When I log-in to my Abode account I cannot see it in the Order History section where you would normally download it. The product and its serialis however visible in the My Products section.  Is there anywhere else I can download the installer file, even if it's a trial version I can then upgrade with serial?

    I have a brand new Windows 7 computer with 4GB RAM. Firefox is my browser. I purhcased the downloadable upgrade for Photoshop Elements 10 on the Adobe web site. When I clicked on the Akami Download Manager to download the product, I saw a flashing box in my browser that my computer was trying to connect to the Akamai downoload manager. I waited 5 or so minutes but the connection was never made and I could not donwload my product. I exited my browser and then restarted it but I had the same problem. I still couldn't download the Photoshop Elements 10 upgrade.
    Could you please tell me what is causing this problem and how I can download Photoshop Elements 10.
