Please Help...I have to get to work.  I want to cancel the subscription. I can't afford to update my computer.

    Search the web for a reputable retailer that may have some old full version of Photoshop for sale.  IMO CS3 would be best it was a very good and stable version if Photoshop. It may cost the full $700 price.  CS6 available from Adobe currently will run on XP less some features for CS6 does not support GPU on XP so don't  buy the Extended version for 3D support requires GPU support. CS6 standard cost $700 Extended $1000.   CS6 with fixes applied works well.  You can download a trial version that will work for 30 days...

    Unfortunately, even if there were a download link it wouldn't help. PSE 6 had different serial numbers for downloads and boxed versions that were mutually incompatible, and back then you couldn't just enter a serial number into the trial. That's probably why adobe doesn't have a download available for PSe 6.

    I am having a similar issue. I was trying to download Bridge trial and I think the download manager was quit in the middle or the internet connection was lost. I un-installed the manager and re-installed it. But no matter what its stuck at 42%.

    It's not possible. Serial numbers are platform specific. Even if you install the CS5 trail version, it won't activate with your PC serial. Your only option is to upgrade to Creative Cloud.

    When I tried to use Photoshop CC it said there were missing files and it needed to be reinstalled. It still says it's "UP to Date" when I sign into Ceative Cloud. When I try to download Photoshop CC to reisntall it, it just brings me to the Creative Cloud Apps page where it shows me that Photoshop CC, Photoshop CS6 and Photoshop Elements 11 are all "Up to Date". I can't find the downloads for Photoshop CS6 and Elements 11 and I can't download Photoshop CC because it believes it's still on my computer. How can I get back my software that I bought (Photoshop CS6 and Elements 11) and I've been paying for the Photography Pack in CC since October but I've always had this problem with using it so I just used CS6 instead. But now they're all gone and I have nothing to work with. Please Help, I'm desperate!!!

    Run the CC cleaner, then you should be able to reinstall CC.  This might help with CS6, but it should be uninstalled first, so check you OS for removal of CS 6 and see if it's still listed as a program that can be removed.  If not you might just want to select to remove CC with the CC cleaner.  I don't know anything about Elements.
