Can't download pre-ordered album

I pre-ordered an album (Liars EP by Lauren Aquilina) and it was released last night, but I can't download it from the store page, it doesn't appear when I check for available downloads and I've made sure it hasn't already downloaded - what can I do?

Cannot download pre-ordered album

After using the link in the iTunes Email i received, or using the 'search for available downloads' options in the store menu: it tries to connect to the store. After a while it stops and says 'the connection to the store was broken, try again later.'
Why is that? i can visit the iTunes storenormaly, so why icannot download my content?

A few weeks ago I pre-ordered Sophie Ellis-Bexters new album Wanderlust. On 20 January, I received an email saying that my order was now ready, and that I should click on the link below to download. However, the link only takes me to ITunes, it doesn’t download anything. I have tried clicking Store and checking for available downloads, but it says all orders have been downloaded. When I go onto the album in the iTunes store, it says I have purchased it, and the money has been taken from my account. It definetly isnt in my Library. Can someone please advise?

Does the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option on your computer's iTunes download it, or does it show in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your iPod for downloading and/or via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes ?

It came out today but I do not now how to download it.
how can I?

Contact the iTunes Store customer support department through the form linked from the bottom of their Download FAQ web page (I recommend that you use the form, not the link in your Purchase History as they advise; that's not proven to be very reliable) and explain the problem to them.

Can't download pre order

Recently I pre ordered one direction's newest album "four" deluxe edition. Today, the released a single from the album for people who pre ordered it only. The song that was released did not automatically download and I have not received an email from itunes asking me to download it. This has happened to m multiple times with different artists and albums. How can I download this song and how can I stop this from happening? please help!

If it's available for download, and you've paid for it (e.g. you had a balance on your account or a credit card), then does it show in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your phone and the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes - or does the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option on your computer's iTunes download it ?

Can't download pre-order. help!

I had pre-ordered an albumn about a month ago and just a couple of days ago I got an email saying that my albumn was ready to be downloaded. So I clicked the link and then iTunes asked for my password and then asked me to pay for the albumn, but as I mentioned I paid for it a month ago, when I search the albumn in iTunes it says that I purchased it but doesnt let me download it and it doesn't come up when I click on the purchased link.

You've received the email saying that it's available for downloading ? Does it show in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your phone for downloading, or does the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option on your computer's iTunes find and download it ?

No sound after downloading pre-ordered album

i downloaded the new blink 182 album and when i go to play it, there is no sound and it just skips to the next song. this happens to every song on the album, what should i do?

What does either of these things have to do with iTunes?
Windows 8 has not been officially released and iTunes is not supported on it.

If you delete the song from your PC you can redownload it. Make sure you actually remove it from the computer, and not just from the library (select "Move to Recycle Bin" when deleting). To redownload you can go to the itunes Store->Purchased-> Download Previous Purchases. Within there you have the option to view all songs purchased, as well as all songs which are "Not In My Libraray".
If you don't feel comfortable deleting the song, you can just move copy/paste it somewhere else so that you've got it backed up in case the re-download doesn't work.

To pre-order an item, click the Pre-order button next to the item. When the item is available for download, you receive an email notice. You aren’t charged for the item until you download it.
To download a pre-ordered item, click the link in the email notice or open iTunes and choose Store > Check for Available Downloads.
To view, cancel, or see the expected release dates for pending pre-orders, choose Store > View My Account, and click Manage Pre-orders.

I have purchased a pre ordered album, however I cannot download it to any of my devices at all! I've tried using the various links given to me but nothing happens, and I've tried downloading it ion my laptop using the function 'check for available downloads' but it tells me that all my downloads are up to date!
The album came out on 15th July The Pet Shop Boys new album and I still haven't been able to get it, please help

I would be eager to download and listen to a pre-ordered album as well. I found a couple of resources that might help with downloading this purchase.
First, I recommend checking to see if the download was interrupted. You can use the steps in this article:

If the album does not download after following the steps in that article, I recommend trying to download the album from the list of past purchases. As long as you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase the album, you will not be charged again. You can find the steps to do this in the section titled "Apps, Books, Music, Movies, or TV shows on a computer" in the following article:
