Can't download purchased app urgent

I've been purchase a kitcam but there is a box appeared says "you've already purchased this so it will be downloaded now at no additional charge" then i tap ok but nothing happen :( what can i do? This is unlikely to happen and now i'm stuck hellp people pleaseee

How did you purchase it? On your phone or iTunes on your computer? Try going to the 'purchased' section of the app store on your phone and download it there while on wifi. Or try using iTunes on your computer and sync it to your phone.

I used to have Lion but my Mac was too slow, so I decided to reinstall Snow Leopard. Then I updatd the software so I could get the App Store.
Next step would be to go to "Purchases" and download all apps I had bought (apart from Lion and any app that asks for it as a system requirement).
But I can't download any app! Even the ones I'm absolutely sure I had before upgrading to Lion. Thus, the problem seems to be that I can only download the latest version of those apps, which in turn means I would need Lion again.
Is there any way of downloading the latest version of those apps that will still run on my OS?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Afraid not.
Open the App Store then type in the name of one of the purchased apps in the search field top right corner of that window then select the app under Search results.
Under Infomation on the right you should see: Requirements
That is the minimum requirement.

I downloaded iTunes 11 for my PC. I can download my purchased music and movies/tv shows, but I can't seem to download my purchased apps. Whenever I open the apps page in my library, nothing comes upavailable for download like in the music tab. I've purchased at least 50 apps from my old iPod Touch, and I want them on my computer from iTunes since I no longer have the iPod Touch.Why aren't my purchased apps showing up? I can't download purchased apps into my ipad (after recovery)

I have been trying upgrade my ipad to 7.1.1 for sevral weeks. Several times it was taking hours and failed.
Tried again today.
My ipad connected to my imac by cable.
Started the upgrade but was taking too long.
So I pulled the cord in the middle of a message "waiting for ipad".
Went into recovery mode in the ipad.
So I followed the recovery process but selected to not use my existing backups.
I did the upgrade without a backup or restore.
So now my ipad is back and deliciously empty.
Set up appleid again and all that.
So now my ipad is back and fresh and I want to download the apps I have paid for from the store.
Its asking me to pay again $9.99 for pages for ipad.
How can I get access again to the apps I have purchased?

Can't download purchased apps after Lion clean install

I zeroed my drive and did a clean install of Lion from a USB stick.
I then performed a Mobile me sync.
Now I'm trying to install apps from the app store and every single one of them is telling me it's already installed. I've even tried holding down Option and clicking on the Purchased tab to no avail. It just won't let me download anything.
Any suggestions?

I got it figured out. I still had my old drive in the Mac and the app store was recognizing the apps on *that* drive too. I just pulled the old drive and was able to download the apps.

I bought MeeRun for N9 from store in march this year (27.03.2013, to be precise). Have purchase receipt, email confirmation and so on.
Later I noticed there is updated version in store, but my installed app won't update. Uninstalled, ran store and to my surprise app is not listed under my apps and if I go to store I can only buy (again):

I can't Download in-app purchase

I have an iphone 4 with the latest iOS 6.0.1
I can't download in-app purchaes on it but on my iPad (3rd gen.) i can download it.
for example knights of pen and paper if i want to get more golds on my iphone it will give me an error screen telling me could not connect and no matter how hard i try through wifi or 3G it wont let me get the in-app purchase but if i tried to get it on my ipad it will purchase it without any problem.
i tried to delete the app then downloading it again on my iphone but the problem still there.
and there are many games like this
so, anyone knows a solution for this problem

Do you have in-app purchases restricted on the device? Settings > General > Restrictions

Welcome to Apple Support Communities
iOS apps are different than Mac apps, so you can't use a iOS app on a Mac. You have to purchase that app in the Mac App Store in order to use it with the Mac. They are different operating systems and require different apps

If you're in the USA, it would be hard to zero balance a gift card just with purchases as there are sales taxes in most areas that you don't know the amount of until the purchase is complete. My guess is that the issue is with the last purchase, there wasn't enough credit left on the card to cover the sales tax.
