Can't download recent purchase

I purchased Photoshop Elements 13 and Premiere Elements 13 about a week ago. I have just attempted to download those products following the emailed order confirmation instructions. When I click on the "Download" button nothing happens. Several attempts have not been successful. The website appears to be very sluggish. Is this a common issue or is the website experiencing challenges? All other websites and operations on my computer are functioning normally.

and activate with your serial number.
if you have a problem starting the download, you didn't follow all 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.
the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).
failure to obtain that cookie results in an error page being displayed after clicking a link on prodesigntools.com or initiates the download of an incorrect (eg, current) version.

I just changed iphones. Recently purchased some music albums, latest one was on my old 4s. all purchases were using my itunes account. Can get all purchased music except this one album. itunes it has 'purchased' as the status but can't download? Tried with both my phone and laptop. Thanks

Yes, it was a new album in Aug.
Tedeschi Trucks Band album Made Up Mind. To the right of the album and all the songs has 'purchased'. I can't do anything with it. All of my music was deleted from my old 4s without this album being saved to my laptop. I assumed since they were all on my phone, they were in my iTunes account. Think I have to repurchase?

In iTunes sign out of your daughters Apple ID and sign in with your own.

If by any chance you have made purchases with more than one account, you must check for past purchases separately for each account.

Can't download song purchased from Itunes from one computer to another using same Apple ID

Hi, I am operating itunes 11 at home, using Mac OS 10.7.5.. I purchased a song at work (also a Mac, I am not sure which version of OSM or itunes). I accessed the purchase of the song in the "Purchased" menu option in itunes on my home Mac. When I tried to download the song at home so I can include it in my Library, I got the following message:
This computer is already associated with an Apple ID. You can download past purchases on this computer with just one Apple ID every 90 days.
So: just to be clear:I can only buy something from itunes from one computer and save to another with the same Apple ID only every 90 days??? And if that is the case, I have not purchased anything from my work computer within 90 days of this recent song purchase. That just does not make sense to me, since the license covers 10 devices anyway, and I am using the same Apple ID.
Let me know if I am not understanding this correctly, or am doing something wrong. It just does make not sense to me that I can't download a purchase I made from one computer to another since I am paying Apple for the music and just accessing it elsewhere, using the same account.

Thanks for the response. Yes, my husband logged on to our computer and rented a movie for us to view. That is how we use Itunes: I purchase the music, he may purchase a movie or a rental now and then. This is new, it never happend before.
Also, I contacted customer support, both by phone and email. Not only does someone else using the home computer under a different account trigger this, but so does simply activating my own user id from a different computer (one of the 5 I am allowed to under the service agreement.)
Customer support was very helpful and lifted the 90 day ban. I called them because I purchased a season pass of a TV show and could not download the first episode because it was a "past purchase" (the episode was not even available to download when I purchased the pass, so “past” is indeed relevant.)
But I don't see the point of purchasing content from Apple now. This feature limits the accessibility of legal purchases under the service agreement. Why allow 5 computers per Apple ID if activating one of them limits the ability to download content for 90 days??
I (used to) buy movies, rentals and TV shows all the time. I don’t have cable, so Apple was the source for all “must have” shows that I couldn’t wait for. Too bad.

Connect the phone to your computer and select it on the left-hand sidebar of your computer's iTunes (if the left-hand sidebar isn't showing then control-S should get it to show) and then use the Music tab on the right-hand side of the iTunes screen to select the music that you want in the phone's Music app and and sync/apply that selection.

The other day I upgraded to the latest ios7, and after I did that, the App Store says that I have never purchased or downloaded any apps, and that I have never deleted any. This is annoying because I have spent a fair bit of money on games which I played, but now I want back, but can't get them back unless I buy them again!
If anyone could give me some help as to what to do so that I can re-download my purchased apps, then it would be much appreciated!

You must use the same Apple ID used for the original purchase to re download for free.

Check the Apple ID.

what happened to the initially downloaded files ? did you make a backup ? do you use time machine ?

You can always setup your GMail account on your Mac as a POP3 account, and then flag GMail to mark all messages new. The next mail check would cause your mail app to download all the messages on teh GMail server to your mail client. Once they are in your mail client, you manage them locally in there, and it won't matter if the GMail host account goes away or not, because POP3 works with the local data once it is downloaded form the server.
Be advised that doing this can cause you to redownload thousands (or hundreds of thousands) of emails depending upon your email volume and how long you have been using GMail. If I do this, my GMail wants to re-send close to 6GB of data to me again because I have been using GMail for about as long as it has existed, and I average 100-200 emails a day on that account.

You should be able to access any book you have purchased from iTunes anywhere.
Do you have settings > iBooks > Show all purchases turned on.

Unable to view/download recently purchased tv series on laptop. When I got to my profile it is listed in the purchase history but is not viewable to download in my recently purchased items. Also not available on the cloud to download.

What happened to the option to see all your purchased movies alphabetically? I can only see recent purchases and then I have to look by movie type. With over 500 movies purchased this is a huge pain.

Same issue here. Might have to do with size of library. I too have over 300 purchased movies. "ALL PURCHASED" folder disappeared yesterday on all my AppleTV's. My son only has 20+ purchased movies and his still shows "ALL" folder. However, I had him log in under my account and "ALL" folder is missing??? I hope Apple gets this resolved quickly. I too do not want to flip through various Genres looking for movies.

I am trying to download a previously purchased audiobook but I can't find the way to do it.

If you buy an audiobook on CD you'll find it needs some effort to get it organized to play on Apple device. See Audiobooks on iPod for details.
Audiobooks purchased from the iTunes Store should be packaged as a single chapterized file that works better on Apple devices. At the present time you are only allowed one download of any audiobook, but you can backup those files just as you would any other.
Even though you can repeat download certain purchased content you should really backup your iTunes library regularly to avoid having to redo any work you've put into organizing your library along with ratings, playlists, and any media you can't download again.
