1. Make sure iPad is using the latest software
2. Settings>General>Date and Time>Set Automatically>On
3. Make sure Time Zone is correct
4. Reset iPad. Hold the Sleep and Home button down until you see the Apple Logo.

Can't download some apps from ovi store

so i had a mountain of trouble with my phone and ovi store after update but i am finally back up and running but for some reason i can't download certain apps like fmobi for example it downloads till the point it says finalizing then says cancelling download i have tried everything if anyone has a suggestion would be most helpful thanks

Ipad - Apple Store: Can't download some apps

I am trying to download some apps on my ipad (i.e. Aol Editions and The Find.com)
but I always get an error message telling they are not available.
I have tried both from the link (download for ipad) inside the sites and searching on ipad Apple Store.
Any idea which is the reason?
Could the application be blocked on geography base (I am out of the US)

Not all applications are available on all countries, so yes, it's quite possible that those apps are not available on your country's iTunes Store. If you can tell us what country you're in, someone can probably take a look and confirm.
BTW, this forum is for the Mac App Store, the store where you buy applications to run on Mac OS X. Questions about the App Store for the iPad will generally be best posted in the iPad or the iTunes forums. While similar in many ways, the stores are sufficiently different that a solution for one may not apply to the other.

I can't download some apps of the App Store.

I got a new iPad 4 and I updated it to the new version and after I did that my kik wasn't there anymore. I went to the App Store so I could re download it but I can't it won't let me it says "open" but when I click on it it won't let me open it this is also napping with some apps I haven't even downloaded. Please help.

- Temporarily disable anti virus software if installed.
- Apps such as Little Snitch, Net Nanny, and Hands Off can prevent apps from downloading including Mountain Lion.
- Third party download managers are not compatible with the App Store.
If nothing above applies, install the OS X Lion Update 10.7.5 (Client Combo)
That will reinstall the App Store for you as well as any necessary system files. It's ok to do this even though v10.7.5 is already installed.
Retart your Mac after the combo is installed.
Then try the App Store.

(I think the daughter got he better end of the deal!) I believe if you change the password and user id one of the devices it will stop that from occurring. But I'm not the one to tell you how to do it; someone like "Illaass" (Illaass seems to know how to correct / fix almost anything!) will know how if you don't. Just look for the "cat" icon.

Ok, you should generally only get this when you are converting your ID to an iTS account for the first time.
Sign into iTunes with your Apple ID and you should get this.... IRC once you agree or accept it's now an iTS account and you wont get that again.

No it's not stealing. They have an allowance that you can share with so many computers/devices. You'll have to authorize her computer to play/use anything bought on your acct. You can do this under the Store menu at top when iTunes is open on her computer.
As far as getting it all on her computer....I think but I am not sure (because I don't use the feature) but I think if you turn on Home Sharing in iTunes it may copy the music to her computer. I don't know maybe it just streams it. If nothing else you can sign into your acct on her computer and download it all to her computer from the cloud. Not sure exactly how to go about that, I haven't had to do that yet. I wonder if once you authorize her computer and then set it up for automatic downloads (under Edit>Preferences>Store) if everything would download. Sorry I'm not much help on that.

I have downloaded some apps on this Imac. When I open them, it says they were downloaded on another computer. After I try to sign in it says my computer can't be verified. Any ideas?

It will then ask for my to sign in with my apple id and password. When I put those in, it says that the computer can not be verified. Contact apple support. Ok, I had a glitch, forced to restart, and lost my train of thought.
Reinstalling iTunes should fix the major issue that might have gone wrong, perhaps your explaination points will disappear and everything will be peachy again.
But if they don't, you can open the XML file in iTunes Folder using a Text edit program to see what the common pathname is to the iTunes Music folder or where your content is located.
If you moved the itunes folder, it needs to go back.
I can't download iTunes to my Vista virtual machine to test it out right now because iTunes is down, so I can't verify the pathname, perhaps your issue and the iTunes being down are related somehow?
You don't want to import all your music again, but it's a option, but you lose all your playlists, that's what I'm trying to recover.
If oyu don't have a whole lot of playlists, then simply select all the explaimation point music and delete, select File from the menu and import your itunes folder again.
