Can't download the current version of DPS App Builder

It keeps going in a loop. I download it it installs, I sign in and it says the same thing "This version of DPS App Builder has expired. Please remove your existing version and download the latest release from http://www.adobe.com/go/digpubsuite_vb_mac"
I have followed all the instructions and removed the app… just keeps going in a loop to no where.

Clear your browser cache and then download it again. That'll do the trick.

Still I am clearly quite frustrated at not being able to view certain videos, etc. which use the latest version of Flash Player.

The Adobe auto updater is highly unreliable.
You need to look for and download the update yourself and then manually apply it as per the detailed instructions on the download page:

The upgraded is only necessary for libraries created with iPhoto '07 or eearlier. Just double click the library to open it in iPhoto, and let it upgrade, if it has been created by a newr version.

If you have problems with updating or with the permissions then easiest is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.

Can't install the current version of iTunes

I have itunes 8 installed. I successfully downloaded the current version of iTunes (I downloaded it using Firefox and IE - not sure what version, but it's a later version) and attempted to install it, I got this error message:

Whatever it had installed up to that point, it proceeded to uninstall. And, now, I cannot even use the iTunes that was already installed as it says: *"iTunes cannot run because some of its required files are missing. Please reinstall iTunes."*
Can anyone help me? I have been having problems with my computer. I'm using Vista and have been having crashing problems and Windows updates have not been able to install. I know I need to contact Microsoft, or Dell, again (yes, they have not been able to help me) - could that be why I'm having problems installing iTunes? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!!!

About the authorization, you have just lost one authorization, since that Vista system is gone.
Once you reach 5 auths, you can do a deauthorize all. My work PC got upgraded while I was on vacation one year and I lost an auth that way. Since I am only up to 4 machines, I don't worry about it.

Can't download the newest version of itunes

I am having issues on installing the latest version of itunes. Keep getting the error screen. I have a iphone 5c and when I connect to my computer it says I need to update this version to be able to get my music off itunes. Frustrated! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

What error screen are you getting, and how are you trying to download the update, within iTunes or via a browser ?
You should be able to download the latest version of iTunes on your computer within iTunes :
On a Mac in iTunes : iTunes > Check For Updates
On a PC : Help > Check For Updates

No. To go back to a previous version, i.e. iPhoto 8 from current iPhoto 9, you'd have to reinstall iPhoto from your backup or Time Machine or the disks that came with your Mac (unless your Mac is a new one that came with Lion preinstalled).
What version do you have running now and what version do you want to revert to? Why?
