Can't edit plant field creating a contract refering a requisition

Hi all,
During the creation of a new Contract (ME31K) refering to a existing Purchasing requisition, I'm not able to modify the plant because the fiels status in only display. In the customizing the status of the field is optional.
There is a user exit o something like this (I'm on 4.6C release) to make input enable the field.
Or is a customizing problem?
Thanks in advantage..
Enzo

Perhaps you've just updated your OS and now have the newer version of iCal which is ***** compared to the faster, more elegant older version. The older iCal presented every event's details in a ready to edit format just by clicking on the item in the calendar.
Now you have to double click that item you're interested in (one two) to get a window that shows you the item's details. Then, to edit, you must click the 'edit' button (three) upon which another editable window will allow your event details to be edited. Finally, after finishing your edits, you must click 'done' (four). Yes, that's right, 4 clicks to do what used to require only the initial click to specify which event you wanted to edit.
Four times as many clicks for a utility application that has no further improvements, only this annoying change from what was once a very efficient tool.
I do hope a future "update" will bring back the elegance of the older version with some true improvements.

  • I have adobe xi pro, but i can´t edit a form create with adobe 8.0, the message is this form can´t be edit with adobe, use adobe livecycle designer. need I to buy another program?

I have adobe xi pro, but i can´t edit a form created with adobe 8.0. The message is: this form can´t be edit with adobe, use adobe livecycle designer. need I to buy another program?

If the form was created using LCD then it can only be edited there. This
application used to be bundled with Acrobat Pro, but that's no longer the
case. So if you want to edit this file then you need to purchase it, yes.

  • Can't edit text field after grouping

    Hi Folks,
I have 3 single-line text fields and a logo combined by using "Add Parent".  For some wierd reason, I cannot select any of the fields to make a text change.  I can select them in the Elements Panel, and make layout or style changes, but as soon as I double-click to edit the text, my selection switches to the parent div instead of the text field.  I tried using the text tool as well, but it always switches selection to the parent.  This isn't a big deal since I can edit the text later in an editor, but it is a bit frustrating.
FWIW, I ran this morning's upgrade before starting, but I doubt that caused this problem(?)  Thanks for any help
    --Kevin

So sorry Chris, in my frustration, I removed the parent and group so I could get at the element I wanted to edit, then re-created the parent.
However, your description of the differences between Group and Add Parent in this discussion: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1361983?tstart=0  probably explains why I was having trouble.  I beleive I had GROUPED the 3 text fields, and then wrapped both that group and the logo image in another div by "Add Parent".  I probably was not clicking successfully through the Parent to the Group and then to the Text Field.  Basically, I was clicking like mad, but probably not on the correct spot for each level.
Thanks for clarifying how these items work.

  • Can't edit Text Field Properties in Bulk, tabs dissapear?

I'm using Adobe Acrobat X Pro and I can't seem to be able to bulk edit Text Field Properties...
when selecting 1 cell, I get the following tabs:
    General | Appearance | Options | Actions | Format | Validate | Calculate
But when I select multiple cells I get the following tabs:
    General | Appearance | Options | Actions
I'm trying to bulk edit all cells to convert them to 'Number' format, but I just can't figure it out as the option dissapears.
Do I have to use Javascript? Surely it shouldn't be this hard... if Microsoft Excel can do it!
    Thanks

    Hi stecleary,
Are you perhaps selecting different types of form fields? If you're selecting only Text fields, you should get the same list of properties whether you select one or many. If they are different types, though, you would only see the properties that the two types have in common.
    Does that make sense?

  • Can't edit narrator field for audiobooks in iTunes

I noticed a new "narrator" field in iTunes for the Audiobook media kind, but I can't edit it.
Also, I can't seem to edit the "Remember playback position" and "Skip when shuffling" options. I can fix the second issue by changing it to Music media kind, checking them, and changing it to Audiobook over again; however, seeing as there is no "narrator" field for Music, I can't use that workaround.
    I am using iTunes 12.1.0.50.

Grey text when you look at the content and lock symbol at the bottom of the screen simply shows that your iPod is set to "automatically update songs and playlists". . If you want to access your iPod directly, play it through your iTunes, connect it to a second computer etc. you just need to change the update method to "Manually manage songs and Playlists" in the iPod preferences. Managing Your Songs Manually
One thing to remember about manually updating though is that the iPod also has to be manually ejected before the "Do Not Disconnect" message will go away. Safely disconnect iPod
    For info: iPod 101
The iPod offers three ways to transfer music from your computer. You can select one of the following update modes from the iPod Preferences menu in iTunes (Edit=>Preferences=>'iPod' tab):
    1) Automatically update all songs and playlists. This is the default mode, in which your entire music library, including playlists, is automatically synced to your iPod. If the music library on your computer exceeds the iPod storage capacity, you are prompted to select a different update method.
    2) Automatically update selected playlists only. With this option, iTunes automatically copies the playlists you have selected to the iPod when you connect it to the computer.
    3) Manually manage songs and playlists. You can also choose to transfer music to the iPod manually. This allows you to drag and drop individual songs and playlists from iTunes to the iPod.

  • ITunes can't edit comment field

So in the latest version of iTunes it looks like you can't have a carriage return in the comment field. It also looks like is there is one there already (added when in a previous version) you can't edit the comment field at all or even copy it to the clipboard....
iTunes continues to get worse and worse.

  • Can I edit a form created in Adobe Designer/livecycle in Acrobat Pro. 8

    Hello
I have a client that sends me PDF's created in LiveCycle.  IN the past I've used the following information to open these files.
You can however create a workaround if you absolutely must edit an LCD form in Acrobat. If the form is not a Dynamic form, open the form in Acrobat and choose Document | Extract Pages. (You'll know if the form is not a dynamic form if the Extract Pages command is not grayed out). The extracted pages will not permit accessing the form objects in Acrobat. All scripts in the document are lost and naming conventions for field objects are bizarre. However, the form is editable.
If you want to convert an LCD dynamic form to an editable Acrobat form, you need to use Acrobat 7 Pro. This won't work in Acrobat 8. In Acrobat 7 Pro choose File | Create PDF | From Web Page. Open the form in the Create PDF From Web Page dialog box. Again, all scripts are lost and field object names are bizarre, but you can edit the form in Acrobat 7 or 8 Pro.
But these files must be saved as Dynamic pdf's. I have tried saving them as static forms but the Document | Extract Pages is still greyed out when I open in Professional?  What gives how can I get around this most annoying situation?  I need to get the extract pages from being greyed out?
    Thanks,
    Dan

Acrobat 8 Professional includes LiveCycle Designer 8, so if the form was created with LiveCycle Designer 8 or older, the yes should have the option to edit the form. Acrobat 8 Professional under the menu option 'Forms' will have an option to open the form in LiveCycle Designer. If the form was created with a newer version, there could be some issues with newer features not available in version 8.

  • Can I edit the email created to send a PDF form back to me when a user clicks on Submit?

I created several PDF fillable forms for our users to request services and send back data needed to deliver those services. They are simple forms, and users will click on Submit to return to a mailto: address.
My question is about the email message that is auto-created when the user clicks on Submit. I can't find any config window to be able to edit the message in the body of the email. The message reads:
    Form Returned: 2014PrintingRequestForm.pdf
The attached file is the filled-out form. Please open it to review the data.
Is there any way to edit this message?

    majende,
Adobe Reader for iOS does support a Submit button.
    (a) Button action to submit an entire PDF document via email
    (b) JavaScript submitForm to Adobe FormsCentral
Do you use the desktop version of Adobe Acrobat to create a PDF form?
    For option (a)
Add the "Submit a form" action to your Submit button.
Enter "mailto:" (including a colon) followed by email recipient(s).  Please add a comma between two email addresses.
    Example: [email protected], [email protected]
    Select "PDF The complete document".
This particular type of PDF form will work with Adobe Reader desktop and mobile products (including Adobe Reader for iOS and Android).
In Adobe Reader for iOS, a user can do the following steps to submit the particular type of PDF form.
    Fill out the PDF form.
Tap the Submit button in the PDF form.
Select "Share Original Document" or "Share Flattened Copy" from the Share File dialog.
Adobe Reader for iOS will automatically fill in the email address(es) that you specified when you created the PDF form.
Tap the Send button in the upper right corner.
Adobe Reader for iOS will send the PDF form as an email attachment via Apple Mail (the default mail app for iOS).
Please let us know if you have additional questions.

  • How can I edit forms I created in LiveCycle Designer?

I have several forms that I created in LC Designer. I do not see a way in FormsCentral to edit and update these forms.
A question from 2013 or 2012 asked the same question, but there was no response.
Please advise how to work with the forms created in LiveCycle Designer.
    Cindy

    Hi Cindy;
You will need to edit the forms in LiveCycle Designer.  Even if it had not been created in LiveCycle PDFs are not editable in FormsCentral.
The FormsCentral Import PDF feature does not enable you to edit a PDF form, your can import many PDF forms and then download a new copy of the PDF that has a "Submit" button that submits the responses back to FormsCentral so you can view and analyze them there, but does not enable a web version of that form or provide any capability to edit the form.
LiveCycle forms are different than Acrobat PDF forms and do require LiveCycle designer, this write up on the difference from the LiveCycle team may be helpful.
    Thanks,
    Josh

  • Can I edit metadata field names/titles?

I am looking to edit the metadata field names - not the names in the fields but the titles of the fields.  Please see attached screenshot.
    http://screencast.com/t/iJBCWPs7

If you can, it would probably be via TranslatedStrings.txt file in program files directory, 'Resources' subdirectory, "2-char language ID" subdirectory.
    Have you tried there?
Dunno if this online configurator covers it:

  • Can't Edit Creator field in LightRoom 2.1 when selecting more than one photo

    Hi,
I've imported hundreds of photos from different photographers for a book project I'm working on, and want to batch-change the CREATOR field to ensure each photo is properly marked as such.
For instance: I've got a folder of 50 different photos, all by Joe Smith. I'll highlight all of the photos by hitting Command-A, then write Joe Smith into the Creator field and then press Return. Only one photo gets updated with the Creator name, the rest are unchanged. I specifically remember being able to do this in LightRoom 1.
Help! What am I doing wrong? Is this a bug? Adobe can you please fix this? Thanks for any help!
    (Using LightRoom 2.1 for Mac.)

I can't duplicate this, Richard. That is to say, it does apply the creator info for all selected pictures in grid view. LR2.1 on XP

  • Can't edit DOC field data if its over 250 characters.

    Hi All,
If am IDOC field length is more than 250 characters, SAP is not allowing to change the data(example basic type: ACC_DOCUMENT01, segment: E1BPACEXTC, field: FIELD1). Its throwing an error on saying field lenght is more than 250 characters. Now I need to write a custom program to modify those fields in the Idoc. Can any body help with function module I need to call to modify the fields in idoc.
    Regards,
    Venkat.

Forgive me, this is not practical advice.
I installed Numbers 3. From the Mac App Store, there being no other way. As is its practice, MAS, wipes out every trace of previous versions of the software it replaces. Numbers 2.3 simply does not exist on my machine.
Yes, I have Time Machine backups. Have you tried drag-installing iWorks applications? They will not run. They rely on system-level frameworks that I am not confident I can dig out of Time Machine.
No, I do not have my original distribution media for iWorks. I bought iWorks nearly six years ago, when computers still had optical drives. It happens I have a couple of 3.5" floppies from the first developer-tools releases in 1984, but those are relics. I don't have the DVD (or CD?).
If I did have the DVD, it would not contain version 2.3. 2.3 came from an Apple update I downloaded from the support site five years ago. I challenge you to give me a live URL for that updater.
P.S. Perhaps I am oversensitive, but I think the implication is gratuitous, that only a fancy-pants rocket scientist would want to import a spreadsheet that contains 100 lines of dates, text, and numbers in 17 columns.
When one double-clicks an .xlsx file, Numbers opens it. Import of Excel files is not an advanced future direction. It is an intended function of the application today. Numbers responds to double-clicking .xlsx files today. If it were not an intended function, it would not attempt to open the file; or at least it would post some kind of alert that the operation is not yet implemented.
