Can't export vCard on iCloud

Hello,
In the last two weeks, I can't export vCard from iCloud,
I tried in many computers running Windows 8.1 but with no success. (I also deleted cookies and temp files)
Can someone experience the same problem?

If the contacts are still in Address Book on your computer, but just not on the phone, you can tell iTunes to force replace the contacts on your phone with those from your computer. You can do this by going into the Info tab when your iPhone is connected, and checking the Contacts box under the Advanced section at the bottom of the page.
You may also want to backup your Address Book information as well. It's a good idea to make periodic backups of your contact and calendar information in case information accidentally gets deleted or changed. You can find out how to backup your Address Book data here:

I just had the same problem, I've updated to 10.6.8 yesterday, and since then the browsing are very slow, no matter what broswer I am using, the upload download speed are still the same. But browsing just take forever, It takes for example google.com 30 seconds to load. I have Extream high speed internet connection, 3 other computers, and the only one is having this problem is the Mac after the update.
Something in this update screwed my browsing capabitilties, I tried downloading Crome browser, same issue.
I hope there is a way beside TimeMachine to revert the latest update. I don't want to reformat as I am sure as soon as I am going to do the update it will cause the same problem.

Well, you can try this: right click the file, go down to encode file, and reencode it for the Mac.

i have a problem i want to import all my contacts in my android phone,
when i export contact from icloud to vcf file
or vcard its show the only name for some contacts not
mobile numbers in it or blank contacts with name only,
and i figure it out that it shows only contacts
with mobile no in it which caption i choos at the time of creating new contact mobile,
work or home but in some contacts i have my own caption like USA M or USA L
that contacts with caption of my own choice only shows name of contact not numbers in it in vcard,

iCloud and Google are two different services. If you mean forward your email, log into icloud.com using a computer browser. Go to the email page and click the gear in the upper right. Click preferences and indicate which email address to forward to.

PS sorrry, previous question was a mistake

At http://icloud.com go to the Contacts page. Select all your contacts, click the cogwheel icon at bottom left and select 'Export vCard'.
Now open Address Book on your Mac. From the File menu choose 'Import' and select your exported file. Of course if it contains entries which are also on the Mac you will get duplicates.

Click on the first contact
Hold down shift and click on the last contact
Click the gear box at the bottom of the screen
Choose "Export vcard..."

It isn't compatible with iCloud. Export a CSV file instead, then create a gmail account, import the CSV file to Gmail (https://support.google.com/a/answer/14024?hl=en), then export the contacts from Gmail as a vCard (see https://support.google.com/mail/answer/24911?hl=en) and import it to iCloud (see http://support.apple.com/kb/PH3605).

Does the old phone have the old apple ID ?
If it does then sign out of the old iCloud account, Keep your info on your phone, sign in with new apple ID, then merge to cloud. Give it a few minutes. You should see the other contacts appear on your new phone via iCloud.
