Please help me figure out how to find the eprint email address for my HP 6500A Plus printer so that I can set up Google cloud print on my new HP 14" Chromebook.

Welcome to the HP Support forums. I understand that you would like to setup your Officejet 6500A Plus printer to work with your Chromebook.
First we need to get the printer connected to your wireless network. This can be easily accomplished from the front panel of the printer. the instructions can be found on page 224 of your User Guide in the section titled "To set up a wireless communication using the Wireless Setup Wizard".
The next step is Getting your Claim Code when you enable web services. Once that you have your claim code you'll want to Set Up A Custom Email Address for your printer.
We can now set up Google Cloud Print with your HP Printer. For additional reference I've also included how to Print a Page from Google Chrome Support. If you are going to use the scanning function please refer to your User Guide on page 41. It has a section titled "Scan Using Webscan". It will walk you through the scanning you have available with the Chromebook.

There is no email address only a postal address. You can try to call CS, but they have no idea what the website does or is, or how to push opinions or concerns up the line. If you go a regional executive route, you might get a call, but they are not familiar with website operations or even know who to send your issue to. Perhaps one of your improvement ideas is something we can assist you with, in case it was something missed or we know another way to accomplish what it is you're trying to do.

What is your printer ? Normally from the printer Front panel, navigate to Setup. Locate and enter Web Services. Aprove any of the steps to enable the service... allow the device several minutes to complete the registration, a page will print automatically with the printer code and the directions to select the email address from hpeprint.com.

Based on your HP printer model, use one of the following sets of steps to print the information sheet.
On the printer control panel, press or touch Setup (), select Wireless , and then select Web Services .
If Web Services is enabled , select Print Report . An information sheet prints.
If Web Services is not enabled , select Enable Web Services , and then select OK . An information sheet prints.

Are you already regiter to the Eprint service?
if you are not? Go here
If you are please go to the configuration page It should be there if I remember correctly;
On the HP product control panel, press the Setup button ( ).
Press the Right Arrow ( ) to scroll to Reports , and then press OK .
Press the Right Arrow button ( ) until Config Report displays, and then press OK . A configuration report prints.

Hello, today I received my HP Deskjet 3525. Although I am using a 3G dongle to connect my PC to internet but still I am not getting an email id for my printer on printing report page. My question is whether the printer must be connected to router to get an email id and if the answer is yes is their anyway I can get an email id for my printer without using router as I do not have a router. Please explain in simple language.Thank you

Welcome to the HP Support forums. I understand that you are trying to setup the ePrint feature of your Deskjet Ink Advantage 3525 printer.
The printer must be connected to a wireless network that has internet access to be able to use the ePrint feature of the printer (as shown on the home page of HP’s ePrintCenter). If the 3G dongle you are using broadcasts a wireless network then you should be able to connect the printer to that network. However, if the 3G dongle travels with you then the printer’s wireless connection would be lost and the web services would stop until the printer is connected to a wireless network with internet access again.
If you connect the printer to a wireless network with internet access you can find the printer’s ePrint email address by following the steps in Getting the Printer Claim Code.

your mail account has nothing to do with your apple id or device or even platform
you activate your mail account in your mail-app on your device, just pay attention you activate your account as IMAP and not as POP or Exchange
I suppose Verizon.net offers IMAP too?

Can I create an email address for a family member using my apple ID?

I converted to iCloud from Mobile Me in October before I created email addresses for my kids. Can I create accounts for them in iCloud?

Just go to http://appleid.apple.com and create a new Apple ID for each kid - note that you will need a different associated email address for each ID, and different from your own, but you can use free addresses such as Yahoo.
Then start a new iCloud account for each using the IDs. You will need to have a separate user account on your Mac for each kid (you should be doing this anyway, and they should be non-admin accounts) and then you can enter the ID in System Preferences>iCloud and create a new @me.com address in each case.
Alternatively you could create up to three email aliases on your own account - these are addresses, not accounts, and deliver into your main inbox alonside your mail, so everyone will be able to see everyone else's mail, which may well not be what you want.

Want to use I cloud but can't open primary email address for verification process

Hi there, it's my first time to join the Apple community eventhough I have used Ipad for about two years I guess, n have loved it since then.
Well, I have problem, I want to use I cloud, but I can't as I have to give verification first by following the instruction from Apple which has been sent to my primary email address. The problem is, I have been unable to open my primary email address because I seldom use it. I use my rescue email address for all my email communication, instead. My question is: Is there any email address of the support staff because I want the staff to send the instruction for my verification through my rescue email address?
I have looked up the support page, though, and submitted question which I thought it was the best solution: I want to change my primary email address ( to the rescuer email address) but I was refered to the page " expresslane" which should have been the most convenient way, because all I had to do was just call n talk to the support staff. However, since I don't live in the US, but in a foreign country, talking on the phone is not convenient for me.
I would really appreciate it if any one can help me with this because I can't wait to use I Cloud. Thank you.

Suzy this usually means your apple id primary email address was not verified when you setup your apple id. What you will want to do is go to appleid.apple.com and try and log in under manage your apple id, if it tells you its sent a verification email you can change that email to something else by clicking edit (this cant be your rescue email though) once done a new email should be sent that you can verify and then use icloud. Hope this helps
