Can't find Facebook friends on Spotify

I signed-up/login to Spotify with my Facebook account, but I can't find any of my Facebook friends in Spotify, it's like it cannot detect at all and it is showing wrong birthday (different from my Facebook account's) can anyone please enlighten me? thank you very much!

Hi! I ended up deleting my account with Spotify and created a new one. It works just fine now. Apparently if you sign up with spotify at first with an email and later on decide to log in using Facebook with the same account, it has trouble linking to your FB account. If you organize it with the Spotify team, they can delete your first account and then transfer all your music and followers to your newly setup account. Hope this helps! :)

Have you tried disconnecting Spotify from your Facebook account? Go to your Facebook settings, then Apps, then look for Spotify on the Logged in with Facebook section. After you do that, log into Spotify with FB again, and look for your friends.

If your friends are not connected To the cell or WiFi Network, there is nothing you can do. Also if they have Location services off, or if or if they do not allow find my friends access to their location, then you will be unable to find their location.

You can use these steps to check if images are blocked:
*Open the web page that has the images missing in a browser tab.
*Click the website favicon ([[Site Identity Button]]) on the left end of the location bar.
*Click the "More Information" button to open the "Page Info" window with the Security tab selected (also accessible via "Tools > Page Info").
*Go to the <i>Media</i> tab of the "Tools > Page Info" window.
*Select the first image link and scroll down through the list with the Down arrow key.
*If an image in the list is grayed and there is a check-mark in the box "<i>Block Images from...</i>" then remove that mark to unblock the images from that domain.

New User - Spotify hasn't shown any Facebook friends

I just signed up for Spotify via Facebook. It seems to show me everything fine, artists, celebrities I can follow, apps, except for Facebook friends. I have Spotify exempted from the only firewall I use. It just doesn't show any possible Followers from Facebook. It only says:Facebook Friends on Spotify: There are no more people to show at this time. I've signed out and signed back in several times, the problem is persisting. **Update**A friend managed to link me to music, which linked me to her profile. Facebook friends are still not being shown.

Spotify is going backwards! It isnt possible any longer to go through the friend list and select a friend and view his/her playlists and songs. Why is this SPOTIFY??? You are going backwards! The follow site is JUNK! Come on and give us our friend list back! There are no longer any reason for connecting spotify with facebook. The onley thing you get out of it, is that face lets people know what you are listening to in the top right corner. And if you ask me this is a waste!!!!!!!! I have the latest version of Skype for Desktop and whenever I select 'Find Facebook friends' the Home Page doesn't show me the list of friends who have Skype.

I just got my first cell phone, an iPhone5. I added my contacts via my Mac. But the phone on its own imported the contact info of all 5000 of my Facebook "friends." When I go to one of them, hit edit, and try to delete them, the phone tells me that I cannot delete a Facebook friend. This is a nightmare. I have a Iphone 5 32gb with IOS 8 that is why i am here. Also i have a Ipad 2 32gb, iMac 21 last 2012 and a Macbook pro 13 mid 2013, so i use iCloud and all the service a lot.
I have to apple id, i created the first one in 2009, and later i buy some services of me.com, so i create a me.com account too.
I upgrded to IOS 8 yesterday, all is right, but when i was to configure find my friend, i saw that you only can login with the iCloud account and no other account like before. I try to migrate from the other to the iCloud account, but say that i did't have any friend in the other account (that is not true, i had my brother). So i was to add my brother to the iCloud account and it is imposible and also if my brother want to add me i can't accept the request. The app send me a menage that say " Find my friends alert, Find my friends not available due to a server error" I try to unistal the app and reinstall it, and the error persists. But here is the rare thing, when i request by imenssage that I want to see his position it is all right, but when he request to me and i accept, this don't work.
Can any help me to understand what is happening?
and when can we merge two apple id account? this would solve a lot of problem!!!

I have a solution for the problem. Yes it is because we have our main email without verification. I went to apple support, i clicked in iCloud, then go to contact with technical support. There you go to Introduction, then go to account and configuration, then go to iCloud account solution problems and contact by phone to apple care. there you say your problem with the main email verification. They ask you to change the email, they send you a change pass email, you change he it and you got the email verification. And now you can use find my friend with no problems. PROBLEM SOLVE!
