Can't find HoverMenu Attribute of textview in the NWDS?

Question

Hi everyone,
  In my Web DynPro Project,I want to use hovermenu of textview,but can't find the hoverMenuId attribute of my textview in the NWDS,how can i use it?
The help content include the attribute:

  Should i use code
HoverMenu hover = new HoverMenu("hover");
TextView tv2 = new TextView("tv2");
tv2.setText("ZIP Code");
tv2.setHoverMenu(hover);
in the implemets? But I can't find HoverMenu.class and import it.
And you mentioned associating textview with hovermenu.
I can't find the hoverMenuId attribute in the properties panel of my TextView.
TextView has attributes only these:
design             standard
enabled             true
hAlign             auto
id              TextView1
layout             native
semanticColor     standard
text             textview1
textDirection     inherit
tooltip             <>
visible             visible
wrapping     false
