Can't find MMS option on iPhone 3GS

Can anyone help me figure out how to make the MMS option appear after choosing a picture? All that is there is Email Photo, Assign to contact, and Use as Wallpaper. Please help.

As announced at the WWDC on Apples website and AT&T's website:
"MMS support from AT&T coming in late summer. MMS is not supported on first-generation iPhone. Sending video via MMS is not supported on iPhone 3G."

First, contact your carrier. If you are able to make calls, etc., odds are your line is not provisioned correctly.

I have an iphone 3GS. I see a small camera in message app but when i tap it, nothing happens. I can't send or receive any mms. Although the camera icon appears but doesn't work.

you have to setup the mms settings to match which ones your carrier use

You cannot download, nor delete it. it is part of the os.
It is likely in a folder, on another page or you have restrictions set.
If you don't find it this way,then you can reset your homescreen layout.

Facetime is banned in UAE. I strongly recommend you to use Skype. People uses Skype with StrongVPN and is now on another (I forget which). You will need to do some searching to find one that works best where you are. StrongVPN didn't work well for him while in Istanbul so he had to change.
Be aware that most VPN providers will run some checks on you to make sure you aren't a spammer. I suggest you call them and talk to their tech support before inning up. Although every one we have used through the years has a money-back guarantee.

You mean update your iPhone software? Yes, you can do that on any computer, but it REQUIRES an internet connection & yes the software needs to be downloaded unless already on the computer and the exact version for your model iPhone.

Depends wher you obtained the iPhone from and it's original supplier
If the iPhone is an authorised unlock ( approved by the carrier) or was
purchased from Apple as an unlocked iPhone updating the iOS
will have no effect on the iPhone and it's lock status
HOWEVER if the software has been tampered with to remove the lock,
updating the iOs will lock the iPhone back to the original carrier who holds the lock
To find out the status of your iPhone you could call Apple support
and they may tell you if the iPhone is locked or not and if it is which carrier

I have a suggestion, noted below, but I'd like a little more information please. Are you saying that after you've transfered photos to your PC or Mac you want to then delete them from the iPhone? If they're photos taken with the iPhone couldn't you just go back into Camera roll and delete them there?
I had a similar situation with my parent's iPhone and iPad. I synced a couple of folders of photos via iTunes on their laptop to the iPad. The intent was to use the slideshow feature on the iPad as a digital photo frame. To save time, I had synced all the photos in the folders, thinking that my mom could delete the pics she didn't want. After doing this I found I couldn't delete any of the pictures synced this way. I came to find out that pictures contained in folders synced via iTunes cannot be deleted from the iOS device.
A friend suggested a paid app called PhotoSync. It's $1.99 and no, I have absolutely no connection to the deveolper. It's just an app that does exactly what I needed it to do. After transfering photos you can go into camera roll or an album and delete them. There is a companion free app that you install on your PC or Mac that makes the transfers very easy.
I have less than 15 apps on my iPhone. I generally like free apps but, as I've said, I found this app does what I needed to do so I was happy to spend the money.

I can't find the option to search ringtones on iTunes on my PC, even when I search by an artist. However, when I search the artist on iTunes on my iPhone, the ringtones come up. What am I doing wrong? I'd much rather use iTunes on my PC to purchase music/ringtones. Thanks.

What ID do you want to change? To change your iTunes ID, go to Settings>iTunes & App Stores, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with the new ID. To change the ID for iMessage, do the same thing in Settings>Messages>Send & Receive. To change the ID for FaceTime, do the same thing in Settings>FaceTime. To change the ID for iCloud, go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, then sign back in with the ID you want to use.

Can't find synched music on iphone 3

I've synched my laptop to my 3gs. Synched everything including music. itunes on the laptop says all the music was synched to the phone. I can't find it on my iphone. This ought to be simple to do and I can't find anything in the online manual. I need help.

I've also upgraded my 4s to 8.1. It should be in settings under "personal hotspot", one of the first options. If the carrier somehow how has stopped this from showing up than it would be best to call them.

Check Settings>General>Restrictions and see if they are turned on and Siri is restricted.
