Can't find Movies Purchased on ITunes on External HD!

Am i missing something i mean all my music is there but i can't find all the movies i bought on Itunes. Please help.

There may be a way to pull content from a backup on the timemachine thing
over and into the new/replacement iMac. Isn't there some kind of 'migration
assistant' in the Mac OS X? It should be able to bring in stuff from an external
hard disk drive -- if it is a backup or clone of another Mac, especially -- and
put that into the new computer's system.
Could be the level of permissions or allowed purchases are different between
the content on the external drive where your files are located, and in the new
or replacement computer. Is the new computer "authorized" to use your files
in iTunes? You can deauthorize other computers no longer owned and add a
new computer in the options found in the iTunes menubar.
Also, if the replacement computer is similar in model and configuration, and
one that would normally boot from the same machine-specific installer disc,
it may be able to see and use a cloned system from an external drive if it
were brought back in via a cloning utility. But if this is Not the case, I would
certainly avoid trying this; without more research; least the current and
working system in the computer be damaged or erased in the process, and
maybe the stuff on the external drive is not compatible with the computer;
outside of the files you had in user accounts.
You may be able to find files in the copy's user accounts and see if they
can be brought into the replacement machine; but the file permissions
would be different between them. You may have to find out if you can
get duplicate downloads of purchased movies (and music, etc) if your
originally purchased ones can't be used or are gone completely. You
may be able to contact Sales Support or maybe AppleCare and see
if they can direct your question to someone who can help. Even a good
tech could maybe walk you through a few steps; but stuff that takes
time may not be something they can do on the phone.
If the computer has been reauthorized to use your iTunes account, that
would be good for a start; then find out from their support how to go
about getting those movies back into a different machine so you can
see them; or find out if you can get credit and then download the same
movies again into your replacement computer.
Sorry I don't have a specific direction to go with this; and to contact
Apple support or sale support directly before attempting anything too
harsh is my advice; after seeing if this Mac is authorized for your iTunes.
