Can't find Muse
through the CLOUD, I downloaded and installled Muse using the application manager - Applicaiton manager shows it as "installed" but I can't find it in the applicaitons folder nor can spotlight find it. What gives?

I'm a CC subscriber from CS6, all work well, I have installed CS5, CS6 and now I installed CC.
I have Windows 7 64 bit.
All the program from three group work well, I haven't tried all of the CC programs, but most of them are ok.
In the CC manager I can see Muse installed, but when I tried to launch the program I can't find the link. So I tried to find the directory where the program should be, but nothing is there.
Then I opened the control panel and there is the "adobe muse" entry, I tried to unistall it and was performed well. Than I log out from CC manager, reloggedin and reinstalled again succesfully but again no program entry.
I start to search on the web, found this solution http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html tried all the first three solution (I really can't even think about the last solution!!) but nothing.
Than I found this tool http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/support-advisor-install-troubleshooting-app.html downloaded, but when I double-click on it I have the prompt security alert for the installation (click ok) but nothing happen, right-click run as administrator same story.
I unistalled and reinstalled Adobe Air, nothing.
I downloaded than the installer for muse (don't remember the link sorry), but same story, splash screen for installation security alert, but nothing happen.

ps: sorry for englishThanks for replay, but I can't really accept that I have to reinstall all the program (three complete suite!!!!!!!) as a unique solution!!

Can't find Muse trial application no where on Mac computer running OS X10.6.8 despite Download Manager message of "Launch App" & "Installed"
Are you able to locate it in your Applications folder?

How do you create a link to a pdf in Muse? Thought it was going to show that with Katie's menu and can't find in any of the tutorials.
The steps would be :
- Add files from file menu > select pdf > add to site
- Select the content (rectangle,text etc) and click on hyperlink dropdown > it should show you the added files list
- Select the file you want to link

Where can I find free website templates to use in Muse?
The best quality templates are on themeforest for around $18. This is the only serious attempt I've seen at making professional Muse templates. But it's really good to see Muse taken seriously by a big template website. There are some others doing great work too like muse-grid. Stylishmusetemplates has the best free templates I've seen so far.
I see so much potential for new Muse designers in this area I'm working on my own site Musefreetemplates. If any budding Muse developers want to contribute I'm all ears.
Muse may seem easy at first but the design process is still very involved if you want a pro look. Good templates can help. -

Nobody can tell you anything without proper system info or other technical details. Entry point errors are system errors with missing libraries (DLL/ Dylib) or "bad" drivers down to incompatible processors.

In order to turn a tet into Hyperlink, you first need to select the text and then in the toolbar look for "Links" option. Click on the dropdown and either select one of the pages or type in your own link.

Any help would be appreiated. OSX 10.9.2 iTunes version 11.1.5 Thanks!!! CW!From the iTunes menu bar try View>Show View Options. Make sure what you want to see is checked and what you don't is unchecked. You can do this (may need to do this) for any playlists, your main Library, etc.

WHY does Muse upload every page when I only change one thing. And how can I make Muse faster.
I have a bunch of sites I do for people that are similar. Here's one: www.mattfelis.com.
When I make a single change on one page, just a text change (the last time I deleted a freakin' period) and tell Muse to Upload it to FTP host, it uploads every single page in the site. Every one. And since there are 55 pages, that means it takes about 20 minutes with a darned fast upload speed (20MBPS upload). It isn't the uploading that kills me, it's the Exporting of pages. All of them. All 55. Why is it doing this?
And while we are talking about speed, most of the time in working with these files I see what I call the beach ball of death on a constant basis. Just opening a page from Plan Mode or going back to Plan Mode from a page can take 20 seconds. I know, I've counted. Copy and paste between pages can take longer. I am running a 3 year old Mac Pro with 12 gigs of RAM and tons of disk space. How can I make Muse work better. More RAM? To speed it up I find that I have to quit about every 30 minutes and restart Muse to get it back to any semblance of speed. Smaller sites obviously don't do this but big ones (I have a lot of those) do.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.There's a bug we've become aware of and fixed for the next major release where use of one or more objects on a master page that have different states that require output as separate background images can result in that master page and all pages where that master page is used always being considered out-of-date and in need of re-export and upload.
Unfortunately, there's no workaround short of removing such items from your master page(s).

Can't install Muse CC - error says beta version is already installed?
I can't find the app anywhere on my computer but the error I'm getting during install in that a "beta version of this product exists on the computer. Please quit and uninstall that version before continuing"

If it isn't installed and if that is a Mac machine, use the Spotlight to search for anything Muse related and remove. Look into the Trash folder too to find any instances of the app.
Most likely you're trying to install Muse using the CC Application Manager and as Muse is an Air application, there are certain limitations in how we interact with the Application Manager that can cause these types of conflicted states. Refer to the following thread for more about this - http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1253307.
Also include external drives in your search for an old version of Muse. You can attempt to install the app using the installer found here as well (another thread for reference <http://forums.adobe.com/message/5052701#5052701>):

Hi,
I'm trying to download Muse via the Application Manager but the install link is gray (it won't highlight). I may have already downloaded Muse a few weeks back (can't remember for sure) but I can't find it on my machine. All I find is a link to uninstall Muse.
Any idea how to download Muse again?

ZackDid you have a beta of Muse installed previously? This perhaps what caused the problem originally. Regardless though I would recommend the following since you are unable to access Muse via the Uninstaller:
Please remove all Adobe Creative applications using Programs and Features
Run the CS Cleaner tool you can find directions on this at CS Cleaner Tool for installation problems | CCM, CS6, CS5.5, CS5, CS4, CS3 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html.
Download and install the Adobe Application Manager from https://creative.adobe.com/
Install one of the other Adobe Creative applications, i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign

Can't find my songs on theIpod
I transfered some songs to my ipod. when connect to the computer and when I open the ipod they show. When i idsconnect the ipof from the computer. i can not find the songs. They do not show in the music>songs file
Hmmm where are they?
WhenI transfered them over, I just opened a folder with musi in it and highlighted the songs and right clicked send to Ipod
i am running windows xp home
