Can't find Music tab in Purchased link?

Hi,
I use the Romanian AppStore with iTunes 11 on OS X 10.8.2.
I tried to download my previous music purchases but there's no Music tab under 'Quick Links -> Purchased' screen, it's attached below (and my account name is censored).
Any way to fix this problem ? I don't have music backups..

It's not currently possible to re-download music in Romania, only apps and ibooks. If you haven't got a backup of your purchases (and assuming that they are still in the store) then you can try contacting iTunes support and see if they will grant you a re-download (there is no guarantee that they will) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

I transferred my ipod touch contents to Itunes, then I updated to 5.0, after which I can no longer find all of the songs that I had purchased. Is there a way to reaccess them? When I try to download them off of Itunes Store, it recognizes that I have already purchased the songs, and I also have receipts for them. Any advice would be appreciated!! Thanks!!

I can only find some of my purchased music. I bought an album and I only see one song left from it, and it was a whole album when I downloaded it. Also I bought a lot of Michael Jackson music, and when I bring up my purchased music, I don't see any of his music, or of the album music mentioned above, except for one song. How do I get that music to display too.

You may be able to redownload your iTunes purchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
BTW, did you sync to the laptop before? Yu can only sync to one iTunes library. If you sync to to another library the iPod will be eerased and it contents replace with what is in the iTunes library on the computer.

Then download the media that has been purchased. This happens automatically when new media is purchased.

What type of item is it ? What you can re-download will show under the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes. As long as they are still in the store then your apps and ibooks should appear there, and potentially music, films and tv shows (media can't be re-downloaded in all countries) - audiobooks and ringtones are currently one-time only downloads, so they won't appear.
If they don't show then have you still got copies of the items somewhere e.g. on your old computer (copying between computers) or on a backup of your downloads ?

The password is good for 15 minutes to make purchases. You should receive a receipt in 24 to 48 hours for the purchases. There is a link to Report an issue. You could use that to start a conversation with iTunes Support about a refund.
Apple considers all sales final. But has been known to offer a one time refund. So the question is, do you want to use your one time refund on this purchase or one more expensive in the future?

There is no "Music" tab in "Purchased" in iTunes Store

I bought "Rossini Heroines" music album on my iPad 2 with iOS 5. Then I wanted to download it from my computer with iTunes 10.5 and Windows XP SP3. Hovewer, there is no "Music" tab in Purchased menu. I'm registered in Polish iTunes Store. How can I download this album? Do I need to write to Apple? Here is a screenshot:

What country is your iTunes Store set to? Many countries' iTunes Stores do not sell music.
If you want to look at a different country, click the flag at the lower right. A dialog will come up where you can choose the correct country.

I, like many others, do not want my contacts and personal info floating around out there in cycber space for anyone to access. I don't care how "SECURE" you think it is, IT ISN'T.
