Can't Find My MacBook or MacBook Pro Wirlessly

Question

I have three computers on my network (MB, MBP, iMac), but they are not all able to see each other across the network. Finder does not seem to recognize any computer from any other one. I can, however, share iPhoto libraries and iTunes libraries. They are all running Leopard. They are also all receiving internet access through a Linksys router.
This is really annoying.

are you using the short user name? (In OS 10.4.10, you can hover your mouse over the login name or picture in the login window, and a popup window appears that discloses the short user name -- don't know if this is still the case in Leopard or not -- short user name can also be discovered by looking at folder names in /Users).
If still no joy, then, as Camelot has said, you may need to adjust settings on computer as to what privileges you will allow remotely connecting users for screen sharing. In Tiger's Sys Prefs Sharing, this is done when Apple Remote Desktop was checked on and highlighted in the Services list, then you clicked on the (now visible) Access Privileges button and set up who was allowed to do what when you had VNC server turned on. I would expect there to be something similar to this to be required in Leopard.
