Can't find my previous purchases from iTunes

I recently had to re-install my iPhone after deactivating it by a mistake. And now I have all the receipts from iTunes of my purchases (in my iCloud inbox) but I can't find them in my libraries on my iPhone and on iTunes installed on the PC.
Where can I find my purchases? There's few things more frustrating than using more money on already purchased music.

Unhiding it should get it to appear. Try closing the iTunes store app via the phone's taskbar and see if it shows when you re-open it (it may need 'refreshing') : from the home screen (i.e. not with the iTunes store app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar at the bottom of the screen, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the iTunes app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.

Can't find all my purchases from iTunes on Macbook Pro

My iTunes on my Macbook Pro does not contain my full library of Music, Movies and TV Shows which I have purchased over the years.
I have just purchased a brand new Macbook Pro. All my purchases were available, then suddenly one day they had disappeared. When they dissapeard, I downloaded my available purchases to restore my library on my Macbook, however they are not all there, bearing in mind iTunes notifies me that there are no more purchases available to download, but I know there are still loads more.
Strange thing is, my full library is available on my iPhone and iPad.
Any suggestions?

I can't find a previously purchased ringtone. I went to go and buy it again but it says that I have bought it before. I am using a different computer than what I normally use. But should it not have been in purchases and should I not have been able to redownload it? Where can I find it? thanks in advance.

Ringtones (and audiobooks) are currently a one-time only download from the store, so they won't appear in the Purchased link for re-downloading. If you don't have it in the Tones part of your computer's iTunes library, nor on a backup, then you can try contacting iTunes support and see if they will grant you a re-download : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

Is there a way to collect previous purchases from itunes when they haven't

I just had to restore my operating system on my mac, but now can't get back the items i've previously purchased from itunes and didn't have space to back up. Is there any way to get these back without purchasing them again.

If you didn't make a back-up of your purchases to restore from then I'm sorry to say that the policy on lost purchases is that you have to pay to download them again:
"Once a Product is purchased and you receive the Product, it is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage the Product, and Apple shall be without liability to you in the event of any loss, destruction, or damage." iTunes Store: Purchased content can be downloaded only once
You could try contacting the iTunes Music Store Customer Service and you might be able to persuade them to sanction a second free download. There have been occasional reports in the iTunes forum of this happening, however just be aware that they are not under any obligation to do so. HT204074 I need to authorize my new computer to play previous purchases from itunes, I have read the support but can not find store menu topic

I am having a hard time authorizing my new computer for previous purchases on itunes. The support suggestion to go to store menu and select authorize is not materializing anything even remotely similiar. At the store I only see advertisement and topics at the bottom. Can anyone guide me thru this, it really should be easier.

If the computer's running Mac OS X, move the cursor to the very top of the computer's screen, click on Store, and choose Authorize this Computer.
If the computer's running Windows, press the Alt and S keys and choose Authorize this Computer, or click here, follow the instructions, click on Store in the menu bar, and choose Authorize this Computer.

Computer crashed and got a new one, but can't access previous purchases from iTunes.

My PC crashed and I got a Mac, I can't get my old purchases from the iTunes store onto my new computer. Is there a way to get my purchases from the iTunes store on my new computer? It's showing all the songs/videos I bought but I can't access them.

When you purchase content from the iTunes Store it's downloaded to the storage/hard drive of the computer you purchased them on. You should have made a backup like iTunes warns you to do.
However there is some hope, I can instruct you how to recover your content from the hard drive of the dead PC, provided the hard drive ITSELF still mechanically works and if your willing to perhaps spend some money and get your hands a bit dirty.
Recovery option:
I'm going to assume here that the PC is dead, either mechanically or the computer won't boot from the hard drive and you are willing to extract the hard drive from the computer and see if it works to get your data off.
Be gentle, disconnect the power and remove the battery before carefully opening up the PC to remove the drive.
Once you got the drive out there is a powered IDE/SATA to USB adapter for sale online for $20 that you can take that internal hard drive and use it like a external drive to access your files from another Windows machine.
Your attempting to access a Windows NTFS drive from a Mac which can't read it, you need Paragons's NTFS for Mac® OS X software installed on the Mac first before hooking up the NTFS Windows formatted drive.
Once you do that, you should be able to navigate to your Windows/Music folder and transfer the whole iTunes folder directly to the Mac desktop and also recover any other files you need as well.

Why can't I read books purchased from itunes on my macbook pro?

I find it very upsetting that books purchased from itunes on a Macbook pro can not be read on a Macbook Pro.

Many MacBook Pro users are professional authors, reseachers, teachers, ... and we need to manage large libraries of copy protected digital material (journals, book collections, protected imagery, ...) , which we directly reference and include (with citations) in our writing and analyses.
Laptops and desktops are the only viable options in terms of screen real estate (multiple monitors needed), application availability (image analytics, serious statistics, real 2D and 3D modeling, ...) high speed storage attachment (the cloud can't handle many needs) and processing horse power. iPads and iPhones are a few generations away from being adequate for many such activities, which Apple had traditionally supported.
This particular oversight by the folks behind the Apple iTunes bookstore business, stands in stark contrast to what used to be our vision of the premier professional creative platfom. I find this deeply dissappointing and inconsiderate of our long term investment in apple technologies.
Asking folks to simply abandon their investment in copy protected ebook material, purchased on iTunes, is just wrong.

How can I get music (not purchased from iTunes) and photos from my iPad onto my MacBook?

I just recently had my hard drive replaced and lost all of my music and photos from it. I have all of my music and photos backed up onto my iPad and iPhone via iCloud.
I was able to download all of my purchased music from iTunes, back onto my MacBook. The problem is, how do I get the other music and photos from my iPad, back onto my MacBook?

Worse, there is no guarantee they will continue to function after some future iOS upgrade, since the iPad is not designed to work that way.

Does anyone know how I can retreive past purchases from itunes. I tried everything I can with no result.
When I try to repurchase the audio book, I get a message saying that this book was already purchased, do you want to proceed with this purchase. I obviously don't want to purchase the same thing twice. Anyone had that issue in the past? Thanks.

You cannot redownload audiobooks at all.
It is your responsibility to back up your purchases.

Can I give this card number in the required field and if so, will any debit contravene Indian foreign exchange regulations?
