Can't find paid Apps on iTunes! Help!

I just upgraded from a 3GS to an iPhone 4, so I'm trying to get my phone set up the way I like it. However, after backing up my 3GS on my iTunes/transferring all of the Paid Purchases to my library, I see that absolutely NONE of my paid apps/games appear! Where did all my purchases go and how do I get them on my iPhone 4? Also, not all of my free apps appeared either! How do I work this out without having to pay again?

If you're on a Mac, the apps should be in this folder:
<Your username>/Music/iTunes/Mobile Applications
If you're on Windows:
C:\Users\<your username>\Music\iTunes\iTunes Media\Mobile Applications

These are user-to-user forums, you are not talking to Apple here. If you can't find the app in the store then it may have been removed either via the app developer or by Apple - have you not got a copy of it somewhere e.g. on your computer or on a backup ?

Can't find ihome apps in itunes

Dear apple buddies
Recently i saw one of my colleagues using an apps called iHome which able to replace the home button. This iHome is an apps which able to avoid our home button being press too many times and it might turn fautly.
Unfortunately, i can't find it in the itunes.
I am wondering whether, it is not on sale in Malaysia site?
Hope to can help me answer it b'cos i worry one day, my home button will be end up spoilt too..

I believe that App is only available from the jailbroken App store Cydia. So we cannot help you here. Sorry.

Can't find my app in iTunes!

My first app got approved today, a couple hours ago to be exact. The link to my game exists and works but I cant find it when i search for it on an iphone or ipad. Is this normal?

They should be in the Videos app :
If they aren't in there then have you got a film age rating set in Settings > General > Restrictions that is hiding them ?

I already downloaded some applications in itunes, hoping to sync it to my ipod touch. However, there is no button for Apps in my ipod touch.
And in the partitions of my ipod touch memory (music, photos, videos), there is no space for Applications.

Oh this is quite easy to solve!
1) First connect iPod to computer
2) Launch iTunes
3) On the left hand side of iTunes, under Library, there is an Apps header?
4) When you click on that, you should see your downloaded apps?
5) A little lower down, you'll see your iPod under Devices, drag apps over your iPod's list (over the music, photos, videos area as you mentioned), you'll that that area is highlighted, release left mouse button to drop them apps!
6) Copying ensues ...
7) Check iPod
8) Back at iTunes, click on your iPod's name, look at the right side, you'll see a summary page right?
9) At the top of that page, one of the menu item is Apps, click on that and you'll see a replica of sorts of your iPod, unchecking apps (or selecting by checking) and then hitting Apply button below, will apply the changes you made onto your iPod.
10) You can also arrange your iPod from there if you like.
That was a lot of steps, but its pretty simple to perform, and the last few wasn't really neccessary, it does look more impressive to write a long list of steps however.

If you rented it on your iPad then it should have downloaded into its Videos app - if it hasn't completed downloading then it might still show in the iTunes app in a Downloads tab in it (Downloads only shows if there are downloads happening), the iTunes app on your iPad is just the store.
If it doesn't show in Videos then does it show via the iPad's spotlight search screen : pull down the centre of the homescreen (not from the very top of the screen, that will open Notification Centre) ?
If you rented it on your computer's iTunes then you will have to connect the iPad to your computer's iTunes and use its Movies tab to move it over to the iPad - rentals are a one-time only download, so won't show on your iPad for redownloading.

ITunes can't find or create the iTunes Folder (in Vista). SOMEBODY HELP ME!

I have installed iTunes in my Windows Vista but i can't run it because it appears an error showing: iTunes can't find or create the iTunes folder. This folder is usually located in My Music Folder.
The problem is that I erased the original folder "my music" from my computer and even if I create another "my music" folder and I put in the iTunes folder, the program doesen't work.
Please help me!

The problem is that iTunes uses a registry entry to find the location of the Music folder and it is not correctly set.
Apple offer this help for Windows XP, however it requires a utility called TweakUI and Miscrosoft haven't released a version for Vista. I found this link for an alternative, but I know nothing about it so I don't like to recommend it:

As alternative to this you may be able to do the following as a work around:
Hold down the shift key, keep it held down and start iTunes. You should be asked to choose or create a library. Choose create and navigate to where you want your iTunes folder - usually in your Music folder.

IPhone 3G: iTunes 10.5.1 can't find the apps

Just tried syncing my iPhone 3G with the latest downloaded version of iTunes (10.5.1), and iTunes tells me it can't find the apps, so it's refusing to sync them. iTunes hasn't messed up the apps on the phone, and it has a list of the apps I have installed, but there is no "screen view" on the apps tab in iTunes. Anybody else seen this? Any clues as to how to fix it?

OK - pretend I never asked. I just closed iTunes, disconnected the iPhone, reconnected it and hey presto, it all works again. I note, however, that it re-installed the USB device driver software when I plugged the iPhone back in. When I restarted the PC after installing the latest iTunes, I left the phone plugged in, which I guess was the cause.
Do I get points for answering my own question?
