Can't find programs in the CC app

Could someone help me with downloading Lightroom 6/CC? When I launch the CC app on my computer, and press "Install Adobe apps", nothing happens. Sometimes even the CC app crashes and the app turns black...
Does anybody have any solutions?

I see it was purchased on my computer in my account and the charges for it and can even see where it is on my iPad on the computer but can't find it on the iPad itself. It is not in Videos. I have this problem every time I rent movies and somehow I eventually find it but I don't know how it eventually gets on the iPad. I'm leaving on a trip and want to watch it on the way.

There are a number of developers who have chosen for various reasons not to offer their software through the Mac App Store, so don't assume that if an application is not in the App Store that the application is not available. It may well be available directly from the developer or some other download site. MacUpdate is a good resource for looking for applications:

No. It must be online in order to locate it.

Mac app store isn't the exclusive way to download apps in a mac, like it is the case in iPhone or iPod Touch. So if you can't find something in the app store, just google it and download from any trusted source you find.

It's a built-in app so it won't appear in the store.
If you can't find it on any of your homescreens or app folders, and you can't find it via the spotlight search screen (swipe your first home screen to the right), then is it hidden by Settings > General > Restrictions > Safari being set 'off' ?
If not then have you tried a reset to see if you can find it after the phone has restarted ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the equivalent of a reboot.

Are you checking from within the Apps section of iTunes on your computer? Is there a reason you can't download it directly to the iPhone?

Thank you for answering!
Unfortunatley I still can't find were I download the program. Following your suggested link I get to the window below.
When I click the "Creative Cloud" Icon it takes me to a new page.
On that page see below there are a lot of programs like Photoshop etc. but there is NO icon for Creative Cloud.
It looks the same when I log in. Any suggestions?
