Thanks. Yes, I checked for downloads on both sides. I'm not sure how I can email the iTunes store, but I'll have another look at doing it...
Uou can either go to Apple support pages for iTunes store, or perhaps simpler, just log into your iTunes account in iTunes, review your purchase history, find the purchase and use the 'Report a Problem' link.

• HT5085 Can't find purchased tv programs to download latest episodes on the apple store

I purchased "Breaking Bad deluxe version seasons 1 through 5" last year for £50 and now I can't find the episodes I have already purchased. Since purchasing, I have been downloading them off the apple store in batches of 3 rather than downloading all 5 seasons in one go, which would take ages, and take up unnecessary space. What can I do to find these?
Up until last week, I have been downloading them on my MAC, by searching on the apple store to find what the compilation "Breaking Bad Deluxe version seasons 1 through 5" and then download 3 episodes at a time. It said purcahsed next to each episode, so I just assumed this was the easiest thing to do.
I now cant find this compilation on the apple store, so I dont know what to do. I shouldnt have to pay again to download the seasons individually, which appears to be the ony option.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks
Sam

Hello Sam,
Thank you for contacting Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you have been successful in the past in downloading purchased episodes of Breaking Bad, so you know how to do it. But you might take a look at the following article for some troubleshooting steps you may have overlooked.

• I can't find purchased songs in Music Library or in Recently Added. The purchases are on my account.

I can't find purchased songs in Music Library or in Recently Added. I have searched my library but they are not there. Itunes says that all recently purchased items have been downloaded. Where are the songs?

I don't know how, but this problem resolved itself for me. If you don't see the downloads go to Documents, My Music, iTunes and then scrounge around to see if you can find a file with new downloads in there. Then you can drag them to the iTunes icon.
Then try shutting down iTunes, and your computer and restart to see if this issue fixes itself. I know, only a Mackie would think that a computer could fix itself.

• ITunes can't find any episodes on my feed.

I recently started my podcast back up under a new host (libsyn), and I followed every step and uploaded two episodes. I go to submit my RSS feed to iTunes and I get the "We had difficulty downloading episodes from your feed" error. I test my feed on feedvalidator.org and get:
Sorry
This feed does not validate.
line 9, column 8: link must be a full and valid URL: [help]

^
line 12, column 8: docs must be a full and valid URL: [help]

^
line 18, column 21: link must be a full and valid URL: [help]

^
I have also tried the "subscribe to podcast" thing in iTunes and all it shows is the name of my show but it can't find any episodes. I don't know what else to do here.
The link to my feed is http://weekendfriends.libsyn.com/rss

To fix the issues with the link - you need to go into your libsyn account in libsyn4
mouse over settings - and then select edit show settings - and make sure to put a full URL in for the website link.
And then per Rogers comments above - you need to removed your wma file and upload an mp3 file.
Here is a link to a full tutorial on using the libsyn UI and getting started.
http://traffic.libsyn.com/lilith/podcast101_140311c.pdf
Chapter 7 covers libsyn UI - but also look at the chapter on creating an MP3 file - chapter 5.

• Itunes can't find purchased tv shows

I purchased some comedy central stand up episodes and it was playing fine on itunes and my ipod but now itunes can not find the files. I have not deleted the files and do not know where they are. I have looked in My Music/itunes/itunes music/tv shows/comedy central with no results. I have had this problem before with some music videos and had to purchase them again. Is there anything I can do to retrieve them without having to purchase them again?

Yes, funny, I had to restore my ipod, then it all downloaded. Just a quirk i guess. Thanks.

• Recently reloaded windows xp and can't find purchased songs..

I recently reloaded windows xp onto my computer, and I redownloaded iTunes and now I can't find any of the songs I had purchased before. Will someone please help me find the songs or figure out how to get them back??

If you didn't make a back-up of your purchases to restore from (as you are advised to do) then I'm sorry to say that the policy on lost purchases is that you have to pay to download them again:
"Once a Product is purchased and you receive the Product, it is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage the Product, and Apple shall be without liability to you in the event of any loss, destruction, or damage." iTunes Store: Purchased content can be downloaded only once
You could try contacting the iTunes Music Store Customer Service and you might be able to persuade them to sanction a second free download. There have been occasional reports in the iTunes forum of this happening, however just be aware that they are not under any obligation to do so. If you click on this link you'll be able to email your query: iTMS Customer Service
If you have an iPod that still has the purchases on it the transfer of purchased content from the iPod to authorised computers was introduced with iTunes 7. You'll find details in this article: Copying iTunes Store purchases from your iPod or iPhone to a computer

• Can't find purchase

I bought a song. I authorized my Mac Pro. I downloaded. I can't find the song. There's no Check for Purchases option under Store.

First, make sure that the track isn't on your system somewhere and just not appearing in iTunes. Take a look here for some tips on how to look for it. If you can't find it, and the Check for Available Downloads command* doesn't show anything, contact the iTunes Store using the form on their Support page. Select the category and subcategory closest to the issue you're reporting.
Good luck.
* The option is "Check for available downloads" in later versions of iTunes, and is under the Store menu in iTunes, the bottom command in the list.

• Can't find purchases on 2nd authorized computer

I authorized my friend's computer to play my purchases made under my iTunes account but I can't see any of my purchases even when I am signed in under my Apple ID. All that is under purchases are the purchases she has made.
*How can I find my purchases??*

Did you transfer your purchases to this second computer? Purchases don't automatically appear on a computer just because it's authorised they have to be copied from the computer they were originally downloaded to: iTunes for Windows: How to copy purchases between authorized computers
If you copied them and now can't find them have a look at this page: iTunes Music Store: Finding missing music and video downloads</a

• I can't find purchase add-ons file in my computer so I can't import it to Lr. I try using Adobe Extension but it still not working.

it shows in creative cloud that it has been installed but I can't find the file in download folder or anywhere else. What should I do to install this in my Lr.
I try Adobe Extension but didn't work too.

We have identified a lag in obtaining products on Windows machines whereby a reboot is necessary to kick-start the product installation. We are investigating this. For Lightroom products, it is best to use only the CC Desktop App - available from http://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud, rather than Extension Manager.

• Where can I find/purchase textures you see in this illustration?

The above illustration was taken from Peter Donnelly's illustration
I really like this artist's style, and I would like to replicate it but I can't find the type of textures he uses. I am referring to the speckled white/black/red dots you see throughout the work.
Can anyone refer me to some sites that have textures that are useful to illustrators?

You will need to download or make some dust like brushes similar to the on I used which has an 11 underneath. You want just a single speck of dust.
Then turn on scattering and shape dynamics to bay the rotation and scale, so you can spray some down. If you have about 3 speck of dust brushes, you can make this really look organic and random.
You can search brusheezy.com, but have fun and spend less time searching and more time making your own brushes from a scan or just scribble some.

• Can't find "purchased" playlist in Front Row

After updating to iTunes 7 (and QT 7), I discovered that Apple has moved the "purchased" list of music to the "store" section. Therefore, I cannot access my "purchased" list from Front Row. Does anyone know how to fix this? My primary use for Front Row was to play my "purchased" playlist from a distance.
I thought about creating a playlist called "purchased" but that seemed messy since there would be two of them in the sidebar. I also considered reconfiguring Front Row, but don't know how to do that.
Can anyone tell me how to access my "purchased" playlist from Front Row?
17" iMac Mac OS X (10.4.7) 1.83 Intel Core Duo, 160gb, 512mb

Although I appreciate the empathy, I think we're having different problems. I have no problem playing the songs I've purchased from iTunes, but Front Row doesn't allow me to select the "Purchased" playlist. I can do this in iTunes, but not in Front Row.
I don't NEED to be able to do this because I can browse my purchased songs in other menus, such as "Library" or "Recently Added." But, I really like browsing my purchased songs separately from my other songs.
Before upgrading to iTunes 7, Front Row allowed me to do this, but not after the upgrade. Now, iTunes has removed "Purchased" music from the Playlist menu, and placed it next to the iTunes Store.
Is there a way to reconfigure Front Row so that "Purchased" is included as one of the song menus I can browse?

• New Computer - Can't Find Purchased Music

I've recently moved my iTunes Library to a new computer. There are three or four music purchases which I do not appear in the migrated librariy. I can see these purchases in my iTunes Purchase History. How do I recover these purchases?

Since your question has nothing to do with itunes U, you may want to post in a more appropriate forum.
