Can't find song purchased via wifi on iPod
I purchased a song via wifi on the iPod touch. the song downloaded just fine and played on the iPod. After the first sync with the computer the song was STILL there and would play. At the first sync it asked to transfer purchases from iPod to iTunes and I said yes. Now today after powering off the iPod and turning it back on the song is GONE. It is also not in iTunes or on my computer. What has happened? How can I relocate the song? If this file is gone I seriously will consider never buying from iTunes ever again. I have purchased hundreds upon hundreds of songs over the last few years and never had one problem before.
I had sort of the same problem with songs downloaded via wifi. I had to re-download the problem songs through my computer, as they didn't appear on my library and I couldn't put any of them on playlists. AFter re-downloading though it worked. I'm not sure yet if it will charge me twice, but I'm going to send a report if it does and hopefully they'll reverse the charges.
In the future, I'm not downloading any songs unless I'm on the computer because that is very annoying to deal with.

Macbook Pro can't find Canon MG6350 via wifi
Macbook Pro purchased earlier this year and running OS X (10.9.1) can no longer find my new Canon MG6350 printer via wifi. Printer can also not be found by other new Macbook Pro, iPad Air or iPhones.
I have reset Canon printer, Macbook Pro printer system, downloaded latest drivers, tried inputing Canon printer IP address. Nothing works permanently. I temporary resolved issue by re-enabling Boujour on Canon printer settings, which magically allowed printer to appear on all devices, but this "fix" has now stopped working. Can also see all devices on BT Home Hub 3 when logged in as administrator.
I can print via USB, but want wifi printing to work. Very frustrated, as it worked brilliantly before latest OS X / iOS upgrades. Any suggestions or help appreciated.Thank you for your interest Clinton.
Yes of course the printer connected to the wifi network. I can see all devices including the printer when logged on as Administrator on the BT Home Hub. I have also reset the Hub itself several times and reconnected all devices.
Note that I had no problem setting up the printer and all devices wirelessly on the network previously, and that this exact setup was working for months brilliantly and without issue until roughly the time I upgraded to the latest releases of OS and iOS on all my Apple devices.
I have also reset the printer to its factory setting several times, reconnected all devices to the network numerous times and have spent roughly four hours trying everything I can think of on both the printer and Mac to no avail. Hence my post. And yes all devices have the latest drivers as indicated by Apple and Canon. -
Where can I find the purchase date of my ipod?
I bought my ipod from the Navy Exchange and bought additional insurance from them. They need the date I purchased my ipod so they can determine if it is still covered (whic I know it is but I don't have my reciept anymore as proof). Can anyone tell me where I can find my purchase date? If not that, then where I can find when my warranty started? I'm guessing that the warranty starts from the day you purchased your ipod so that information whould be helpful.

How can I move songs from my wife's iPod to her new iPhone?
My wife got a new iPhone 5 yesterday. She had some songs on her iPod and wanted them transferred to her new phone. When I explored this on the web, I came up with Touch Copy. I downloaded a free trial and was able to get the songs from her iPod to my computer (but they are in a Touch Copy folder, they do not come up in the iTunes library). Now I can't get the songs onto her new phone. When I explored that, I came across Disk-Aid. Before I got deeper into 3rd party software (and multiple ones at that), I wanted to get some advice. I have no clue what you mean. If you downloaded the audiobooks in iTunes on your computer or of you transferred the audiobooks from the iPad to iTunes via the transfer purchases feature, the books should be in your iTunes library,
If you are looking to download them again in the purchased section of iTunes, you have to buy them again. Audiobooks cannot be downloaded again for free. They are not part of iTunes in the cloud. -

You can view the full purchase history on your account via your computer's iTunes : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.

My OS is 10.9.3.I've been working on a document in Pages 4.3. Now is says I can not open the document unless I upgrade to Pages 5.2. The Pages 5.2 page in the App store says "installed" nor can I find a "purchase" or "install" button. How do I get Pages 5.2?
If you have already updated to Pages 5.2 on your Mac, you may be trying to open the file with a previous version of Pages. If this is the case, you have two versions of Pages on your Mac & are trying to open Pages 5 documents with Pages 4. Are you launching Pages from an icon in your Dock? Installing the update does not change the Dock icons & it does not remove the older versions. Go to your Applications folder & launch the new Pages from there then right-click on the Dock icon & select Options > Keep in Dock.
Installing new versions of iWork has never replaced existing versions. This is nothing new. The only thing new is that the '09 apps are moved to an iWork '09 folder if they were purchased from the Mac App Store. If they were installed from disk they should already be in a separate folder in Applications. -

That is how it will show, all content is tied to the country as well as to the account, items will no longer show in the Purchased tabs in the store apps for redownloading for free.
For apps if you try to redownload an app from the main part of the store you should (based on what other people have posted) get a prompt saying that you've already bought the app and would you like to redownload it for free - try a free or cheap app and see if you get a similar prompt.
For media (music, films, tv shows) you will have to pay again if you want to redownload them. -

If you update to iOS 4.3.3 you should then see it in the App Store app. If you have iTunes 10.3 on your computer you can also do it there. Otherwise I think that you'll have to go through your purchase history on your account in iTunes on your computer.
