    Where can I find the Action Panel in Photoshop?

    Are you using photoshop or photoshop elements and which version?
    (in photoshop it should be under Window>Actions or Window>Show Actions)
    (only photoshop elements 11 has Window>Actions)
    (no other version of photoshop elements has Window>Actions)
    What operating system?

  • I can't find the Fonts window.

    The "help" document on formatting the text in a form using fonts mentions a font window, which it says can be accessed by clicking on "Show Fonts," which it says is buried under a popup menu named "Format," and can, in some programs, be accessed by clicking a button in either the toolbar or the settings panel.
    I can't find the font window.  Does this mean that the author the PDF disabled formatting?

    If you only have Adobe Reader, no, it doesn't mean that. Those instructions are for Adobe Acrobat.

  • Firefox says it can not find the server (Windows Internet Exployer works fine

    When I try to connect to Firefox,I get the message can not find server.(All my hardwired computers,to Dsl).When we try Windows Internet Exployer it works fine.That is what I am using to send this message.

    Not sure of your answers: is the problem solved (as marked) or not.
    Did you go through the solution for the Firewall that you use.

    When you say it works okay on new browser do you mean IE or do you mean if you reinstall Firefox. As far as I know it is the Firefox updates that get are mostly affected. What Firewall do you have.

  • Where can i find the file/window to change ssaudit

    Hello.
    Our essbase is generating huge log files and Oracle support told us to turn off ssaudit in the essbase.cfg file. We found the essbase.cfg file but did not see any ssaudit parameter.
    Can someone point us in the right direction? Where is this ssaudit or where do we go to change the settings?
    Thanks.

    The default is to not log spreadsheets, and the only place to set it (that I'm aware of) is the essbase.cfg file.
    So, either you are looking at the wrong essbase.cfg file, or you are not using ssaudit already and the large log files are from something else.
    Perhaps you are logging unknown members, and there are a lot of retrieves with cosmetic headers in them? Just a guess, but I'd say they just assumed you had ssaudit turned on and gave you the short answer rather than digging for the real answer.
    If you have access to the app folder on the server, you could look for the presence of the audit logs (can't recall the names off the top of my head, but I'm sure the technical docs can point you in the right direction to find them, just search for "ssaudit files" (or something close to that).

  • How to do apps groups? I can't find the "fonts windows" TIA!

    THNAK YOU

    Yes, you can add music into Windows Media Player, and since your using Windows Vista (correct me if I'm wrong), it should support iTunes music (aac, m4a)..... If you opened Windows Media Player for the first time, you should see a pop up, follow through, and then the player will open, you should see a second link, of which it will search your folder on your computer and then add it to your Windows Media Player.

  • I can't find the download window anymore since I upgraded to Mountain Lion

    I used to be able to see the progress of all my download in its own widow and now that does't pop up anymore since the upgrade. I really liked that feature and want it back. Is there anyway to get that back?

  • Multiline string in the Actions window

    There's no doubt a simple answer for this, but it's been
    driving me nuts for years. In the Actions panel I am writing a
    paragraph of text to appear in a dynamic text field. If I write it
    as a single line (stretching maybe a half a mile), it comes out
    fine. If I try to break the text up for convenience only, like...
    display.text = "This is an experiment to see if there's any
    way
    to type several lines of text in the Actions Window.";
    ... I get a syntax error back. If I insert a backslash at the
    end of the first line, like...
    display.text = "This is an experiment to see if there's any
    way\
    to type several lines of text in the Actions Window.";
    ... the text will appear correctly in the text field, but the
    backslash will also appear. I don't want a line-feed or a carriage
    return (\n, \r); just want to be able to break up the string as I'm
    writing it. Any suggestions? Many thanks in advance.

    var str:String = "You should use a variable to store your
    string in. That way";
    str += "you can concatenate lines of text together when you
    run out of room";
    str += "You can also set the Actions window to use word wrap
    if you";
    str += "find that your going off screen and have to scroll to
    see all the text.";
    str += "Once you've created your text than assign the
    variable to the";
    display.text = str + "dynamic text box";

  • Can't find application error window in Mac

    Often when I get an error requiring an acknowledgement, I can't find the window. I try docks/expose/etc... but can't find the window to acknowledge and get this "BOING" sound trying to click on the application window. For example, iPhone syncing with iTunes is having trouble, gives me an error message (and a verbal "iTunes" needs your attention)... BUT I can't find the acknowledgement window and end up force-quitting iTunes and restarting it instead.
    Please help a recovering PC user figure out how to bring forward the acknowledge window.

    Presumably the error dialog is hidden by other windows you have open. There are a few alternatives. You can locate the Dock icon for the application that generated the error. This should bring the current window forward which should be the error dialog. You can bring the application that produced the error forward then use the Windows menu to locate the error window and bring it forward. You can use COMMAND-` to cycle through all the open windows of the frontmost/active application. COMMAND-TAB will cycle through all open applications.

  • I don't find the action builder option, in tools menu

    Hi,
    I need to do an action with a button, but can not find the "action builder" option?
    I attached 2 pictures:
    one is taken from Internet ("Tools" menu)
    and the other is of my computer ("Herramientas" menu = "tools" in Spanish language).
    Can someone explain to me because I can not share?
    Thanks

    thanks Radzmar, then I can finish my form! that bad luck.
    I will have to buy the new version... (or finish the form with the trial).

  • PSE 9 Organizer Slide show can't find the slide show project files after moving from XP to Windows 7

    A bad computer virus forced us to move all our files and programs from XP to Windows 7.  The PSE Editor seems to be working properly, but the Organizer Slide Show can't find the project files.  The structure of each of the 15 slide shows (blank slides) is there and any text I had added, but the pictures and music are missing.  Our computer Tech is not too familiar with PSE and may not have the files in the right spot.  Evidently XP and Windows 7 are organized a little differently and use different names.  He still has all the PSE files from our old hard drive in a folder and probably just needs to know where to put them.

    +Windows Vista has different file locations than Windows XP+
    This is the problem - the iTunes ITL file from XP is using XP paths, which don't exist in Vista. Here are some directions that have worked for others:
    - Copy your entire iTunes folder --- not just the iTunes Music folder but basically everything under "My Documents" - to external storage
    - Copy those files to your "Music" folder on your Vista system. The end result should be that you have "Documents\Music\iTunes" on Vista, where you had "My Documents\My Music\iTunes" on XP
    - Put a fresh install of iTunes on the Vista system.
    - When you run iTunes for the first time, hold down the Shift key. If it asks you to select a library file, pick the one you just transferred over.
    - The end result should be your library, including all ratings, play counts and play lists, sitting on the new system.

  • I cant access firefox, everytime i try i get that windows can't find the file, i tried redownloading it but it still gave me the same message?

    i cant access firefox, everytime i try i get that windows can't find the file, i tried downloading it again but it still gave me the same message. the problem has nothign to do with my internet because it wonks on internet explorer and everythign is fine, my computer just can't access firefox for some reason. i tried uninstallign ti adn then installing it again, but that didnt work, i tried installing a different version and it still didnt work.
    okay the exact message is" Windows cannot find 'C:\Program Files\Mozilla Forefox 4.0 Beta 1\firefox.exe'. make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click Search.
    Nothing happens after i install is the "Launch Firefox now" checkbox set, the same message comes up.
    i usually start firefox from the shortcut i have on my desktop but when this happened i thought that the shortcut is the problem, but i went to the Mozilla firefox folder and tried it from there, but it didnt work. i also tried downloading different versions of firefox but that didnt work either.

    can you tell me the solution to "windows cant find firefox" error. thanks.

    My computer is saying it can't find the file 'iTunes64.msi' when I try to update or redownload iTunes how do I fix this? I've tried just about everything I can think of. I am using a dell laptop running windows 7 and have tried changing the file location to run the update in all of my iTunes files as well as when I've tried reinstalling it.

    For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
    The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.
    The further information area has direct links to the current and recent builds in case you have problems downloading, need to revert to an older version or want to try the iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) release as a workaround for installation or performance issues, or compatibility with QuickTime or third party software.
    Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there are also links to backup and recovery advice should it be needed.

  • How do I view what slide I'm on out of how many I have total in keynote? I know on powerpoint it's at the bottom right of the window but I can't find it on keynote nor can I find the option to make it appear. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Your steps so far are OK but you may want to try:
    1 Trash your user library Caches folder (House Icon with short name in Finder window (hard drive window)GOTO:House icon > Library folder > caches folder
    2 Trash the com.apple.Safari.plist file in User library > preferences folder > Safari.plist as well as removing the library Safari folder its self.
    3 you can selectivly re-install Safari 2.0 from your OS Tiger Install disk 1, (see Knowledge base article 301229 for how to just select the Safari Application) without doing a complete system Archive and Install.
    4. Create a new Test user account on the system and test how Safari responds in the Test user, see if its a user related issue and not system issue.
    5. Still no Safari response? have to do an Archive and install (not preserving user and network settings)article 107120
    PS. Issue may be related to actual internet connection connectivity, power cycle cable modem and router or airport if using one as well as the computer(keep unplugged for 3-5 min) and plug the cable modem in and then the router/airport then power on the computer. Do the Airport Admin utiliy (applications, utilities on HD_1)update.
    - do a hard reset of airport knowledge base article 108044(Express base) and 107451 (Extreme base)
    - Check with internet provider for connection issues "cannot find server" ect.
