Can't find the CS6 cleaner tool

I see the cleaner tool for CS5 and 5.5, but nothing for CS6. Where is it, please? Also will it affect any of my files for CS5 or CS3?
Please help, this is most frustrating.

You can find a link and instructions at CS Cleaner Tool for installation problems | CCM, CS6, CS5.5, CS5, CS4, CS3 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html.

  • Where can i find the magnetic lasso tool in adobe photoshop touch? i used it all the time before but suddenly cant find it please help

i started my photoshop touch after some while and now i cant find the magnetic lasso tool it used to be there i used it all the time for editting but now i cant find it maybe i disabled it somehow. can anyone tell how to enable it again?

I honestly don't remember a magnetic lasso tool. (I've been using PS Touch since version 1.0.) The closest things I can think of are the Quick Selection Tool, the Scribble Selection Tool and the Magic Wand Tool, all located under the same set of tools (3rd set from the top in the tool panel).

  • Where is the CS6 cleaner tool?

I've found a cleaner tool at Adobe's website but it's for CS5.5 or earlier versions. I need to fix problems with Photoshop CS6 Beta installation. Is there any CS6 cleaner tool ?
Also, the cleaner tool will remove only selected items, or everything from Adobe I have installed ?

I have sent you a private message Andre

  • Where can i find the V25 producer tools

    Hi,
don't know why but i cannot find the folio producer tools for the v25.
Can anyone send me the link?
    Thanks

Why are you trying to install them? The v26 tools support creating v25 folios, just change the folio version when you create your folio to v25 (or any folio version back to v20).

  • Where can I find the paint bucket tool

where can I find the paint bucket tool

Which version of photoshop and operating system are you using?
Generally the Paint Bucket Tool is grouped in the same tool slot as the Gradient Tool in the tool box.
You can click and hold on the tool icons in the tool box to see the hidden tools.
(hidden tools are preset if there is a small black or white triangle to the lower right of the tool icon in the tool box)

  • I get Exit code 15  issue on CS installation, should I use the CS6 Cleaner Tool?

Upon startup the CS6 Beta would pop up the error that the sniffer_gpu.exe stopped working, and would not open.  I updated my graphics card drivers suspecting an OpenGL issue, but that didn't solve my problem.
I then uninstalled CS6 via the control panel, and attempted to reinstall hoping that would fix things, but 2% into the process the installation fails with the following error:  Inconsistency in the installer database - please restart your computer and install again.
There is a link to an error summary file, which reads:
    Exit Code: 15
    -------------------------------------- Summary --------------------------------------
    - 0 fatal error(s), 0 error(s), 0 warning(s)
I have restarted and retried the process several times after cleaning the registry with the same results.
Does the normal Creative Suite Cleaner work for this release?  I haven't run it to find out as I have CS5.5 installed, and would rather not screw that one up as well.
Thanks for any help I can get.
    Regards,
    Joel

    Hi,
We are tracking this issue at: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/978912?tstart=30.
I will lock this particular thread and forward your issue to the installation guys . They will check the link above for your information and get back to you there.
I suggest you copy your issue there and an intstallation expert can help determine if the cleanter tool is appropriate for your situation.
Please note whether it is a MAC or PC and what OS you are running.
Thanks and sorry you are having issues.

  • Can't find the rotate view tool in CS5

Can anyone tell me where the heck the rotate view tool in CS5 is? The "enable OpenGL Drawing" is checked in preferences. It's on the tool bar in CS4! Can't find it anywhere in CS5. HELP!

It isn't on the tool bar. I'll have to check to see if it is hidden under the hand tool when I get back. I'll also check the "R" to see if it will select. I assume this is a shortcut operation? Thanks for the help. Do you know how to put it on the tool bar like it is in CS4?

  • Can't find the scribble select tool

i just bought PS Touch, and it is missing the scribble selection tool. not sure if it's missing anything else but that is the first tool in the first tutorial. please help.

    Hi rlxpress,
The tool is there but you need to scroll down to get it. Tap the top of the toolbar and move your finger down slowly. As your finger moves over the tool icons, a tool tip will appear telling you the name of the tool. The Scribble Select tool is in the set below the Lasso tools. Here is a screenshot that may help you find it:
    Does that help?

  • Can't find the content editing tool in Adobe Reader XI

The website lists XI as being able to edit content. I have checked all of the help topics and they say that it should be under tools. But all that is listed is: Export PDF, Create PDF, Send Files, and Store Files. Do I have to download the content editing tool? How/where do I do that?

you are mixing up Adobe Reader (free) and Adobe Acrobat ($$)

  • I can not find the Focus Area Tool.

I opened a photograph from CR as a Smart Object. Now in PS CC (with latest updates) I go to the Select menu. I see Color Range but no Focus Area, it is not even grayed out. What am I doing wrong?

Well, that's a more complicated question than it sounds :-)
Confused as to why you have CC and CC 2014 versions of Photoshop, Illustrator, etc? Here's why - News - Digital Arts
Photoshop CC 2014 is actually a completely new version of Photoshop which is available via your Cloud membership at no extra cost. It supersedes Photoshop CC.
When installed, you'll see this in your Cloud desktop app
The Focus Area tool is a new feature found only in CC 2014.

  • Where can I find the CS6 pdf Help Guide

Rats!  Now you're providing them with a way out.
Regardless of what they may or may not have meant, it's unconscionable of them to ship a major release without thorough documentation.
Click on any of the turkeys.  You'll see more action there than the Adobe documentation group has shown in years.
